One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while. Wonderful rooms with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. Everything was clean and very pleasant. Great selection of breakfast options—plenty to choose from, with a lovely dining area and excellent service.

Absolutely nothing to fault—such a wonderful place!

Everything was amazing. Beautiful hotel with good location. The hotel itself has everything you could ever need. We had an amazing view from our 14th floor room. The check in was smooth. Room was spacious, clean, had several seating areas. The bed was big, comfortable, with many pillows and a huge blanket. We also were given an extra blanket on request. Bathroom was big, clean, there was a hairdryer, 3in1 shower gel-shampoo-soap. The room had a complimentary coffee and tea, little fridge, safe. There was even a small sawing kit, q-tips and ironing board. Room was cleaned every day, also towels were changed every day. The hotel's rooftop bar had an amazing view although it is very crowded. Overall ee are very happy with out stay there and would definitely book this hotel again.

Only negative surprise was the deposit around 200 euros before check in. It was returned on check out but because it was not stated anywhere (at least I couldn't find information about it) it took us as a quite negative surprise.

I like spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with variety of kids silicone plates and cups.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like. Only the elevator was a bit tricky to use

The views from my room were fantastic (i was located on the 13th floor). The room was quite spacious and clean, and was well designed. The design aligned perfectly with the vibes the NYX hotel wants to radiate: modern flair. I didn't have any issues whatsoever. The location is also very central and it's easy to get around the city fast.

Nothing really. It was overall a very good stay, but not an "out of this world / excellent stay". However, for that price, it's a 5/5 since you get the most bang for your buck. Maybe a drawback is that the hotel bar, which is located on the rooftop, is also open for non-hotel guests. I get that the hotel wants to maximise revenue, however, it results in the rooftop being quite overrun with influencers, and the wanna-be high society kind of people.

The room was beautiful, it was a corner room with amazing views on both sides. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delicious and still hot when it got delivered to our room, as we ordered room service every morning:)

Nothing about the hotel itself but it's ait annoying when you want to go to the roof top terrace and there are a lot of people who are not the hotel guests but they are taking all the available seats in the bar or walking around with their phones ,right in front of you or behind you ,taking photos . Maybe there should be a fee to go up for people from outside? Or maybe they should be ordering something when they get to the top because we have seen it on a few occasions that people from outside would bring their own drinks and food and would sit there ,taking photos for hours.

I loved almost everything. I had a spectacular view from my 17th floor room. It was clean and spacious, -a safe, a hair dryer, an ironing board - you name it. Comfortable beds, great location (across the street from the central train station, a 25-30 min safe walking distance to the old city and all the main attractions). Good basic breakfast buffet (maybe a bit overpriced).

The rooftop bar was closed on the day I stayed there due to weather conditions (a light drizzle in the morning and no rain all afternoon, but it was still closed), which was a bummer because that was the main reason I chose this hotel. Also someone had mentioned the 3-in-1 bottle (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel)- and I would agree, for a hotel of this category they could do a better job.

Lots of fruit, vegetables, cheese, good bread varieties and cold meats. - View from my room was lovely of the city skyline - Hotel walking distance to main train station, big shopping centre and a convenience store just across the road - Enough charging ports in room (next to bed too) - Room service was good

Only thing I wish they had beef/chicken or turkey sausages as an alternative to the pork bacon/sausage they had available.

The breakfast was excellent. But after an employee of the hotel in front of everyone collected confectionery in bags and took somewhere, the impression was spoiled. Very much like stealing. You can see on the cameras on May 31 at about 6.40 am.

The hotel is for weekend villagers and couples in love. There is nothing for business and living for a normal person in it. All the beauty is worthless without real amenities. It is impossible to eat in the restaurants because you have to wait and a menu of three or four items of food and two tomes for alcohol. At night the light in the room went out (light in the hotel was OK) had to go to the toilet with a cell phone, fixed only when it became light. No bathrobe, no slippers.

The hotel is very modern and close to many restaurants, public transportation, and sightseeing places. We felt pretty safe walking around at night. The rooftop has a very nice view as well, and the room was clean and soundproofed.

The staff at the reception were not very friendly, it felt like they didn't like working in the service industry. Also, even though the room was cleaned, the bathroom had an awful sewage smell that was more intense in the morning. The restaurant needs more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast. It was overall quite heavy on meat and bread.. Not many healthy options.

Lovely hotel in the very best place (mostly) within walking distance of all the interesting places and also near the tram and bus routes. The facilities were very modern – and what elevators!!! – and everything was so esthetic. The room was spacy and the view from 17th floor was nice. Also great view from the roof bar. The breakfast was awesome and there was always room for you, never crowded, very serene atmosphere. When we left to the airport they reserved us a taxi, which was so spacy and cool with silent jazz music. Best taxidrive ever. If i go to Warsaw again, this hotel will certainly be my choice!

It was all good.
