Great hotel, helpful staff, everything was nice until I went last day to a restaurant to order a steak. I think it is linked with the hotel, because breakfast was served there also. I ordered a steak, but there were more warning signs I ignored. It came after 1 hour, so for my waiting I get extra steak tartare. When the main course came, it was so salty I couldn’t even taste it. But as I said, after a long working day I was really hungry. When I came back to my room, it started immediately. Stomach ache and other following problems. Until now I have still problems (2 days, so hope it gets better), so I wouldn’t ignore those warning signs next time. My apologies, but it totally ruined the whole view of until then perfect stay.

It is not my first stay, I have been here several times. This time, there was a small issue with parking, they have solved it immediately. I think there are not many hotels that have such a helpful staff. Focus Hotel Premium really does have people going the extra mile. Its location is perfect since the time I need to visit my office in the business district, so if you are traveling for work it is absolutely perfect and it is not even far from the city center with Public Transport. Breakfast very good, I had also dinner once and it was also alright. I can only recommend it also for events, their hotel is also equipped with meeting rooms in case you need to host a corporate event. Highly recommended!

Bed was perfect - my head hit the pillow and I was gone… really nice peaceful sleep…lovely workout and lovely sauna

The price of breakfast - 90zl pp wheb it was advertised on booking as 30zl. Price of a beer in the hotel bar - 25zl (this is Western European prices)… even across the road there is a local convenience store called Zabka. They’ve got beer there Zywiec Biala (white wheat beer) advertised as 3,59 per bottle if you buy 3. I bought 3 and the cost was 7,18 per bottle… not the same in other parts of Poland. Also the Filipino cleaning staff really in a hurry to clean your room… they start ‘accidentally’ knocking your room door before 9am. Usual scurrilous Polish German antics here.

I had a fantastic stay at Focus Hotel Warsaw and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. The location is excellent—easily accessible from the city center and close to public transport, making it a great base for exploring Warsaw. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which added to the convenience of my stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was quite good, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the spacious layout and stylish design of the room. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, Focus Hotel Warsaw is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Highly satisfied with this stay! Hotel itself and the room was beautiful and spacious. I've got an upgrade whilst there was no overbooking. At the reception they have told me that they just wanted to make for me a present and give me a bigger room with a coffee machine and bar included.

I'll definitely stay at this hotel again, but ... without breakfast. Although food variety was not little, less food looked appealing and fresh. I didn't know what to eat there except for coffee and croissants ...

The location was perfect for our family. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as 2 grocery stores. We were a short walk to the tram where we could reach the other parts of the city we wanted. We love the chrome cast feature on the tvs, and it was a life saver for our 3 year old.

We really loved our stay overall and have zero complaints, but in the future I'd love to see more vegan options at the restaurant.

Food in general was nice but there was inconsistency with the service. I was never asked if I wanted table water. I got bread then next night no bread. I had a steak one night that was drowned in polish butter which isnt to my taste. This ruined the meal and it wasn't cheap. I had oysters that were excellent.

I don't think I have ever been in a better bedroom. I paid 210PLN for a double room (no breakfast) which I consider a great price after seeing the room. There was even a coffee machine in it.

I was there for only one night, and only on leaving the room I discovered there was a small fridge with a few drinks. I don't know if they were included in the price or not, but I didn't have more time for asking and left everything untouched. So, if you go to this hotel, find the fridge and ask if those drinks are yours.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and cozy and the staff was very pleasant. Perfect for a short one night stay!

I checked in with a dog, but the fact that you have to pay additional fees of 70 PLN for the dog and another 70 PLN for the parking was not stated on the booking page not my reservation, I learned about it at the front desk. I would prefer to know beforehand if I make a booking for 1 person + pet.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. I received a free upgrade. The room was very nice, clean and quite big. There was a proper coffee machine in the room. Room service was delicious, maybe the portion size was a little too small but overall very good. There is free street parking close by.

My only criticism would be that the bed didn't breath at all. I didn't check but I think there is a plastic wrapping on the mattress. It sounded like it. Any body part that was touching the mattress was sweating even though the room was very cool and I don't tend to sweat much.
