Hotel is new, clean and very nice. I booked without breakfast so I don’t review it. As per first visitors, they gave us complimentary drinks, which was pleasant. Area is great, walking street to old town and dozens of cafes. Rooms are perfect, excellent bed and pillow, size is good, soap and shower gel is by Rituals (which is also very nice) Complimentary water, tea and coffee.

A bit complicated situation with traffic and parking. Also some minor issues that were quickly resolved.

Our room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Extensive range of options at breakfast. Very friendly concierge. Good TV Gym was well equipped Good area, close to lots of restaurants

Our room had a strange musty smell every time we entered it. We didn’t notice it after a few minutes but it wasn’t exactly pleasant. Our room had two large windows, with no way of blocking the light coming in because they were on the slanted roof/ceiling. I imagine this would be an especially big problem in summer, but even in winter the light from street lights/nearby buildings was very annoying and made it difficult to get to sleep.

This hotel could perfectly be 5*. Impeccable service, extremely comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. The room is spacious, quiet and had really nice views.The location couldn't be better to explore the city: close to the old town, close to the city center, close to the river bank and right in one of the main streets for restaurants. I just want to state it again, the biggest differential in this hotel is the service, the reception & concierge, the housekeeping, and the bartender. Everyone was great. Small note for those traveling with dogs: they offer beautiful dog beds and bowls, making the dogs feel welcome and comfortable too.

New hotel in the city centre, very close to Nowy Swiat street. Spacious and spotless clean rooms. Tasteful, stylish and modern design. Good soundproofing. Requested a quiet room facing the backyard of the hotel. Comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Good shower pressure. Daily housekeeping. 2 elevators for guests available. Parking level -1 till 3rd floor. Big foyer with adjacent bar and in-house steak restaurant. Also Polish fare restaurant (milk bar-style) and a traditional café with pastries next door of the hotel. A few minutes walk to the metro station and buses. Many more cafés and restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Old Town about 15 minutes walk.

Air in the room is very dry (low humidity, less than 20%), due to continuous heating and air conditioning. Opening windows didn't improve the climate.

This hotel is a hidden gem - centrally located yet tucked away on a quiet side street, just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants. The rooms are brand new, beautifully decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are modern, featuring powerful showers that make a great start to the day. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. We tried the hotel breakfast once and were very impressed - it was delicious, with plenty of options including à la carte choices. Highly recommended!

There isn’t much space for clothes, but since we only stayed for two days, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Beautiful recently decorated room with good facilities including coffee machine. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room which was really appreciated. Nice bathroom with high quality branded toiletries. They allowed us to check in a bit early which was also appreciated.

Breakfast was overpriced at approx £19pp so we opted out of this and ate at local cafes. Coffee was also overpriced. We paid ~£9 for an Americano and a Latte. Not bad prices for Central London but a bit obscene for Warsaw.

The overall experience at the hotel, the ambience, the room, and the food (breakfast – we also had dinner), the location, and the cleanliness were all excellent! I would just like to make one suggestion. On Booking, it’s recommended that the photos reflect the specific room chosen – for example, a room without a view should be shown so that when you select a standard type room, you know it might not have a view of the square, etc. Overall, everything was wonderful. The hotel exudes a sense of luxury and simplicity at the same time! If we return to the city, it will definitely be the hotel where we stay.

I stayed in Flaner hotel for 2 nights in November. The hotel is located in a historical area and is exceptionally beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom exceeded all the expectations - you don't want to leave that shower :) It was very nice that the bathroom had Rituals products - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. It was also very cool to have the iron and the ironing board right in your room. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist with any need. The breakfast was also very tasty - you can pick food from buffet and also order from the menu. Overall our experience was very good!

Shower was excellent and the entire hotel design very aesthetically pleasing. Bed matress was also excellent. We loved the breakfast offer as well.

Just small details that could still be ironed out - door electronic mechanism was glitching too frequently, the room did not have anu other dust bin, just one small in the bathroom, rugs by the bed should be non-slip. Access to balcony would have been nice.
