It's an excellent location. Very comfortable bed and good size room. Nice and warm.

Please note that despite the below I would come back to this place. It's an excellent location, however it's not quiet at night as the apartment is above all the local clubs. So if you want somewhere quiet it's best to look for something else. For me the location was more important. I haven't seen any staff. Dryer was on all night so it was a bit noisy. Towels even tho they were dry smelt like wet rags so best to have your own. Place could use a bit of fresh paint and furniture seen better days. Shower cubicle could use a good scrub and shower water pressure was very poor. It's more of a feedback for the owners to look into. Also some sign on the outside would be helpful to find it easier.

It was not written on Booking.com that it was a shared apartment, with 3 bedrooms, with a shared bathroom (toilets inside the only one bathroom), and with shared kitchen. And you can hear what is happening in the other rooms or in the common spaces. I received an e-mail where it was clearly explained just after my booking, and of course when my payment was not refundable. But I would prefer a real hotel, with more intimacy (and at least private shower and toilets). And on the first morning (after a first very small night because of my "roomates") there was no water in the apartment (the town was making renovation in the street) but of course, no one told me before, and I spent my day of work and meetings without a morning shower or even a small clean...

The apartment is very nice, on the center of Warsaw, close to Metro and buses and from many tourist sights. It is clean and confortable. It is self check-in, so you must to wait untill they replay your booking in order to know how to enter.

Keep in mind it is a shared apartment, so bathroom is not on the room and you will share it (and the kitchen) with other travelers. I didn´t realize that untill i was there (but it was my mistake for not reading the details).

Maybe only if I have to look for something, it can be some noise from a bar downstairs if it is the street side room but ear plugs always recommended or for regular sleeping persons its not that much. Maybe some little laundry soap packs to use the machine once

The place is located perfectly, easy to get the keys. The room was clean and I had everything I needed for one night stay there

Walls are pretty thin so you have to be lucky enough to have quiet neighbours. Anyway, even if you have them, the noise of lift moving can wake you up

Very clean, easy to check in and check out, great location.

The doors to the rooms are semi-transparent and whenever someone turns the light on in the corridor, it illuminates the rooms intensively. In my case, it was disturbing my sleep and I didn't sleep well. Also consider the proximity of night clubs close to the hotel - after 23:00 it's getting loud

it wasn’t entirely clear that people are sharing the amenities. wasn’t a problem at all, but the neighbour in the adjacent room appeared to be a bit surprised.

I was coming with a car and I chose this accommodation because the owner advertises that they provide parking. I asked them twice about parking. The first time no answer, the second time they answered they do NOT provide any parking.

250 meters long street whit 10 bars night club and restaurant across the street, very good location for partying 👌 I would not recommend for families or people who like quite, there are not sound proof windows and on weekend it's loud until 6am

It’s a room, not a flat. however, it was my mistake, that I did not notice it.
