Appreciated this as it was too hot and stuffy outside so we could switch on air conditioner and not worry about blowing on our heads + Closed parking lot + Amazing restaurant in the inner yard + Very friendly staff + Super comfortable armchairs in the room ( :) ) + District is very quiet, rooms have good soundproofing

- Only 2 charging sockets in the room = Can be problem for people with disabilities as there are lots of stairs and 1 elevator far from rooms

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was great to have air-conditioning since the days were quite warm. It was nice having the cafe across the street for breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Warsaw.

We checked in on the weekend, so the security man at the desk had difficulty answering our questions since he didn't speak English.

Pretty big and clean apartment with air conditioning. A living room, two bedrooms, big kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet on days and nights. I’m not sure if there were other guests but we felt like alone in a whole hotel. The only staff was a security guard on reception. He spoke only polish but we understood each other. The property is located not in a city center but there is a great public transition so you can easily and fast get anywhere

The apartment is located far from entrance. Although they have an elevator there are lot of stairs on a way to apartment

Located in nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking included. Nice restaurant options nearby.

Staff was very nice and very helpful and did their best to assist. But would expect that there would be English speaking personnel at the reception. This was not the case during day or night.

Location is spot on; close to the Geological Institute, SGH and a few departments of Warsaw Technical University. Easily accessible from the central railway station via bus (incl. night ones) or subway, yet quiet. Summing up: the room was warm, clean (unless you've got an OCD), the bed was comfortable, decor on a budget side, but nice and functional. The table was a bit too high (or, the chair was too low) to allow for comfortable laptop typing. Note that at night, the reception is manned by security staff, so in case of late arrival, any out-of-ordinary request needs to be forwarded to the hotel management beforehand.

The hotel is located in a very quiet, green neighborhood, so one can avoid all the city bustle and noise. It is simple, but clean and comfortable. Breakfasts, served in a lovely cafe opposite, are fantastic.

The apartment suite was good, tidy, but had to open windows to get rid of the smell. Bed sheets were provided, clean, towels were too. No big complaints

It was hard to get into the apartment, as the staff in the registration didn't speak any foreign language, only polish, but in the description it was stated, that languages were polish-russian.

Quiet, very good location (Mokotów), a lot of coffee shops, restaurants (Mezze, Regeneracja, Viet PHO), free parking.

Seemed like the heating did not work.

Location - short distance to the tram and a little bit longer to a metro. 24 hrs reception, quiet location in the Old Mokotów. I was there for a business travel and had no chance to go to the sightseeing but I managed to met few people in a city centre to which is relatively close, neither by tram or metro.

Maybe it was only the guy next doors who loudly talked over the phone - sounds like a thin walls.
