Location is a bit far from center, but close to the grand park, which is nice. Breakfast was good. Gym is excellent. Bike-sharing stand nearby. Bus and tram nearby. Restaurant good. Good-sized room. Large bathroom with tub and shower.

Bed was too soft and sagged in the middle. Duvet was lumpy. No toilet brush. EV charging is only for Teslas, useless for other car owners. Pool area very dated; used by parents playing games with children, etc. Steam and jacuzzi out of service. (Sauna was fine.) Room a/c temp. only changeable by calling reception. (Questionable whether temp. would be sufficiently cool on a hot day.) Noise from connecting room, even with double doors closed. No blackout curtains (they didn't close fully or properly). No overhead light.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and very convenient bathroom. Nice experience in general. It is located in an area surrounded by beautiful parks. Supermarket quite close. Good tram and bus connections. Also, walkable distance from the center.

I didn't like that the inner yard facing room didn't have a possibility to open the window. Asked to change my room. The air-conditioning is on automatically, and it's difficult to control yourself. I don't understand why you need it when the temperature in the morning is +14-16 and barely rises above 24 during the day in Poland. It is irresponsible to the environment, and I'm allergic to air-conditioning. The room furniture is a bit dated but it was ok.

Always my hotel of choice everytime I go to Warsaw. Partly because it’s close to where I need to be but also the service is very consistent and the rooms are very generiois compared to other hotels in the city. The pool and sauna also helps a great deal and the food is good ( I always get the clubhouse though) . Although i’d skip breakfast because the options arent too exciting.

The bathrooms although spacious, are a bit dated with the tiles but nothing I can do about it really. And one big hassle for me is the plug sockets not able to accommodate international adapters so I tend to use the socket at the wall towards the foot of the bed which means I cant use ny phone or devices while charging

Stayed at this property 3 times. Overall a bit shabby hotel, but rooms are very clean. As always friendly staff, quiet and cosy business lounge, clean and not crowded spa. Comfy beds. Good breakfast with Polish specials for the very best beginning of every productive day.

Free parking lot is somewhat small, however I always managed to park my car for free. Very strange bathroom doors) they are more like ones in Japanese houses with only difference that they are made of wood, not of paper. Worn soffits at pool telling the guest that this area definitely needs renovation asap. Rather poor lobby bar, but bartenders are helpful and always ready to serve a drink of your choice.

To begin, the reception is wonderful, they explained really well for me in English and i loved that and they were really patient and kind. Also really loved, im not sure if he is the manager , a bit elderly man who was managing floor 5 on the 12th, he was very helpful, kind and patient and assisted us very well, overall id say they service really well and with patience.In fifth floor you have access executive suite and there are some cookies and fruit and assorted no alcoholic drinks at your disposal.These are free of charge, at 6pm they bring in the alcoholic drinks , a few desserts and warm food that could potentially fill you up ,these are also free of charge.The swimming pool is really large and not so deep for an adult who cant swim lol , the sauna , steam room also really good.In the morning theres breakfast buffet with different meats , breads, salads etc, you also have an option to ask the chef to prepare specif breakfast for you not at an extra charge ie if you had already paid for the breakfast buffet or just breakfast.Overal, loved the service and great thanks to the man who served us in floor 5 wish i remembered his name.

The room was large and well appointed. I did have to get technician to come as one of our tv’s didn’t work, he replaced it promptly and set tv’s up for us. The breakfast was fabulous and room service as well. The little bar downstairs in the foyer was was great at night for drinks and a pizza after coming back late from concert. Location perfect for Taylor Swift Concert at Stadium, but a little way out of city however buses went past the hotel. We also loved the pool and spa. Our stay was perfect especially thanks to Mateusz Bednarek who served us in the Executive Lounge each night. Mateusz was very friendly and spoke perfect English and he helped us so much with directions and things to see. I recommend Mateusz to receive an award for best staff member at the Regent.

I loved the room with park view, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. the bed and bedsheets were very comfortable and big. the room was very clean and warm. I liked the swimming pool which was big and clean and the sauna. they also have great gim.

The food was definitely a disappointment, I bought breakfasts hoping for some first quality food. It was just good but nothing out of ordinary. the orange juice was from a box (well known polish brand), the cheese from multi pack already sliced. there was nothing local from small brands. We didn’t feel that the staff went an extra mile to make the guests feel fantastic.especially not the lady in the restaurant front end. in the evening we ordered pizza and a burger. it was a disappointment as well. we were surprised that there were so little older staff, it looked like most of them were still learning.

The gym was of great size, room service was 24 hrs, and the pizza was great. There is a bus located right outside the hotel going in bith directions. The breakfast spread

The price of breakfast is out of control. $26, nope. I see how $26 went into it as the spread is fabulous, but then (bc I didnt have it included in my room) I paid thr 110zl and felt the need to east $26 dollars worth. Don't do it. There is a Hygga across the street where for $9 you can get 4 pancakes n a coffee.

Wonderful staff and good roomservice.

Breakfast is alright, but for a high-end hotel they should use slightly higher quality of foods and offer a wider bread selection.

The rooms are spacious, my king size-bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious, with a separate large tub and shower, with plenty of counter space at the vanity. Also, very helpful and friendly front desk staff; and, very important after two days of travel, a great pool/jacuzzi and gym. II did not have time to check out the spa but a quick glance at the range of treatments on offer left me wishing I could stay an extra day just for that. I also liked the location - still central but literally adjacent to the most beautiful green area in Warsaw. I will certainly check in back into this hotel during my next trip to Warsaw

The only improvement I'd wish for would be the internet access - it was not secure and quite low speed; however, when I mentioned it as a problem to the front desk, it was immediately remedied and a separate password-protected router was brought into my room which allowed me to proceed with work-related videoconferencing. without a glitch.
