I really loved the amenities provided especially the Guerlain selection for the bathroom. The Spa is really great after the renovation and the best I’ve seen so far. Kinga in the skybar was very friendly and professional so I thought it would be nice to mention this as well!:D

Too many kids in the Spa area even after 19:30 o’clock. It was really crowded so I couldn’t really enjoy the spa at some days. Some people stayed from the morning until the closing time crazyyy. Some people were also repeatedly jumping inside the water and the lifeguards did nothing to prevent that. The audience also wasn’t the best there. What I also didn’t liked was that there were people partying on my floor and they were sometimes talking loudly in the hallway. So summed up you have a great hotel but I think there’s a small problem with audience at the hotel and some things could be changed at the spa so the experience for guests improves.

We stayed in Warsaw for a couple of nights, visiting some friends. We booked a club room, as we wanted to be near the top of the building and enjoy the view over Warsaw. We had a lovely stay in Warsaw, the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The breakfast had a very wide selection of foods from around the world, and you could order poached eggs at the counter. Could get a bit crowdy near the entrance, but there were plenty of quieter tables further into the breakfast room. We did try the panorama sky bar briefly, but with access to the club lounge, and the view from our room, we didn't feel it enhanced our stay that much. We tried the room service one night, and that was efficient and the pizza we ordered was good. My wife also tried the spa treatments, and enjoyed those too. We both tried the steam room and sauna, and they were good too. We really did like having access to the club lounge, and during our stay it was very quiet. The staff looking after it couldn't be more helpful. We didn't try the dinner, but the included drinks and snacks were just right for us.

The tea and coffee's in the room only came with powered milk, so ended up largely using the club lounge instead. We did try asking for milk to the room, but only received more powdered milk. The coffee machines could be very popular at breakfast, if one or two of them needed attention there could be a bit of a wait. Some of the alternative ones further in the room weren't always working, or not quite setup right.

Location is perfect for city centre, hotel is clearly 5* and it shows, rooms well presented, Hotel staff immaculate and helpful, spa/pool very good facilities, 40th Floor Bar has very nice views.

Bath towels not greatest quality and need replacing for 5* Hotel. In house casino has very rude staff, walked in to have a look at what was on offer and was manhandled at the entrance by big "doorman", was told register here, i said i just want to have quick look and response was if you want to look, register then look otherwise go that way and was pointed to exit!!!

My recent stay at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — offering a stunning panorama of the entire city, both day and night. It truly added a magical touch to our experience. One evening, we encountered an unexpected issue with water on the carpet in our room. However, Ms. Idalia Kostrzewska handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. Without any hesitation, she immediately took action and seamlessly arranged for us to move into a new room. Her responsiveness and care made us feel truly valued as guests. Because of her outstanding service and the overall excellence of this hotel, I would love to stay here again. This hotel was an excellent choice – we were truly satisfied. The view was stunning – it felt like being in a mini New York. The room was clean and tidy, and although the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned in style, it was impeccably clean. Housekeeping was done regularly and thoroughly. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to respond to any request we had. The location of the hotel is perfect: there's a shopping mall right in front, and a train station nearby, making it easy to travel to other cities as well. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also had the chance to taste some traditional Polish dishes, which was a lovely experience. There are plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding area too. The wellness area, which opened last autumn, is simply amazing. The pool is spacious, modern, and clean, and both the regular and infrared saunas, as well as the steam room, are in great condition. The fitness room is also well-equipped and modern – we didn’t use it ourselves, but we noticed that trainers are available in case anyone needs assistance.

The only small downside worth reconsidering is the late check-in time. The current 4 PM check-in feels quite late, especially if you arrive early in the city by plane, since flight arrival times are not something you can really control. It would be great if check-in were possible from 2 or 3 PM. Overall, however, we were very satisfied and would happily return anytime.

The Warsaw Presidential Hotel is luxury at its finest — and we could tell that from the moment we arrived. Right outside the hotel, where a large team of valet staff were holding court, there were no fewer than three Lamborghinis, a Bentley, and a Bugatti parked. The hotel is located just about as central in Warsaw as it gets: right by the city skyline, not far from the charming old town. The reception area also reflected the hotel's upscale nature, with plenty of staff and luxurious décor. The room itself was neat and clean, and there was nothing to complain about when it came to the breakfast buffet either. However, the most impressive part of the hotel was the enormous fitness and wellness area. The gym was massive and equipped with the latest screen-controlled machines. From the many treadmills and stair machines, there was a clear view down to the beautiful swimming pool in the wellness area. The city itself was surprisingly beautiful — not to mention tidy and clean. One thing’s for sure: when we return to Warsaw someday, the Warsaw Presidential Hotel will definitely be our base again.

Absolutely nothing.

The location is excellent, and the hotel offers all amenities. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and extensive. Dinner at the restaurant on the second floor was also excellent. The staff was very friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and the spa.

Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service on both days of our stay. On the second day, the steam bath and infrared sauna were also unavailable. These things can happen, but it was a bit disappointing since the spa facilities were one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, very comfortable hotel. Nice view from the room - see foto. High-quality, very clean spa and swimming pool. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with traditionally best egg Benedict in Warsaw. Very helpful and professional staff. In the Casino one can smoke cigars indoors !!!

The Finish dry sauna was not hot enough. The temperature inside should be between 90 and 110 and it was only 80 Celsius. The reception area can be very busy at times and a few minutes queue may form.

Excellent stay in one of the Executive Rooms. Comfortable, spacious, a great view at the Stalin's Palace (Palace of Culture and Science). The receptionist went over and above to give me a room with the desired view. The room facilities were good; iron board, iron, hair dryer, big TV with a wide selection of TV programmes (including european). Good amenities in the bathroom. Good quality towels & bed linen. As part of my stay, I also enjoyed the Club lounge access. Excellent selection of food and drinks, exceptional service. Highly recommendable.

The bathrooms are a bit dated for a room that cost me 1,000 PLN (£200) a night. It was okay but past it's best times. I would prefer a shower rather than a bath with a shower curtain. Tea and coffee facilities were very average. I am not sure if I should be using a paper cup & a single use wooden spoon for my coffee in a hotel of that standard. A bed mattress was a bit too soft for my linking (I like much harder beds) but I know that it's a matter of personal preference. The bed was comfy though and I had a good night sleep.
