Excellent place! Very warm, no street noise at all. Looks like it's been renovated recently as everything is very new with no sign or wear and tear. Microwave and kitchen utensils available, towel in the room. Contactless check-in with easy to follow directions.

The biggest plus point of this hostel is that it is 5-7 mins walking distance away from the Warsaw Centralna railway station. The location is ideal if you have a train to catch early in the morning. It is self check-in. All instructions are clearly communicated in advance over messages. Very clean and comfortable. The area is full of eateries and supermarkets. Anything you need is in a stone's throw distance. Price is reasonable.

I was given a room in the ground floor. On opening the door I found that I needed to climb a staircase to reach my room. I didn't have any issues with it but for people with mobility issues it could be a problem.

It is quiet in the night.

The ground floor room is like a room staying in Motel, car park next to it. Also the confirmation profile letter is inconsistent with the photo, the English description is different from Chinese one, which mistakened me the room type I booked. I thought I had a private bathroom in my bedroom and it turns out it is a very small bathroom outside your bedroom, which is only for you, so called the private one. Every time I need to lock and unlock it. It smelled a little before I used it. Too small to turn around, which is not so spacious as the picture taken by the hostel.

The room was impecable. Very well maintained and spacious. It also has an excellent location, it's close to different bus and tram stops (the public transport service in Warsaw was really good, I wish we had the same transport quality in England). We easily arrived from the main train station to the hostel using the tram in no more than 15 minutes.

The one thing that got us confused was that the hostel is inside a building that looks like a parking lot from the outside and shares the space with a few other businesses. The main building (that looks like a parking lot) does not have any signs on the outside to indicate there is a hostel inside, which confused us for a while and we thought we got the wrong address. If I remember correctly, the instructions said that the hostel is on the backyard of the building, which aditionally, doesn't have the number outside. Might be a mistranslation maybe? By backyard we think of something more like a garden, not a grey parking lot space. But other than the initial confusion, the place is amazing, we recommend it a lot, and we would definetly stay there again.

We only stayed 1 night before the morning flight from Warsaw airport and we had everything we needed: Great central location, 10 min walk to the Central train station and Pałac Kultury, 3 min to SKM city train (goes to the airport in 20 min), 5 min to Żabka mini market We had room number 1 and our bathroom looked very new and clean (not sure about other rooms as the building is old, we paid more for this room as it looked best on the pictures) Easy self-check in at any time (we arrived at 1 at night) Free coffee in the morning.

The pillow was uncomfortable - the filling needs replacement.

Its a great place to stay in the centre of Warsaw. Very clear arrival instructions. Only 10 minutes away from the Central train station and just a few steps away from the bus stop. The room was clean and pretty spacious in comparison to other hostels I stayed in Warsaw before. There is a small kitchen available to the guests with a microwave and refrigerator. Also we had a kettle in the room with glasses, some tea, coffee, sugar. I booked only one night but its a place you can comfortably stay in for 3-4 days.

There is no air conditioner, so in hot summer days could be a little uncomfortable. But the room has a fan, which was fine with me.

Honestly, almost everything was perfect. From location in the very center of Warsaw and reasonable price to free tea, kettle in the room, fast WiFi, showers and cleanliness - everything was amazing! I received way more than I asked for; if CoCo stays like this, I will certainly stop here again the next time I visit Warsaw. Also, despite being in the very center, it is very quiet at night.

For what it's worth, my mattress was lumpy and squashed down on one side. I didn't notice it the first night, and woke up with a hurting back. I fixed the problem by sleeping on the other side, with my legs on the lumpy part, and my sleep was perfect. If not for the squashed down mattress, I would definitely mark the hostel 10. Sorry. :(

The location was good and it was clean and modern. Also, the signage around the property.was good given that I didn’t meet one staff member.

The bunk bed was not that comfy and any check in via instructions given by email is always less than optimal. However, having said that, the instructions provided were excellent. Warning was given very early in the process that the Reception was not manned and this was done via messages on email. No assumptions were made that I would be able to phone to get further instructions and the instructions were given in good English. Well done with the instructions.

The self check-in was great and easy. The room was clean, with all basic amenities for a one-night stay. The location is convenient if you go to/come from the airport by public transport, as the bus stops 2 minutes from the hostel. I'm travelling to Warsaw again in a few weeks, I have booked the same place as I was very satisfied.

The ventilation of the bathroom is very loud, and walls are very thin, so I guess I disturbed my neighbours when I turned on the lights in the bathroom after my very late arrival. You can hear all noises from the corridor, but all in all it's still great value for the price!

Self check in was straight forward, room clean and plenty big enough, good location

Outside signage needs to be more noticeable as walked past twice before seeing the sign and this was a bright sunny day ( coming in in the dark or rainy you would struggle!) A car parked right outside room window so had to keep the window blind down for privacy, if the windows had ‘frosting’ on it you could leave the blind up to let in daylight.
