The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was mediocre, but it had excellent cheeses. The location was great, because you can reach the center pretty fast. Nearby there's a big park to explore, which contains a museum, a botanical garden, etc.

I missed having some fresh fruits at breakfast and fly nets in the room. The internet also only worked in one half of the room and in the other it was quite weak. A fridge in the room would have also been great, considering we were staying in the middle of summer.

I stayed for four nights, each day there were different staff at the desk and all of them spoke in English and were really nice. I had a huge delay in arriving the hotel but even in the odd time of checking in, it went smooth. Also they let me keep my luggage there after the check out. Breakfast was also fine but wouldn't say exceptional, but breakfast counter opens till 10 am. The tram stop is also nearby and there was direct tram or buses to old town or centrum. Supermarkets were also close. Overall it was a good stay.

Cleaning the room during the stay

Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rate was extremely good value especially considering that breakfast was included. The hotel is close to the city centre but in a quiet area. The room was clean, furnished to an acceptable basic standard and everything in it worked.

These are minor matters but there was no soap in the room and the hotel staircase could do with redecoration. The dining room at breakfast was a little bit crowded on a couple of occasions in that people had to share a table with other guests.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. It was a comfortable place to stay, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Would book again.

Considering the price, everything was perfect. A clean, tidy room, where I even found a tiny sewing kit. Breakfast was tasty. Near the tram stop, only a few stops to the center. Free parking is available.

Location, view, the room was clean and quiet, the check-in was flawless.

I would suggest more low-cost better-variety options for breakfast - please go to Biedronka and buy 4-6 different types of cereals and musli (not only the kind of very sweet for children), put some yogurts/kefir in the fridge - and it can make a really nice difference for you guests.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast allowed for a healthy start of the day and the location, close to ulica Marszalkowska was ideal.

The price went really well with the quality, room was big, had a hairdryer, bed was comfortable, I was able to check in around 1am without any extra cost. Good breakfast.

Shower room had a bit of unpleasant smell and all water supply (from shower, sink, toilet) was brown.
