Good location by the the river, next to the converted power station that is full of bars and restaurants. Metro stop outside the hotel if needed. 20 minutes walk towards the new part of the city (up hill) 20 minute walk to the old town. Modern decor, nicely done rooms, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Free coffee machine down stairs and Argentinan restaurant attached is also nice.

Wonderful location in a really dynamic part of town. Tons of cute shops and cafes around and great access to the metro. The room was tastefully furnished and we found the room to be quiet, with a nice view. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The room cleaning was inconsistent; we stayed for five nights and we had to ask for the room to be vacuumed and then after they finally vacuumed it, for two days nobody bothered to show up to clean. We also thought the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Sugary fruit cocktail from a can, bread was not great, severely undercooked eggs. A very strong synthetic fragrance hits you when you enter the hotel downstairs, which competes with a smell that made me think that the downstairs has a bathroom plumbing problem. If you are at all sensitive to fragrance, you will want to avoid staying here.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the newer part of Warsaw. It is very convenient for travelling around the city as the Metro is just outside the front door. Once you negotiate the one way road system there are regular buses to other parts of Warsaw. We got the train from the airport and walked over the bridge from Warsaw Sadion train station. Very easy to negotiate and lovely views over the Visla river. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly with good English (which was good for us non-Polish speakers). The decor of the room was modern and the ambience was good. The fresh filled rolls in tasty bread from the nearby bakery are recommended.

Not a complaint but just a warning that the bathroom floor is VERY slippy when wet. Use the towels on the floor to avoid an accident!

Great location! Within walking distance of the city center, and has a subway station literally in front of the hotel, and a couple of bus stops as well, so perfect connection. It is also very close by the Copernicus Science Center and the Stadium, in case you wish to visit those. Around the hotel there are also a few restaurants/bars/caffes and shops, so you can get access to multiple things. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated!

The sound isolation in the room was not perfect. Not to an uncomfortable level at all, but still could be improved. You could hear a bit the noise in the corridor (doors, elevator...) and also some of the mechanisms of the hotel (e.g. water running)

The location is beyond perfect! The property is located in a very beautiful neighborhood, in front of a metro station, in walking distance to many attractions (museums, the old town) and other interesting locations/restaurants/coffee shops. The lounge room was very nice, offering coffee/tea at any time. It was also quiet at night while the bed was very comfortable as well as the bathroom.

The size of the room is tiny! We were two people with a small luggage each and we struggled with the space available. Also I didn’t like that the bathroom was not cleaned until we requested so on day 3 of our stay.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was free coffee, water and biscuits available in the conference room. Our room was spacious and stylish with a view of the river, and had three windows so was full of light (no 33). It was very clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing and expensive. There are many excellent cafés close by which offer better food for less. We found the beds to be a little bit soft. The bathroom was small and I hit my head on the glass shower screen more than once as the toilet was very close.

Location, location, location - 20mins by taxi from the airport and directly on the west bank of the Vistula river in central Warsaw, opposite the Świętokrzyski Bridge and the national stadium, the 'Vistula boulevards' (promenade) with many restaurants, coffee shops and activities (and a metro station) are on your doorstep, the famous Krakowskie boulevard with all historical and cultural highlights is a short walk away (or 1 stop on the metro). The staff were very welcoming, the decor is modern, our room was a great size with river views, wifi worked well, coffee available in the downstairs dining area 24/7, the breakfast was delicious - I would stay again for sure.

hotel was nice and clean, lovely christmas decoration at lobby. personnel was friendly. Good location, just next to metro. cafes, restaurants and shops near. room was nicely furnished.

small room is so small that you get claustrophobic there, we managed to change room because some issues at room. water pressure was zero and there was some sewer problem so they upgrated us and it was very friendly. Next room was nice and cozy.

Beautiful spot, well thought through and nice environment. It's a lovely place to stay, some really lovely details about the room. The free coffee machine (& good variety of teas) available on the lobby level is great! (& very handy to grab a takeaway)

A note to be aware of, the rooms do vary in size - even if booked at the same rate. We had three seperate rooms booked, two had plenty of room and easy for storage/accessing luggage. The other room was very small, and no space for a medium sized suitcase other than on the floor near/in front of the door. This should not deter you, but just be aware (or ask for one of the bigger, standard rooms).

The restroom was spacious and super clean (also beautiful). The bed was super comfy, and the staff was very friendly. The location is fantastic: it's in front of a metro station, close to a mini market, coffee shop, and loads of restaurants and stores (it's a block away from a shopping center). It's also within walking distance (~1.2km) of the old town.

The room itself was a bit too small... So, having 2 luggage + 2 backpacks made moving around the room, opening them, and finding our stuff challenging.
