We were a family of four. Very friendly staff, had tips on good Polish restaurants in Warsaw. Nice spacious comfortable rooms. Nice gym and sauna. Walking distance to the city center. We arrived in the morning and were allowed to check in immediately as our rooms were ready. We requested and got interconnecting rooms which was a big plus for us. Since our flight was in the evening we were allowed to check out at 14 hours free of charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with them again 😊.

Hotel central for trams/buses and trains. Bus 175 from the airport to across the road from the hotel in 22 minutes (3.40 zloty each). Breakfast is excellent with so much choice, we looked forward to going for breakfast in the mornings. Staff are all really friendly

My room was clean and very modern looking. I was given a choice between having a shower or a bath tub. I chose the shower variant. It turned out to be a big, walk-in shower. The bed (mattress, pillows and bed linen) were all comfortable. The gym, although not overly equipped, has enough options for most people. There are multiple cardio machines (treadmills, static bicycles, etc.), a dumbbell rack, a workout bench and a cable machine. The staff at the reception were very polite. The breakfast is great. There are a lot of options (eggs, quiche, cold cuts of meat, sausages, fish, spices, a variety of picked vegetables, a large selection of dairy products, vegetables, fruits, pastries, the option to make your own waffles). The selection of products stays fairly consistent from one day to another, although there are some that change.

The WiFi uses a captive portal.

The rooms were fresh, the beds comfortable, clean, and checkout was at 12 p.m.

The staff recited information like a robot, without emotion or consideration for whether I was tired or actually taking in the information. For example, they didn’t mention anything about water in the room was for free first day. Next to the bed, there's usually a power outlet, but this hotel has chosen to install USB-B and USB-C ports for charging devices. This means it's not possible to charge a laptop while browsing from bed, as the USB-C port they installed is outdated and doesn’t provide sufficient power (Watt). Small laptops (11"/12", like MacBook Air) require 30W–45W, while devices like the MacBook Pro 13" or Dell XPS need 60W–65W. A MacBook Pro 16" may need 85W–100W or more. Why not just provide a regular power outlet like everyone else?

Hotel looks really good, but neighborhood is not great although convenient for train station. Water fountain in the corridor is a great idea. Breakfast was expensive, but there were lots of different options

I was really hungry when I arrived at the hotel so I decided to go to the restaurant for some lunch. Menu looked quite fancy, but I have been served an almost uncooked chicken breast. I really hate to complain, but it was the worst thing I have ever been served and I had to send it back. Also bathroom was a good size, but door doesn't close. Kettle didn't work.

All was perfect! Beautiful design of the room, tie and coffee making facilities, very cosy beds and bedding, exceptionally clean. I appreciated the hotel's very good location - close to the Central railway station, Ochota station is just next doors, direct bus to the Chopin airport, tram and bus stops in two minutes walk. A really pleasant surprise was the breakfast - good selection of high quality food, fresh juice (self-squeezed), self-cooked waffles, variety of fruits, and even sparkling vine to top everything up). I stayed in more than 10 reputable hotels in Warsaw but at the moment Golden Tulip is the best choice)

Typical business hotel. Spotless rooms, great facilities (gym etc.). Very comfortable beds. From the train station next to the hotel you can take the train to the airport. To the city center it is only a 5 minute tram ride and to the beautiful Old Town it is only a 10 minute ride. Two interesting museums and arguably the most famous club in Warsaw (Level 27) are nearby.

The area around the hotel is nothing special. Just ugly business towers. The room and especially the room floor was very cold. No heating despite the cold weather. Luckily they provided some slippers.

Nice staff, very helpful! Location okay, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as suburban train station. Nice, clean room, with good tea and coffee provided (even though the coffee was limited). Tasty breakfast with decent choice.

The wifi was very bad, especially for a hotel of this standard. Overall the facilities could've been better (for example, no water was provided and plug sockets were limited/hidden). The proximity to railways and busy streets resulted in some noise - not very bad, but might disturb sensitive people.

For it’s price everything could be little better Views from windows were not pleasant at all (some abandoned train station and wide road) Most annoying was bathroom door - very poor design, impossible to close, there is a few centimeter gap so room hears every noice from bathroom (really weird) Also I had free cancellation until 6 pm on arrival day hotel still charged me night before, gave poor excuses they only wanted to block money (like it should concern me)

There was no bottled water in the room. There was a water dispenser in the corridor , but as long as I had the room in the end of corridor , that wasn’t convenient. I think for such money it should be in the room. Also there wasn’t iron in the room (not all the hotels have it in a room, but well, preferably if they did)
