The administration turned out to be very pleasant and endearing, polite. They helped to solve the issue with the check-in, as I arrived very late at night. Thank you very much! The apartment is clean, spacious enough, large and comfortable bathroom. There is a washing machine and it is very useful. Tea, coffee, toaster for making breakfast. The beautiful territory of the complex. It seems that autumn is just the perfect season to emphasize the beauty of this place.

Everything was perfect, we really liked everything. Everything was clearly explained at the reception, how best to get to the apartment and where the apartment is located. The apartment is in a very beautiful location, there are many free parking spaces near the house, even at night it was possible to find a place to park the car. The apartment was clean, the air conditioner in both the large room and the bedroom helped a lot on a hot day. Note that the channels on the TV will be in the national language, but that was not a problem. Towels, shower gels were prepared in the shower. When traveling with a dog, please note that there will be an additional charge, but it is very minimal at this location. We will definitely come back again. :)

Everything was fine, I would recommend thinking about a TV with a smart TV function to be able to access YouTube, it would definitely be useful for foreigners.

Love it! I stayed here for a month, the apartment is small but has everything you need to have a pleasant time; all essentials, microwave, kitchen, dishes, comfy bed, sofa, TV; the personnel was extremely kind and always help me when I ask for it. I brought my cat with me, they were very understanding, they helped me by moving the dates of the cleaning service to accommodate my schedule and be present to put my cat in her carrier and avoid it to escape. Also, the location is very convenient, a convenient store 1 min, restaurants near by and all major companies are closed, 5-15min walking distance, also the tran and bus stops are 3 min walking distance. The Galeria Mokotow mall is 10min walking and the metro station, around 15min walking distance.

Check in was pretty smooth and we managed to get the keys an hour ealier. Staff at the reception were friendly. Convenience store and restaurants just below the flat. Late check out was a huge bonus as we had an international flight that afternoon and were able to rest.

Got woken up in the middle of the night by neighbours playing loud music. Guess that's a common occurrence in blocks of flats.

It was incredibly convenient to have a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance.

Great location. Closed territory, 20 minutes by train from the central railway station. Quiet, comfortable and cozy. The apartment has everything for a complete and comfortable stay. There are all cutlery and cookware, and also a hair dryer and an iron. In general a great option for a stay. For me the main thing is the cleanliness of the room, as well as the cleanliness and new equipment in the bathroom.

In some places need a small repairs. For example, the shower head leaks, the refrigerator door does not close smoothly, so there is a risk of leaving it open.

I liked the apartment! It was very cozy! It also has a bathtub which I adore, so I enjoyed it :) It also was very warm! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. There are also several Żabka’s around the property so it was very convenient.

The location itself was not that great, way too far from the city center (around 1 hour and 30 minutes by foot). But the surroundings were great: very clean and cozy, the area seems new.

Very well maintain it and clean, great custumer service, secure, good place to rest and relax while a long hours of travel, Same good restaurans and convinience store near by, as well a shopping mall 4 or 5 blocks away.

Looking for my room while carrying my luggage from the reception to the room

Room is large enough, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, elevator. Good communication with city centre by tram.

Bathroom was not clean I found a lot of hair at floor. Key holder not always enables electricity, sometimes it takes few minutes to put it properly

The apartment was very clean and modern. The partment was quiet and warm. Everything matched the desription. Very comfortable beds. Area was quiet with easy access to local shops and cafes. Easy commute to city centre (close to bus and tram stations). We arrived later than planned due our flight was delayed and very kind owner and receptionist left us key in a safe place and we were not charged additionally for later check in. The staff in reception was very friendly and polite. We stayed just 4 days but the place would be comfortable for longer stay too.
