I just thought it was a quirky idea. The staff where very helpful and friendly and location for just about everything was great. I liked that you could buy food on site and it was reasonably priced I would stay again if I came back to warsaw as I think it's Brilliant idea

Having to pay to leave bags. First time in over 20 countries visited that I've experienced this it was expensive just surprising. The kitchen only had tiny fridge for guests and everyone was piling food on top of each others. Kitchen in general seemed to lack equipment not an issue for me as I didn't really use it but it might be for others. Also only 6 showers fine when I was there as wasn't fully booked but I can't imagine what that be like in peak season. Also didn't like that the light switch for capsule was at the opposite end from the door.

Capsules are comfortable and as described. The bathrooms are clean and there are enough facilities. It felt safe and was in a good location

There was some noise and light but this was minimal (if you want a super quiet hotel, book a hotel). I thought it was slightly overpriced. It costs about £26 per night and you can get a really nice apartment for about £55 per night. I feel the capsule would be better priced at about £15 however ultimately it’s supply and demand. Still fairly good value

Nice location, big and warm capsule, each guest gets slippers, there’s a kitchen on the ground flour where you can cook (theres a microwave and a kettle) and leave your groceries in the fridge, very nice stuff that explains everything to you

Would be nice to add more surfaces in shower and the room with hairdryers, people had to put their clothes and toiletries on the flour, also there is no place to dry the towel (you wouldn’t pay for the drying machine for one towel) maybe add some rails in the capsule to just dry the towel

Excellent location, friendly staff and incredible cleanliness.

The remote controlled rolling shutter, which works as the curtain of each capsule, is noisy. I know why it's electric (i.e. for security reason) but the noise woke me up every time my neighbour(s) used it. Besides, the frame of the shutter, especially the bottom part, is flimsy and makes loud noise too.

The concept works, the capsule is comfortable enough and there are adequate common bathroom & shower facilities. The staff is helpful. There's even a laundry service. Location is perfect, close to the city's main restaurant street Nowy Swiat, and a minute away from a metro stop, yet on a side street with minimal traffic noise.

Two things. 1) The luggage locker is not big, those on a, say, long backpacking trip may not be able to fit their packs there - I was just able to stash my bag there. 2) While the capsules are soundproofed, the opening and closing mechanism is not quiet. You will hear your neighbors using it. Use earplugs, either bring your own or use the ones provided by the staff.

I love that this hostel is quiet! I was a bit concerned at first because of the capsule concept, but there were no concerns. The staff were very helpful with suggestions about the local area and friendly. The location is excellent! It is close to museums, gay bar (Pose) and a bathhouse (Heaven), universities, shopping, and the Central Bus Station.

The bathroom in the reception area was broken and closed. This made it a hassle to remove your shoes and to return to your slippers, go up three flights of stairs, and back down again. Also, additional electric outlets in the reception area would have been useful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well kept. The capsule room is quiet and I had a great sleep there. I loved the chilled music they play in the bathrooms and showers haha. Location of the hostel is very handy. One of my favourite hostels!

Comftly and clean, super clean! Capsula really gives you privacy. Besides sleeping in the same room with 100+ people, really feel private. Shoes are not allowed in tje sleeping area and the locker is big enough to fit carbin luggage.

The only reason why my rate is not 10/10 is because of the capsule opening sistem. Besides it being loud, it opens for no reason, since its with automatic key, not manual. So i did come back few times to find my capaule wide open. This made me very uncomfortable since I left my laptop inside. Lucky, cameras are everywhere so nothing was stolen. This happened to many capsules around me as well where people come back and find their capsule open and be confused.

Clean, Comfortable & Surprisingly Spacious! I only stayed one night, but this capsule hotel exceeded all my expectations. The pods were spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and clever storage space for my luggage. The shared bathrooms were immaculate. What really stood out was the friendly staff at the reception desk. they explained everything clearly at check-in. The common lounge area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing before bed. For the price, this was an excellent value way better than an airport hotel! If you need a convenient, no-fuss place to sleep in the city, I’d definitely recommend it.

Location is great. Capsules very comfortable. Toilets and shower all clean. Making everyone wear slippers is a good idea. And security wise it's second to none. You can't open any door anything without a key tag. All good.

The shutters on capsule are quite noisy so you can hear everyone on your set of pods when they open the pod. If your a light sleeper like me anyway. If you're back packing across Europe and looking for a party hostel with lots of people to meet this isn't the place. It's very quiet and everyone keeps themselves to themselves which is fine with me
