The Hotel is overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also spotless. The design in my room was also very nice, the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent. We went to the sake bar area one night and there was nothing bad to say about it, good service and drinks. The bar on the other side is also quite nice, there was a great DJ on Saturday night. From the cocktails, I enjoyed the old fashions!!.

We had dinner and took the tasting menu but to be honest, the food was ok but I found it quite pretentious and overpriced for the overall experience. On the bad side of things, seeing people snorting cocaine right on your face in the man's toilet was quite annoying. This happened a couple of times in plain sight, right on the sink while I was trying to wash my hands. Overall, I recommend the hotel but I would advise them to keep an eye on the people they let in. A lot of nightbirds (if you know what I mean) and old dudes showing off.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms design and the location is quite central with nice little restaurant in the walking distance.

Famously unwelcoming European service in all its glory. To have to make too many calls to get anything, and every time they look surprised that you have the audacity to ask for anything. The reception girl in the breakfast restaurant always looked so angry and never returned a ‘good morning’ or even polite smile. The breakfast didn’t have healthy options and the restaurant team ignored us most of the time or didn’t get our orders right.

I loved the design of the historic part of the hotel — a personal preference, but I found it far more appealing than the modern section. It felt truly connected to and respectful of Warsaw’s character. It was very comfortable. The location is very central, in vibrant area with many great coffee places and restaurants around.

While the staff was friendly, the service was nothing exceptional. I would suggest improving this aspect to better align with 5-star standards. The sound insulation in the room was noticeably worse than in the newer part of the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel room , spacious and the bed is a great size and very comfortable too. Good service at front of house as you would expect and very good breakfast. I think people can think Nobu and align it just with the restaurant and think it's very expensive but actually good value for money for a high end hotel room.

Most things really good. Wifi could be a little better as its drops out sometimes but thats not major. Obviously Nobu restaurant is expensive and it's the only food and beverage option on site but clearly its exceptional quality and a treat to eat there.

This was our first time staying at a Nobu Hotel. The staff were all welcoming, and the hotel had a relaxing feel. The spa rooms are decorated nicely, and the woman who provided my treatment (massage) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay at a Nobu Hotel in another location following this experience.

Not completely sound-proofed (but what hotel is!), so we occasionally heard noise from other rooms/the hall as our room was next to a staff cupboard. However, this was minimal and only happened during the day.

Nobu Warsaw is a great hotel perfectly located close to many good od restaurants etc. We stay there every time we visit Warsaw. We love their generous breakfast and spacious suites.

Could you please make sure towels are not changed if they are not on the floor as per your own policy. We appreciate the cleaners want the best for the guests but we are very cautious about the environmental impact of our activities and don’t need our towels or bed linen to be changed every day. Exemption staff , delicious breakfast and lunch. Attention to details and willingness to work with the guest. Very happy to see international crew with different nationalities on the board! Well done I also would like to prise the SPA, the facial treatment I had was wonderful and the lady’s knowledgeable was impressive and helpful - highly recommend.

Cocktail and wine menu should be improved. Whereas cocktails are an individual taste and some of them had a good thought behind, the wine menu could be driven by smaller producers and offer more of a variety of choice.

The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and service was also very good. The interior was modern, high ceilling, cozy. The gym was also very modern, however lacking some base equipments such as bench press or squat rack.

The price of seafood in the restaurant was outrageously too high for its quality. The location is quite far from the city center, although the profile claims otherwise. In reality - it is 30-40 min walk to main street of the old town.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained and very clean. While there were no standout features, everything met my expectations and I had a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.
