It's a whole building of apartments. Good value for the money. To be honest, we only spend there 2 nights, rest of the time we were outside in the city. So we technically we just slept in there and used shower in the morning. So not much to say. Free parking ! Which is a nice thing.

For me personally, I didn't like the pillow, too soft :) Also, slightly far from the center, on a busy day it can take up to 30–40 minutes driving.

The facility was as seen in the photos. It was extremely clean. Everything you need for cooking is available. The bed was comfortable. We left extremely happy and satisfied. Although it is a little away from the city center, there are bus stops in front of the resort. If you are traveling by car, this will not be a problem at all.

When we took a shower, the hot water ran out quickly. In other words, you should take a shower and leave in a maximum of 15 or 20 minutes, otherwise the hot water runs out. You need to wait for hot water after it.

The apartment I was given for my stay was on the ground floor, I was given an apartment with an outside area that I could sit outside on their comfortable chairs, in the sun, there are trees surrounding the area, outside landscaped with bark and has very small fir trees, it was nice and quiet...The apartment itself is really nice and it was very comfortable and it had everything I needed inside for my stay.... Apartment is very s pacious, modern and clean....

There was nothing that I did not like.

Significant inconvenience - the absence of the elevator. In our case, we struggled quite a bit, carrying luggage up and down. Ground floor accommodation would be preferable. The location is quite remote, only Zabka shop in a walking distance. Breakfast was available though, for 55 PLN per person.

The apartment was, great, big, warm, with everything you need. The locality isnt the greates, but you can get into city centre by public transport in about 30 minutes. There is a store right across the street which is pretty nice. All in all for the price, the accomodation was great, everything was working fine, and we had a lovely stay. Would visit again.

For my taste the matress on the bed was too soft, but for a weekend stay, it was fine. The water in the apartment was really hard to control, the point where it was just warm, was really hard to find, so you either had cold water, or scorching hot water. Also the hairdryer stopped working one day of the stay, but was working fine the later, so maybe it just overheated.

I loved the room, comfort is good. Very good location if you have a car, otherwise you need a 5-7 min walk near the road to a more civil district. A lot of towels and a good bathroom were something I enjoyed. You can use your kitchen to prepare food if you find food delivery expensive.

I would put 7 out of 10 for beds - they are really narrow for a tall person like me and a bit semicircular mattress. And another thing I can complain only - the sounds of your neighbors in the evening during their love marathons, you will hear everything throw the walls.

Amazing place, so nice and quiet, far from big roads with nature, first floor has own terrace for breakfast and rest, safety place, good to sleep and work, and apartment has definitely everything for living: wash machine, iron, small cooker, fridge, plates. Bus stop is near the hotel and can be easy to go in shopping mall Sadyba. I like this Warsaw district, it has perfect bicycle separate roads, Thai massage salon near, very green and calm place. I would recommend this location to have calm and comfortable stay.

I expected that it would be faster to come in city center by bus, but sometimes it took around 1 hour, maybe because of road construction work and traffic jam, so if you need to get city center by bus or taxi, you need to take more time do not be late.

Check in was smooth, staff can speak english well. Room was clean, comfortable bed. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a possibility to buy breakfast which is really tasty! Definetely will choose this place next time!

Noise isolation not the best, you can hear noise from staircase. But it didnt disturb, there was not a lot of people going in and out in evening.

Clean apartment with everything you need, also for longer stays - kitchen equipment, washing machine, iron with ironing board etc. There was a small private terace outside - nice for warm and sunny days. We only stayed one night during a longer trip, so we were very happy with the location outside the city (not so good if you want to explore Warsaw). By the way, Wilanow palace (an interesting tourist attraction) is nearby. We appreciated the convenient free parking.

The bed mattresses were soft and uncomfortable. So were the pillows - very stiff. That was the only downside for a good night's sleep.

Spacious rooms with a kitchen and all the basic amenities, big clean bathroom, quiet neighbourhood, big parking in front of the building, a small grocery store several minutes away.

The door lock in one of the two rooms we booked was jamming. Some equipment is present in one room but not the other (microwave, fan). The refrigerator stopped working in one of the rooms when we were away for the day because the fuse switched off for some reason. We were staying during a heatwave so it was hot in the rooms (and only one had a fan). The pillows were uncomfortable for me personally, I returned home with back pain. Also, no playground or anything for kids.
