the apartment itself was fine, it had everything we needed, within the apartment. location was ideal.

we were not told about ongoing building works! The building was covered In scaffolding and plastic sheeting. windows were covered with sticky paper, so we couldn't see out, not even to see what the weather was doing! If we opened the window we were inside the dusty plastic sheeting, and then got builders dust seeping in. Really nice apartment but check the building situation before you book!! it'll be fine when it's finished.

The location was absolutely perfect 10/10 for convenience! Close to everything we wanted to see, including the Presidency, Old Town, the National Palace of Culture, and right by the bus stop. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable, and the room overall was excellent. I also really enjoyed the breakfast although it wasn’t at the property, the nearby café was lovely, and their flat white coffee was amazing. Would happily stay here again!

There was a strong smell from the bathroom drains, and building works nearby started at 7:30 am, which was far too early. The pillows weren’t very comfortable, and one pillowcase had a large rip in it. We were told we could use free lockers, but the receptionist/intro message never gave us the code to the reception room where they were located, so we ended up waiting outside with our luggage for 30 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Also, the plug sockets are a different type than the standard European ones, so be prepared with the correct adapter I wasn’t able to charge my phone for the duration of my stay

The apartment is centrally located for the Old Town area of Warsaw being a short walk from the main tourist areas. The property is well furnished and equipped with all that you could need for a short to medium length stay. The building is located in a quiet courtyard to the rear of the building with a lift between ground and 4th floor, please be aware the final floor is on foot. We opted for the option with Breakfast, this was supplied via a superb small restaurant / coffee house a few moments walk from the building named Sucre, we found the breakfast options more than sufficient for our needs and very enjoyable. You are supplied with slips to pass to Sucre and are able to use them between 08:00 a.m. and 20:00 hrs. so no need to rush in or use them if you are not hungry.

The only issue found at the apartment was that the main source of heating from the apartments radiators was not working, I raised this with the company and was informed that there was likely to be air in the system and that they would raise the issue. The system appears to be controlled via a boiler elsewhere in the building and unfortunately over our stay the situation remained unchanged. We were able to heat the room via the air con unit that could also generate warm air so were not too negatively affected.

Excellent location, close to the Hotel Bristol. The view out of the window is perfect for people-watching! The bed was very comfortable, with nice big pillows. Good heating system too, and there are facilities for making tea & coffee. The rooms are quite nicely designed, a little quirky with some midcentury furniture. It was nice to be staying in a 'tiny hotel' with only a few rooms. The lady who greeted at reception was friendly and helpful! I think with the price in mind , this is a great place to stay.

A little noisy before around 11pm when nearby bars and restaurants start to close, although we did stay on Saturday night. You can hear people in the neighbouring rooms too, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs. I would have really appreciated some herbal / decaffienated teabags as well as the regular ones provided!

Clean, comfortable, big room with clean bathroom. They even give you earplugs for the noise (it is very central place, so is not quiet which should be expected). However, the location is spot on: in the heart of Warsaw, the staff is helpful. I highly recommend it.

Entering is a challenge. The big problem is that the system with codes that unlockes the door of the hotel is not always functioning, so I had very unpleasant experience not be able to enter in the hotel during the night (22h). The staff resolved my problem out of their working hours for which I'm very,very grateful but if such technical glitches occur and there is no 24h reception, the hotel should provide some assistance (by phone or message or some phone application or something) because if I came back even late I wouldn't able to access my room. Unfortunately, technologies always need some backup. Otherwise, the place is wonderful!

Spacious, clean, excellent location. Loved Warsaw - people so friendly! Fantastic transport network. And the 175 bus goes directly from outside the rooms to the airport every 20 mins for 80p. What more could one want! Pleasant staff member allowed me to check in 2 hours early (for a small, reasonable fee).

All good really but I can understand some of the complaints about noise. The other people staying there on this occasion were very quiet and very considerate (e.g. you could tell they were opening/ closing doors quietly). But with less considerate guests, I can imagine it would be a big issue as noise from corridor could be major. I did not find it noisy outside in the street at all.

Lovely rooms in a great location within easy walk of the old town. Comfortable bed, good shower, good size room with sofa and chair. Nice decoration.

Make sure the hotel knows your arrival time! Finding it and then getting in was difficult. The signs are tiny and if you arrive outside normal arrival time there’s no one on reception and no one answering the phone. We were let into the courtyard, which is shared by other buildings, by someone else but then ran foul of soldiers who escorted us out!! Note that breakfast is in a cafe a short walk away (it was good).

Beautiful, sleek, modern apartment hotel. I stayed in the studio, which is in a different building to the main building. It’s spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing - right in the old town and very close to public transport options. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Whilst there is a lift to the 5th floor where the apartment is, there are still some stairs you have to take. This apartment also doesn’t function as a hotel, you have to pre arrange your checking to ensure that the staff are available to open the building.

Location next to the downtown, lots of restaurants nearby.

There was loud music very later at night probably from upstairs neighbours (Saturday night). As there is no one present, the sms communication with the owner was very slow and therefore we did not risk to keep luggage there after check out (11 am) although this was advertised in Booking.

Location right on the main street, by the presidents palace. Very clean, fine rooms.

This is an office turned to rooms to let. Reception is closed most of the time, no help after 8 pm. Not possible to get en extra blanket. Breakfast is in a bistro on the next block.
