The room is spacious and they made the sofa to a bed. The breakfast is good, bit repetitive but that's expected. Location is great and the room was clean.

Since we had a 3 year old toddler we asked if they can provide or have a potty they just said no we don't have one. For a huge hotel that will most likely have a family staying it's quite unusual for them not to have it. It was a bit hard to keep holding my toddler when he goes to the toilet so he doesn't fall inside it. They also opened the sofa into a bed but we needed to be careful because there was a metal side and some edges were sharp. I got pricked/scratched so just be careful when you are using the sofa into a bed.

Not new, but a well-run hotel just a 5-7 min walk from the Central Railway Station. Even though there was a noisy highway nearby, the room was really quiet. The mattress is probably a bit hard for someone, but exactly what I needed. Tea and coffee in the room, surprisingly diverse breakfast with lots of options. For those who need some extras - 2 convenience shops nearby and a pretty good cafeteria in the same building. I'd stay here again in short transits

The most upsetting part - no fridge in the room. The bathroom cabin is a bit old-fashioned and you need to be really careful there, otherwise, there will be some puddles on the bathroom floor. I would recommend using your shampoo, lotion, etc, the hotel ones look too cheap.

A perfect budget-friendly hotel with a superb location close to the main railway station, bus & tram stops for visiting places...Breakfast was quite good with several choices...Room and bed were nice and comfortable to get a good sleep, with a fantastic city view from the window...Helpful reception desk...

Nothing very serious...AC was working but felt rather weak, of course that was not a very big issue...Didn't like the policy of full payment for the stay at the time of check-in...Walking up to the old town could be difficult for aged people, but there is a bus 175 which goes straight to old town as well as to the airport...

The location is excellent for those who want to travel by train. You really cannot beat it. The breakfast is simply AMAZING. I absolutely LOVED their scrambled eggs and roasted vegetables. They should offer whole bananas, not just the cut up ones. Also, there is a convenience store nearby, Zabka, where you can buy decent food if you are late for breakfast. The room is decent size, relatively clean, and it's quiet and secure. They have an added security feature (like a special night lock) which came in handy. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend it.

Not sure if they serve dinners. They should though.

The room was spacious, modernly equipped, quiet and relatively clean - the walls had some marks. Staff was polite and the location was good, just five minutes walking from the train station and around 35-40 minutes walking to the Old Town. The breakfast was good, both in quality and variety.

Though the quality and variety of breakfast was good, the staff didn't clean the tables and the guests had to return the plates, using large plastic trays. That's definitely disrespectful to the guest/customer and totally out of place for a hotel having the name of Hampton by Hilton. In contrast, the Hampton by Hilton in Poznan, besides the excellent performance in general, is exemplary in the service during breakfast - every plate no longer in use was immediately recovered by the polite and efficient staff, who cleaned the table within seconds after its use. The Hampton by Hilton in Warsaw leaves a lot to be desired in that matter.

The hotel is in a great location, more or less in the centre/downtown of the Warsaw. There's basically everything you need close by. Staff was always available to answer any of our requests. Rooms are sound-proof and had more or less everything available. The included TV was huge imo (which is a bonus). Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was very good although for some reason I expected more because of other reviews.

For some reason, the cleaning lady never passed by our room during our stay (of 3-4 days). Not a deal-breaker but somewhat puzzling. I also think the private parking at hotel is way too expensive (around €40 per day) - so we ended up parking our rental car on the street which was almost 3 times cheaper. The hotel overall is good, a bit on the pricey side (being a 3-star) but I guess it's more or less in-line with other hotels as well in this area.

I liked the location of this hotel and the fact that it was pet friendly (I didn’t have a pet with me but always give extra points to pet friendly places), staff were nice, the rooms big and clean. Plenty options for breakfast which was included in the price of the room

Nothing to complain about but if I were to give the hotel some feedback I would suggest reviewing the way the kitchen cooks eggs (they were almost inedible). Scrambled eggs are my staple so I was a little disappointed- they were cold, tasteless and odd texture. Also the hard boiled eggs were too hard. This is not a complaint though and the lack of tasty scrambled eggs did not spoil my stay.

The location is very good as it is close to the center.

During our last night, around 2am, the phone kept ringing & ringing that shows “test user”. That was quite annoying considering we will be on an early flight. Also the breakfast shows photo (and even mentioned) of fried eggs and bacon for breakfast, but there were none. It wasn’t that bad because there were still other choices, just a bit disappointed when one’s looking forward to something that weren’t there.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Very good breakfast. Public transport very close, public parking available for a reasonable fee, safe neighborhood for tourists. Welcoming staff. A large TV with the possibility to connect your YOUTUBE account for leisure moments :D

It would be desirable if small yogurts were available in the breakfast, there was only drinkable yogurt in large jugs. The coffee was not bad, but it needs to be improved, maybe just change to better coffee beans. The air conditioner control system is outdated, it was not possible to reduce the air flow or turn it off completely.

This hotel provides clean and unsophisticated accommodation in a good location, close to Warsaw University. There are many restaurant around and a shopping mall is a few minutes walk away. Good sized room, nice bathroom. Room was clean, including under the bed. Breakfast was OK; it included vegetables which is a big plus for me. The coffee was good. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a lobby with a small restaurant and bar. Overall, good value for money, and I will stay here again.
