Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Bus/tram stops are short walk away. Room is big with very comfortable bed. Breakfast is great. Bus stop of Bus #175 to/from airport is only 4 minutes walk - it's a very cheap option compared to taking a taxi or uber.

Great location, but with the bedroom to the back it was quiet enough to sleep with the window open (which was great as it was really hot). Very spacious apartment and comfortable beds, good bathroom. Breakfast was super good

All great but the apartment, which we had selected because it also provided a washing mashine, did not provide washing powder. I asked at reception for some washing powder and was told they'd send some up right away, but it never came. That was a bit of a shame as we had planned for this evening as a "laundry evening" and needed to manually do some laundry instead.

I especially liked the location of the hotel next to the Old Town on the picturesque street Krakivske peredmistia Modern rooms, modern elevators. A variety of dishes for breakfast and caring staff.

On the 4th floor, in the corridor on the way from the elevator to the room, you need to use additional stairs down and up, which makes it very difficult to move with heavy suitcases.

At first I was a bit skeptical because of other reviews from previous guests, but we were really satisfied with our choice. Location is great, everything is near, bus stop a few metres from the Hotel. Breakfast was amazing, you could choose from eggs, sausages, cereals with milk, yogurts, fruits, vegetables, different kinds of ham and cheese, sweet croissants and fresh bread. Drinks - apple and orange juice, coffee, soda or tea. If something was missing, it was supplemented by waiters. The spa was great, when we visited nobody was there, although the hot tub was not ready to use, but we were aware of it through the booking. The room was clean, everything we needed was there, however we heard weird noises coming from the radiator and climatization during the night. After all, it was a good choice.

The staff was amazing! I had requested some special photos printed in the room for a birthday surprise and the staff went above and beyond to create this awesome memory for us! Couldn't be more pleased with their help!

The breakfast was not impressive. Perhaps it was just a bad day; but with 1:30 hours before the end of the breakfast and almost half of the things were finished (some got refilled after some time and others not at all). In general we had to wait for quite a while to be served some of the things. In addition, the jacuzzi included in the spa was not functioning as it should.

Hotel is in a great location right on the edge of the Old town. Was surprisingly quiet considering the location. Staff were very friendly

There was an intermittent smell in the bathroom which I think was the drains as we could smell the same thing on the street. Didnt bother us too much as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The room itself had a lot of scuff marks on the wall. Appreciate this is wear and tear but it brings down the overall impression of the room which otherwise would've looked really smart.

It is very well located, in the centre of the old town so you can basically walk everywhere. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops.

If you arrive on weekends, driving is not permited in the old area, so have that in mind if you have heavy luggage. There are also quite a few steps to get into de hotel, and into the room I was in. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, so the corridors smell very much like Chinese food all day... not a very nice kind of smell for early mornings. The staff speak very little English.

It is a nice, clean hotel. Nothing grand, but cosy. The hotel is in the old town town. Surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars and tourist attractions I felt the room was small, but you get used to it. The bed is lovely!

The spa is…, just a little jacuzzi. It looks better and bigger on pictures. It was nice to have massage, but the whole time, while I was laying and trying to relax, I had to listen to people shouting, on the other side of the wall.

The location is incredible. So close to the old town. The bed at first seemed hard, but was actually very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, although the toilet seemed to be at small child height. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

There wasn’t really anywhere to put your bags if you wanted to access things in them. That’s my fault though for not paying more attention to room size. I was on the 2nd floor and between the lift and my room there were 4 steps, which isn’t easy when you have a heavy suitcase. A small thing really.

Great location very close to the old town and bus stops outside the hotel to explore the rest of Warsaw. WiFi was good.

Air con in the room is very bad, I had to get a portable fan from reception which still didn't help. I visited the hotel in March, I would expect the rooms to be extremely hot in the summer period. The air con needs to be sorted ASAP, this was also an issue in my parents room. Buffet breakfast was nice but the staff where very slow replenishing the trays when empty.
