The property has a parking facility (underground). The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The wifi was strong. The location of the property is good. The historical center of the city is within a walking distance and there are many various cafes/bars/restaurants around.

It is not easy to locate the property and its main entrance. At the end, the Manager kindly met us outdoor and helped to park the car. To our surprise, the extra set of bed-sheets was not available at the property. We had to contact the Lobby.

The apartment is good value for money. It was on the 9th floor, so I did not have any issues with noise from the outside. It is close to the old town, downtown, attractions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff at the reception are extremely friendly, and my request to fix the ventilation was processed as quickly as possible. There is a parking garage available, which is great because street parking can be difficult.

There is a ventilation system in the living room (apartment 61) that was noisy at night, and it cannot be turned off. Also, I would prefer to choose a specific apartment, not just a type of apartment, as it feels like buying a pig in a poke. I got a room with a view of a building’s wall. The parking space is a bit costly compared to other rentals in the area.

The Apartment was in a location where you could find all that you needed. It was a safe location that was convenient to the metro and train station. The Apartment was well equipped.in the kitchen and very spacious.

The Apartment sofa really needs to be changed or reapolstery done. I was torn up and nasty dirty. I was shocked to see the sofa in that condition. If not for the sofa and lack of attention to accommodate a third guest it could have been perfect. We had to get clean sheets and pillow as well towels for our third guest whom has to sleep on the nasty sofa bed.

Extremely good location, 2' away from the only metro stop with two lines, close also to many trams and bus stops. The main shopping center and shopping streets are closeby, the landmark of the city - culture and science palace - is within walking distance. Nice restaurants are also closeby. The apartment has every appliance we needed for our stay and it was very nicely furnished. The bathroom was beautiful and had both shower and a bathtub. We fell like being at our house while being away. Staff was kind and helpful.

We stayed at apartment number 46 in building A. It is on tge sixth floor. The apartment has 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. All the facilities are great and everything is clean. The security in the building is very good. I loved everything. I also loved the Saxon Park nearby, where I was able to run daily. The Zloty Terese Mall is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There you can find everything you need and more.

Location good, not too far to walk into the old town. Check in and reception were great. Room clean but definitely older and not as nice as the pictures… on balance, I’d still stay again but temper my expectations.

Disappointed in the appearance of our room- most definitely not the highlighted pictures in booking.com (obviously luck of the draw if you get one of the nicer rooms and yes we did know this). Very small beds, sofa not at all comfortable (luckily just our kids on it as could feel the slats).

Location is very central just a short walk from the old town. Apartment itself was very specious and contained all essential amenities. Shower was very powerful and piping hot. Reception area and lifts give you a luxury vibe. Partyk on the reception desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Night before we arrived the hotel has called us to confirm our arrival time and asked if we had any questions. This was a nice touch. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel to Warsaw next time.

Furniture could do with some upgrades.

I liked everything in this Aparthotel. I could say it was the best experience with this kind of accommodation (Aparthotel, airbnb etc). It was at the perfect location, close to the downtown and old town, all nice restaurants 10-15 mins walking distance. Amazing staff at the front desk. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was great size, clean and comfortable. I liked the size of living room and bathroom. Highly recommend!

I am picky person, but I can't say anything negative about this place. Everything was excellent.

The location is excellent. We liked the washer / dryer but we found no instructions as to how to use it. The room was very large and easy to get around. There were lots of windows to open and blinds to keep out the sun. The building was quiet. We liked the coffee at guest services.

We would have rather had a walk in shower rather than a tub/shower combo. There was no grab bar for getting out of the tub. We would have preferred air conditioning. More than one small fan would also have been helpful. Shampoo and conditioner were not available.
