- Probably the building in Warsaw with the exact best location for a tourist who wants to explore the old town and monuments. - My room--a deluxe double corner room facing the square--had a fabulous view. Inside the room was charming, with antique furniture and music themed wall decorations. Hanging on the wall was a piano soundboard w strings that resonated if I sneezed loudly. - Very quiet (except for a short period around dinner time when some musicians come out briefly). - Charming staff that gave great tourist advice. - Soft, comfortable bed. - Large modern bathroom.

No cars allowed in the square, which is a benefit, but the taxi will drop you off a block from the hotel and you will have to roll your bags over cobblestones.

Location and value for price is amazing! Right in the heart of the old town. Amazing opportuntiy to stay at a historic 16th-century Polish building with a Renaissance charm. The hotel is also conveniently 3-4 minute walk away from the bus stop from which you can hop on the direct bus to the Chopin airport. The lady at the reception was very kind and suggested some things to do and cafes to try nearby. I did not make use of the breakfast, but they offer one as well upon request.

Upon arrival (I arrived at 9pm I got a bit scared as when you enter the front door on the ground floor everything seems closed there is one door which is locked and no sign of human presence, for a moment I thought could it be somehow no reception at this time, however you need to go up the stairs and then right into one of the corridors and the reception is there, maybe would be good to put a bigger sign on the groundfloor ''RECEPTION UPSTAIRS'' or something of that sort. Regarding the room itself, the only remark is that a small piece of the shower door handle tip was broken and fell off once I touched the door.

The hotel has a very central location, close to public transport, and it’s surprisingly quiet when the windows are closed. The view from the room was lovely. The room itself was big and very clean, offering plenty of comfort. Staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready with helpful information about local attractions and great recommendations. Overall, a great place to stay for both convenience and hospitality.

The only downsides were the water pressure in the shower and the lack of nearby places to eat after midnight.

Everything was perfect! I knew the location was very good but I didn't realize it was *this* good until I recognized the building from across the square :) incredibly easy to access from the airport, right in the middle of Old Town, perfectly clean room, comfortable bed, super nice and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. I would like to thank the staff (especially Lucy!) once more. Everyone I talked to in the hotel was so kind and friendly, and they really helped me get the most out of my very short stay in Warsaw with their recommendations. Thank you!

Minor detail: the room smelled a bit weird when I first checked in. It was most likely just the old building-carpets etc. combined with some cleaning products (the room was super clean). I left the window open for about an hour as I went out to discover Old Town, and the smell was gone when I came back, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Hotel has amazing location just in front of the royal castle, in the old city. We had a room with good view on the square. Rooms have slightly unusual and eccentric designs, but it's a hotel special feature. Room was big enough, bathroom quite modern, everything was clean. Due to the thick walls, room was very quiet. Mattress and pillow were good and they compensated a little bit bad impression from old wooden frame of the bed

Furniture is old, and when the look of the old wooden bed is cute, the sound of loud creaking is annoying, especially during the night. Breakfast, comparing to usual meal in Polish hotels, is miserable. Girl, who served it, was very friendly and helpful, but food - awful. There is also unpleadant smell on the downfloor

entry lobby smells a little of sewers (but not an issue anywhere else in the hotel) the rooms are all individual - I thought the one we had (15) was a little plain compared with the other 3 our friends had and a little cold (no heating in the en suite) first floor room onto the square was a little noisy from the street on saturday night But these were minor points and would not put us off from returning - just things the could improve further

Excellent location, perfect view of the main Square from vintage-style Chopin room, interesting decor, friendly staff and clean rooms. Even if the room we initially wanted wasn't available, we were even more happy with Chopin room because of the outstanding view and many windows. You can really feel the spirit of Warsaw there. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was the only downside, it would be good for the hotel to improve the quality and variety of products, because right now it's much more convenient for the guests to have hot and fresh breakfast in many cafes around the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.

The main thing to realise when visiting Warsaw is that the Old Town is very small and the rest of the city is spread out, a mix of very new skyscrapers and more traditional Soviet style apartment blocks and 60's offices. The Castle Inn sits right in the heart of the Old Town opposite a fabulous museum/Royal Palace. Most visitors will spend a lot of time in the old town where there are dozens of bars and restaurants and other attractions. So all is easily to hand. Our room was unexpectedly Chopin themed and had a grand piano hanging on the wall. What's not to love about that! It was clean and well appointed, good bathroom and windows overlooking the palace and square.

This little hotel deserves 10/10, except it has no elevator. But they help with the luggage if you ask. We knew that ahead of time, so we were not disappointed and asked for help with luggage and we were given it. One of the few buildings that survived Warsaw after WW2, it is very clean and well kept up. The breakfast is in a lovely room and serves the purpose of a nice start to your day! The staf is super nice and helpful.

We liked everything

The location is to die for in the old town! I got an unforgettable room with the most beautiful view. My dream of a princess bed finally came true! I liked that there was a fridge in the room and the room was spacious. But the best thing is the reception staff, which was amazing. From the time I booked, until the last minute. Oliwia was super nice and patient with me, when my booking went kind of wrong without me knowing, and in person she is so great and did everything to make my stay feel comfortable. And Sofia, so kind and helpful and helped me with booking airport taxi for example. Kamil was also smily and the lady with the cute dog also. You owners are lucky to have so good staff. Thank you everyone and I hope to see you again!

For the price of the hotel, the TV channels should be in order and easily reachable. There should only be channels on the remote that are available. I waisted probably an hour with the remote in my hand, trying to find something to watch, but gave up.
