Hotel central for trams/buses and trains. Bus 175 from the airport to across the road from the hotel in 22 minutes (3.40 zloty each). Breakfast is excellent with so much choice, we looked forward to going for breakfast in the mornings. Staff are all really friendly

All was perfect! Beautiful design of the room, tie and coffee making facilities, very cosy beds and bedding, exceptionally clean. I appreciated the hotel's very good location - close to the Central railway station, Ochota station is just next doors, direct bus to the Chopin airport, tram and bus stops in two minutes walk. A really pleasant surprise was the breakfast - good selection of high quality food, fresh juice (self-squeezed), self-cooked waffles, variety of fruits, and even sparkling vine to top everything up). I stayed in more than 10 reputable hotels in Warsaw but at the moment Golden Tulip is the best choice)

For it’s price everything could be little better Views from windows were not pleasant at all (some abandoned train station and wide road) Most annoying was bathroom door - very poor design, impossible to close, there is a few centimeter gap so room hears every noice from bathroom (really weird) Also I had free cancellation until 6 pm on arrival day hotel still charged me night before, gave poor excuses they only wanted to block money (like it should concern me)

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room's interior was well-designed and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of options. Overall, a positive experience.

The bathroom doors offered little privacy, as everything could be heard clearly. The room felt a bit cold, and it was difficult to get it to a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the parking was quite expensive, which felt unreasonable given the overall price of the stay. These issues slightly affected the experience.

Usually I missed some small details in past hotels, but this one was near perfect. Great kind service, cleanliness was top class, top variety of breakfast (even though, as usual, I miss allergens listing). We felt really comfortable during whole stay, even visited bar and sauna, which is free of charge and really nice and clean, also offering fitness room. Wifi was fast. Never had option to choose side of the hotel or shower/bathtub before, kudos for that :) The view side is oriented on the street in front of the hotel so if you prefer less noise, take the quiet one. There were a lot of free parking space in the underground garage, easy drive to the hotel even in rush hours. Really liked the whole hotel design, can recommend. Usually, a lot of POI were 2-3km from each other so we used tram (station in the front, 1 transfer to old city) or taxi using mobile app which was fast and cheap.

Wifi login using social acc every day. I was informed, parking is 80 ZLT but it's 90 as in booking description, around 60 would be appreciated, if you want to save, street parking is around, area looks totally safe.

The hotel has been newly renovated and offers great comfort. The modern decor has been carefully chosen to maximise the feeling of space; it is not a big room but the lighting and furniture definitely made it feel more roomy. The location is perfect as there are multiple tram lines and train lines going to various parts of the city. The breakfast was exceptional and it even has a waffle maker and orange juice maker to add to the already wide selection of food and drinks.

Not much, but if I have to say something, it would be that: some of the rooms including ours faces the major train line. While the sound isolation has been great, you may still be able to hear trains running.

The room was comfortable and clean. Would have liked a TV where Youtube or Netflix was easily accessed. The area around the hotel was not attractive as it was next to the train tracks and large intersections. However, the room was quiet and trains did not keep us from sleeping. The restaurant food was good and the downstairs lobby was attractive. Internet access involved calling the front desk and putting in a fake email address. This info was on the TV if you knew to look there first.

It would have been nice to walk out of the hotel to pedestrian friendly and attractive sights. Good for a short stay or if you are transiting by train or air to elsewhere.

room and service was beyond expecations. clean, well designed room, nice view, better than any of the hotels we've stayed at before at this price range, great reception/lobby, great restaurant, and bar. hotel also has sauna and fitness room. they even provided us with free dogfood and portable bowl for our pet.

everything was flawless, one very minor suggestion about fitness room machine. machine with the pullup bar is setup so it is a bit difficult to do pullups (head ends up too close to the ceiling), it would be nice to move it a bit so doing pullups is easier.

My girlfriend and I loved everything about the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic. The room was quiet, it was clean, bathroom had everything you needed, there was a bathtub, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo. The room was amazing, the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean. There is a nespresso machine with 4 capsules, and 4 different types of tea that you can make yourself, there was a working fridge, a laundry bag, a telephone that connects you to the hotel staff, a big screen TV. The design of the room was amazing, we loved and enjoyed our stay. there was also a sauna and a gym as well for the hotel guests. we will be coming back to the hotel every time we visit Warsaw. the location is super great and very convenient, there is a tram way stop as well as bus stops where busses and trams come very often.

The TV only had polish channels, there was no possibility of using YouTube for example, or other streaming services.

This hotel is a real gem! The photos on booking looked great, but I thought that they were a little made up however I was extremely surprised when I entered the hotel building as it was all new, clean and stylish. I really appreciate the receptionists who let me to check in a little earlier and who assisted me so many times during the time I was staying there. All requests were completed within half an hour and it’s especially valuable when you are not feeling well. Apparently some rooms have locked windows and the guests are not able to open them. As I caught a cold, I really needed to ventilate my room and they helped me to change the room to the one with the window which I could open. The rooms are super clean, all the facilities are new, the shower is huge and the bed is so comfy. I would also highly recommend to pay for the breakfast - they serve a buffet every morning and all the food is amazing.
