Staying at ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum was an absolute delight! Situated close to the city center, it was incredibly convenient for exploring all that Warsaw has to offer. The room was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by the creative and stylish interior design throughout the hotel. Every facility I needed was readily available, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The breakfast served was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to kickstart my day

However, I found that the staff was not always as helpful as I would have liked

Our stay at the hotel was great! We chose this particular hotel due to it's location and closness to the venue (Torwar). It was a bit overcrowded in the morning but generally there were no problems with the stay. The room was clean, plenty of space, quiet, cosy and I loved the design. Breakfast was varied and there were many options to choose from. I only lacked some vege sausages but still there were other vege options available.

No complaints at the hotel, but could be less expensive.

We have stayed here twice already. Friends traveling with us were here for the third time. It's safe to say we will return if we will be ever traveling through Warsaw again. Good price, tasty breakfast and nice beds.

There was no parking available and reception lady did not give too much recommendations on where to park etc.

I had a great stay at the Ibis. The room (for one person) was rather average, but it had the necessities and everything worked. There was a small desk that fit my laptop and a couple things. There were four outlets. The bathroom worked. I was especially glad that there was enough light in the room, which is often not the case. There was an air conditioning and heating unit that worked fairly well. The lobby had a free coffee machine, juice, water, and cookies. Hotel staff were all great. I didn't have a lot of interaction with them, but when I had a couple questions, they were very helpful (Adam and Sandra at the front desk). The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were American, European, and British options and a wide variety. It was mostly the same thing every day, but there were so many options, it didn't matter. Waffles, pancakes, crepes, fruit, granola, cereal, meat, cheese, various breads, vegetables, salads, pickled fish, beans, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and more, including the oddest thing: juicers, which are apparently a big thing in Poland right now, with chunks of vegetables and fruits to juice. The also prepared me a sack lunch (fruit, sandwich, juice box) for my last day when I had to check out really early, which was a nice touch. The location worked for me since it was close to where I needed to spend most my time, but it was a 35–45-minute walk to the old town (the walk can be done along the river, which is really pleasant). However, the hotel is right by a major bus stop, so taking the bus, which is easy to do, cuts down travel time significantly to the old town, and you can get other places quite easily, too.

Not a huge problem, but whatever the mattress was made of was not breathable at all and I sometimes woke up with a sweaty back. The utility of the room could be vastly improved by having a small fridge. It was disappointing that the lobby's free coffee machine did not have a hot chocolate option like the ones at breakfast. The one thing that was needed breakfast-wise was some non-caffeinated tea options.

Awesome colours and geometric decor designs within hotel and rooms invites curiosity and looks great. The rooms and hotel very clean and with a nice location by the River. Delicious breakfast food and lots of choice. Seating (swing seats/booths) was great and innovative. Reception offered tea/coffee/biscuits & lemon water. Plus a bonus of free water bottle refill receptacles - saving our planet - one bottle at a time! - well done Ibis - this initiative will make a difference. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. We Recommend a stay here !

There are 2 Ibis Styles in Warsaw - one in the city and one by the river. Dont tell the taxi driver- just Ibis Styles. (2) taxi fares at peak hour - we’re not great! (Our mistake fully!)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, with a kettle and drinking water provided on each floor. The breakfast was excellent and arguably the best among similarly priced hotels in Warsaw. Location is also fine, easily accessible with city transport.

Be aware of insects from the nearby river :) There are signs on the windows advising guests not to open them to avoid unwanted visitors. The breakfast is quite good, but the restaurant area is very small and navigating through the narrow passages was challenging.

Loved the arty design throughout the hotel. Sustainability - brilliant touches. Comfy bed and great amenities. Great breakfast selection. Well done housekeeping - spotless room. Receptionists friendly and helpful.

Shower water pressure was not great. Also weirdly enough water temperature was changing while in the shower; something isn’t right there. Breakfast on a busy morning was a bit manic - staff wasn’t prepared. Restaurant members of staff not very welcoming or engaging whatsoever.

Free water (both still and fizzy) and coffee at reception. Location was great. Breakfast was very good, with the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables available.

The toilet in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets were quite plastic and didn’t breathe so it could be quite sweaty. Breakfast was really good but the room wasn’t big enough so it was difficult to find a table to eat at and it was extremely overcrowded trying to move around the room. The shower pressure could be better.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The food was amazing - fresh, delicious, and you could tell it was made with care. The place itself is super quiet and peaceful, perfect if you just want to relax and unwind. The staff were great - super friendly and always happy to help. Everyone was welcoming and made the whole experience even better. I had a great time. If you’re looking for a calm place with great food and lovely people, I’d definitely recommend it.

We liked the hotel. Although we chose this place hoping it would be close to the Ironman triathlon location, it was still 4 km away from the main area, which we hadn't realized. The breakfast was great, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the two machines available for making fresh juice from fruits and vegetables every day. The room was beautifully restored.

The bed was not very comfortable, and I found the parking and electric vehicle charging to be a bit expensive.
