The best location in the old town everything is walking distance. The rooms are very clean and spacious. If you don’t need All location has its own charm plus the desk is open 24 hours so you can check in and leave your luggage and go and enjoy the old town. We will definitely go back

Perfect location: next to Royal Palace. The room was very spacious. There was tea and coffee available at the corridor.

I didn't like the lift: Extremely slow and I had to keep the button pressed the whole time when the lift was moving.

Unbeatable location just steps from the entrance to Old Town, directly across from the Royal Castle. The guest rooms are on the top floor, offering fantastic views over the city. It’s an older building, so the elevator is slow but taking the stairs adds charm (and a bit of a workout) to the experience. It can get noisy at night. But that’s part of the magic of Old Town, this is the heart of the city, where life happens late and loud. Water and tar are in the hall outside not in the room, different and part of the charm.

Some amenities would be useful - there was a small container of shampoo and would be great to have conditioner and hand lotion.

It’s a perfect combination of location, staff, facilities, price!. In the absolute center of old town, right across from the castle and column. Great view of the castle from the hotel. My room was facing the castle and the sunrise view was awesome! The hotel has a vintage touch with lots of character. All the old town tourist attractions ruins are within few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Tons of food places and several authentic polish restaurants. The area is extremely safe and is very active till late night.

Super good location, very convenient with restaurants and places of interest.

I thought my booking comes with breakfast but apparently not. I'm totally fine with no breakfast but it's confusing when it says breakfast included but it's not. There is also a musty smell in the room. Beware of taxi scammers parked near to hotel/McDonald (nothing to do with hotel, just an awareness). The taxis looked legit with signs and everything, and I got scammed, ended up paying alot to the airport. Recommend uber, bus, or ask hotel to book taxi for you

Very central location! Stunning views, overlooking the old market place. Very good storage options for clothes, plus a rack for the suitcase. Large fridge in the hall, hot and cold water dispenser. Very slow elevator, but it helps a lot!

I had no idea how busy and loud it could get at night, motorbikes revving, crowds chatting till midnight, city cleaning at 2.30 a.m., military music at 7 a.m., then hussle and microphones again till sunset. At one point I could hear the news on the radio from the next room (I think they took a Bluetooth speaker into the bathroom). So it's a challenge to get a full night's rest.

The location Grade A + I loved the slowest lift in the world, this place is quirky, you’ve got to have an open mind. My room was huge & bathroom, clean, the place needs better pillows!!! ASAP!!! You are paying for what I consider to be the best location ever for the price and I’ve travelled to every country in Europe

All I can say that this place is crying out to be and could be a fantastic Boutique Hotel, if ever for sale, I’d buy this place.

The location is fantastic if you want to explore the old town! Everything is just outside of your door, and the buses and trams stop nearby. It is a bit old school, but it has most of the things you need. The price is very decent for the location.

Loose shower head, poor toiletries and poor hairdryer, generally not a great showering experience. The elevator is impressively slow, but I love how the hotel turned it into a joke (make sure to read the elevator instructions, they are very funny)

It is a guest room located in the Polish Pen Society. So, the place has a character, so nice. The Location and the view is spectecular. The staff was very friendly. There is no breakfast but there are plenty of cafes nearby and a 24 hour open supermarket once you are outside.

The weather was a bit cold, and the room was also cold. The central heating wasn’t working, and since there was no air conditioner, there was no way to heat the room.

Excellent location in Old Town of Warsaw, the tourist area. Beautiful old style European furniture and high ceiling but modern enough with bathroom and flat screen TV. We had the very top floor with small balcony, it was facing the Royal Castle. Exceptional view! Our room was very spacious, like an apartment, not cramped, as we had lots of suitcases, and still a good deal of space. Comfortable bed! Also nice that we were able to leave our suitcases by reception desk, as our flight was in evening and check out was 11 am. Receptionist helped with getting the taxi to the right entrance. Good service. We would come back here again.

The elevator is small and very old. You had to hold the button to move it all the way to 4th floor and this moved SLOWLY. Faster to go by stairs. The water cooler and kettle for boiling (with tea bags and instant coffee packs) were not in your room but a separate room for all guests to use, no coffee maker. Breakfast, you had to buy from the restaurant/cafe on main floor, but we went out to another place.
