Excelent breakfast in a room with a very big window over the central square. The view from the 29th floor was outstanding.

At the time we stayed, Construction in the adjacent floors/rooms was ongoing Waking up at 7:00am to the sound of drills and hammers But I guess this will help re-modernize the hotel room, which is needed

Perfect location, just opposite the cental railway station Warsawa centralna. Wonderful facilities, including free swimming pool and three different saunas. A spacious room with a really comfortable bed. You have all that you need - a kettle, good toiletries, bottles of water, mini bar, a small fridge. Amazing view from the window but at the same time surprisingly good isolation.

It's really a high-level hotel, and it is difficult to find drawbacks. But if I have to mention one, I would say like this - the information about hotel facilities is indicated on TV screen, in some brochures all over the room. It would be easier for a hotel guest if it's concentrated in one place.

I really loved the amenities provided especially the Guerlain selection for the bathroom. The Spa is really great after the renovation and the best I’ve seen so far. Kinga in the skybar was very friendly and professional so I thought it would be nice to mention this as well!:D

Too many kids in the Spa area even after 19:30 o’clock. It was really crowded so I couldn’t really enjoy the spa at some days. Some people stayed from the morning until the closing time crazyyy. Some people were also repeatedly jumping inside the water and the lifeguards did nothing to prevent that. The audience also wasn’t the best there. What I also didn’t liked was that there were people partying on my floor and they were sometimes talking loudly in the hallway. So summed up you have a great hotel but I think there’s a small problem with audience at the hotel and some things could be changed at the spa so the experience for guests improves.

We stayed in Warsaw for a couple of nights, visiting some friends. We booked a club room, as we wanted to be near the top of the building and enjoy the view over Warsaw. We had a lovely stay in Warsaw, the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The breakfast had a very wide selection of foods from around the world, and you could order poached eggs at the counter. Could get a bit crowdy near the entrance, but there were plenty of quieter tables further into the breakfast room. We did try the panorama sky bar briefly, but with access to the club lounge, and the view from our room, we didn't feel it enhanced our stay that much. We tried the room service one night, and that was efficient and the pizza we ordered was good. My wife also tried the spa treatments, and enjoyed those too. We both tried the steam room and sauna, and they were good too. We really did like having access to the club lounge, and during our stay it was very quiet. The staff looking after it couldn't be more helpful. We didn't try the dinner, but the included drinks and snacks were just right for us.

The tea and coffee's in the room only came with powered milk, so ended up largely using the club lounge instead. We did try asking for milk to the room, but only received more powdered milk. The coffee machines could be very popular at breakfast, if one or two of them needed attention there could be a bit of a wait. Some of the alternative ones further in the room weren't always working, or not quite setup right.

Great location, very elegant Hotel in the financial heart of Warsaw. Stunning view from top floor Room, staff was very helpful and kind.

Location is perfect for city centre, hotel is clearly 5* and it shows, rooms well presented, Hotel staff immaculate and helpful, spa/pool very good facilities, 40th Floor Bar has very nice views.

Bath towels not greatest quality and need replacing for 5* Hotel. In house casino has very rude staff, walked in to have a look at what was on offer and was manhandled at the entrance by big "doorman", was told register here, i said i just want to have quick look and response was if you want to look, register then look otherwise go that way and was pointed to exit!!!

You have a great view out of the window and it is located in the city center and only 30 minutes walk from the old city. There's a great transport net near the hotel and the shopping mall Złote tarasy is opposite the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very varied, however I missed salmon and roast beef.

Upon our arrival I found hair on the toilet and I cannot understand how it could have been overseen by the housekeeping staff. It's no go in a five-star hotel!Moreover, the bathroom was really tiny for the apartment. The price for the parking 200PLN per night is also quite high if you take into consideration that you already pay for the hotel room. The furniture is also quite worn-out therefore I would rate this hotel with four stars.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before. For the person that is new to Warsaw the building is old, from communism time. Now it has been renovated in large parts. The best parts now is the newly renovated fitness area with the new gym and pool and spa area. Looks great and feels great to be there. The breakfast is also awesome. There are so many things to choose from and it is delicious. They even have egg benedict and other things usually more rare in a breakfast. Just a personal detail - for the cereals there is no processed sour milk available. Just surprised me a little, at least in Scandinavia it is a common thing for the breakfast. But this is a detal as I mentioned.

Nothing to really complain on, a personal wish is that all hotels offer processed sour milk for the cereals since it is common in Scandinavia. Maybe the staff at the reception could have been a little more talkative and informative about the city also although I have been there many times, but nothing to really complain and just some minor things you can notice depending on your mood and preferences.

My recent stay at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
