Everything was amazing. Beautiful hotel with good location. The hotel itself has everything you could ever need. We had an amazing view from our 14th floor room. The check in was smooth. Room was spacious, clean, had several seating areas. The bed was big, comfortable, with many pillows and a huge blanket. We also were given an extra blanket on request. Bathroom was big, clean, there was a hairdryer, 3in1 shower gel-shampoo-soap. The room had a complimentary coffee and tea, little fridge, safe. There was even a small sawing kit, q-tips and ironing board. Room was cleaned every day, also towels were changed every day. The hotel's rooftop bar had an amazing view although it is very crowded. Overall ee are very happy with out stay there and would definitely book this hotel again.

Only negative surprise was the deposit around 200 euros before check in. It was returned on check out but because it was not stated anywhere (at least I couldn't find information about it) it took us as a quite negative surprise.

The room has all you need for your stay, I very much appreciate the coffee machine and the water boiler. The bathroom is very spacious like the entire room, bed very comfortable. Not much interaction with the hotel staff but when needed they were very quick in their response/resolution.

My neighbors were very noisy but after I called the reception someone informed them to respect the quiet hours. This is not the hotel's fault but I very much appreciate the prompt action to solve that.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the NYX Hotel in Warsaw! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay—delicious, varied, and fresh, with plenty of options to suit any taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in during my travels. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary coffee machine and bottled water, which made my stay even more convenient. One feature that really stood out was the view from the 18th floor. It was truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. If you have the chance, I highly recommend upgrading to a high-floor room—it’s worth the small extra cost for the experience alone. Overall, NYX Hotel Warsaw offers comfort, style, and excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

I booked this hotel very last min whilst travelling alone. The receptionist was exceptional, a lovely guy who was very helpful. The room was lovely - the only reason it hasn't received 10/10 is because I booked a double room but was given twin beds. I couldn't be bothered to go back to reception to ask to change the room. The bed was so comfortable though, nice decor and everything I needed. A short walk to Central Station, where I had an early train to catch. Would definitely stay here next time I need a hotel in Warsaw.

We were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with access to patio, which appeared to be a perfect spot for morning yoga. The breakfast was good and had a quite big assortment of foods. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to various restaurants, shopping mall and the Central Railway station. But if you came to explore the historical center, it will take you a nice amount of walk.

I respect the eco-friendly approach, which results in a 3 in 1 hand soap/body wash/shampoo in the bathroom. But it is very drying for skin. So it would be perfect to supplement it with a body moisturiser and a hair conditioner, which currently are not offered by the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic: stylish, modern, and featuring unique interior design details. The room was spotless, and everything looked perfect. Housekeeping was performed daily, with water being refreshed – a delightful touch. The check-in process was expedited by the online form option, which saved time and reduced the wait at the reception. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something (like where to go or what to buy), I always asked the housekeeping team, as the reception was constantly busy. These super cool and friendly ladies, who seem to know everything, truly deserve recognition by the management. Breakfast was amazing! There was a wide selection of dishes, including plenty of options for vegans. What stood out the most was Elena, a chef from Ukraine (Zaporizhzhia). Her omelets were simply outstanding, and it was a pleasure to chat with her—she is both intelligent and polite. A few downsides: there was no access to Netflix or YouTube in the room, despite the remote featuring a Netflix button, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, many of the cups at breakfast were chipped, which is unacceptable – I had to go through about ten before finding one in good condition. Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast team worked efficiently, ensuring that all tables were kept clean and tidy at all times. With a few improvements, the experience would be absolutely perfect!

It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where the staff seems to go out of their way to make sure the guest leaves dissatisfied. Instead of helping the customer, they forbid and restrict. We were filming our vlog about Poland, and from the moment we entered, the staff didn’t allow us to film or take photos inside the hotel (obviously, tagging or sharing online was out of the question too). During lunch, the restaurant mixed up our orders and insisted—almost forcefully—that we were wrong and didn’t understand what we had ordered. From the very entrance, the whole experience made us want to leave as quickly as possible. As a comparison, later we moved to the Presidential Hotel—there, the service was professional and top-notch. We got everything we expected and even more.

Friendly, professional staff. Would like to mention especially, the kindness of the front desk recepcionist, Alicja, who helped with earlier check in. Superior room at the 16th floor impressive both in size and panoramic view which can really could take one's breath away. The location is ideal. Close distance walk to all options of public transportation and from attractions like the palace of culture and science or the Zloty mall. Ate once Dinner at the hotel's restaurant, recommended. There is also a few excellent cafе's and restaurants at the Buisness tower lobby which is literally connected to the hotel's entrance. Warsaw is safe, welcoming and interesting city. Enjoy.

I think there is a need to offer a wide range of toiletrie

Our room was located on the 10th floor — it was incredibly spacious, very clean, and filled with windows that offered a stunning view of the Palace of Culture and Science, as well as the city skyline. Everything in the room felt brand new, and it was thoughtfully equipped with almost everything a guest might need (though body lotion would have been a nice addition!). The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water. The juice offered in the lobby and the cozy seating area were also lovely touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, the hotel is within walking distance of the city center — about a 20-minute walk, which we found very manageable. If you're considering adding breakfast to your stay, we definitely recommend trying it at least once — the selection was extensive, the flavors were excellent, and the price was quite reasonable.

The absence of body milk as said earlier. You can't imagine how important it is for some women! :D

Great hotel! I have only positive things to say about it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Firstly, the location is amazing. Most travelers choose to stay in hotels that are in the 'Centrum' area of Warsaw, but I found the NYX location even better. It is a 2 minute walk from the main central station ("Centralna") which allowed us to take all means of transportation (we mostly used trams & buses, but also Metro and Trains are there) to every part of the city and outside of it. The underground passage that leads to said station also leads to the huge mall ("Złote Tarasy") which is great! You have everything you need nearby. And when it got cold outside (it was quite cold in late October), we used these passages frequently to get around. Around the hotel you have 3 convenient stores ("Zabka") in case you need anything, and many many good restaurants in walking or tram distance! And of course it is very near the Palace of Culture and Science building, and city center. We highly enjoyed the location of it. As for the room itself - we got the suite, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was like an apartment with 2 rooms, living room and bed room. Huge shower and 2 bathrooms. We took it since me & my husband had to work from there for several days, apart from being on vacation, so we stayed there for a whole week and enjoyed the room very much. Wifi was good, we could work peacefully in the living room as we intended to. The room was very clean, and was well-cleaned daily, and every day we got 2 new bottles of water. Reception is 24/7 and friendly. We also think that for the size of the room and a week's stay - the price was very good (we got a genius discount and it made for a great deal for the suite). I will highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Warsaw!

Nothing, everything was great! We did not try the hotel's breakfast so I cannot comment on that. We thought it was a bit pricey in Warsaw to pay 99 PLN for breakfast when there are SO many cafés and bakeries and nice places to eat in the city, so we just opted out, but perhaps it's worth it, I don't know - your call.
