I like the suite. Specious and 2 bathrooms, so perfect for families with children. I like my stay in Focus hotel!

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. There was a smell in the bathroom on the first day, but it disappeared afterwards. I hope this can be avoided in the future. The main important point is that there was no safety lock on the room door. This is the first time I stay in a hotel without a safety lock on the door, and it made me feel worried, especially since I had children with me. In addition, the housekeeping staff could enter at any time without a secure lock. Another point is that there was no security key system in the elevator, meaning that anyone from outside the hotel could enter and access any floor without a room card. I kindly ask you to look into these two issues, as they are very important for tourists to feel safe in the hotel.

Great hotel, helpful staff, everything was nice until I went last day to a restaurant to order a steak. I think it is linked with the hotel, because breakfast was served there also. I ordered a steak, but there were more warning signs I ignored. It came after 1 hour, so for my waiting I get extra steak tartare. When the main course came, it was so salty I couldn’t even taste it. But as I said, after a long working day I was really hungry. When I came back to my room, it started immediately. Stomach ache and other following problems. Until now I have still problems (2 days, so hope it gets better), so I wouldn’t ignore those warning signs next time. My apologies, but it totally ruined the whole view of until then perfect stay.

It is not my first stay, I have been here several times. This time, there was a small issue with parking, they have solved it immediately. I think there are not many hotels that have such a helpful staff. Focus Hotel Premium really does have people going the extra mile. Its location is perfect since the time I need to visit my office in the business district, so if you are traveling for work it is absolutely perfect and it is not even far from the city center with Public Transport. Breakfast very good, I had also dinner once and it was also alright. I can only recommend it also for events, their hotel is also equipped with meeting rooms in case you need to host a corporate event. Highly recommended!

Bed was perfect - my head hit the pillow and I was gone… really nice peaceful sleep…lovely workout and lovely sauna

The price of breakfast - 90zl pp wheb it was advertised on booking as 30zl. Price of a beer in the hotel bar - 25zl (this is Western European prices)… even across the road there is a local convenience store called Zabka. They’ve got beer there Zywiec Biala (white wheat beer) advertised as 3,59 per bottle if you buy 3. I bought 3 and the cost was 7,18 per bottle… not the same in other parts of Poland. Also the Filipino cleaning staff really in a hurry to clean your room… they start ‘accidentally’ knocking your room door before 9am. Usual scurrilous Polish German antics here.

I had a fantastic stay at Focus Hotel Warsaw and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. The location is excellent—easily accessible from the city center and close to public transport, making it a great base for exploring Warsaw. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which added to the convenience of my stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was quite good, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the spacious layout and stylish design of the room. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, Focus Hotel Warsaw is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience and will definitely be staying here again!

The room was spotless and cozy, with a wonderful view. The bathroom was modern and stylish, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. A truly pleasant atmosphere to relax in. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. There was no lock inside the room(access by keycard), which might feel a bit uncomfortable for guests who prefer some extra sense of security.

The only downside is a parking cost, 80 pln per day, which is a lot in my opinion.

We were able to get a cot for out room so that 3 of us got separate beds. An upgrade to a larger room was very appreciated so that weren't all crammed together! Clean and largely empty gym and sauna we used daily with great joy. The breakfast buffet is excellent but very overpriced. Many shops and places to eat within walking distance

Cost of breakfast. We stay here because it is close to family, but this is not a central location for touristic spots.

A wonderful stay in a quiet and charming area This is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel located in a peaceful neighborhood. Just a 7-minute taxi ride from the airport, it's very convenient for travelers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially enjoyed the lovely on-site restaurant with delicious food. There's also a gym and sauna available for guests. I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my friends!

Highly satisfied with this stay! Hotel itself and the room was beautiful and spacious. I've got an upgrade whilst there was no overbooking. At the reception they have told me that they just wanted to make for me a present and give me a bigger room with a coffee machine and bar included.

I'll definitely stay at this hotel again, but ... without breakfast. Although food variety was not little, less food looked appealing and fresh. I didn't know what to eat there except for coffee and croissants ...

The location was perfect for our family. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as 2 grocery stores. We were a short walk to the tram where we could reach the other parts of the city we wanted. We love the chrome cast feature on the tvs, and it was a life saver for our 3 year old.

We really loved our stay overall and have zero complaints, but in the future I'd love to see more vegan options at the restaurant.
