It was an amazing experience from the very begining up to the end. With the help of Mrs Alicja I was able to order and pay for the late lunch before I got checked in and while still boarding my flight to Warsaw. Thanks to that, even though I arrived after the restaurant working hours (shortly before midnight), I could eat a warm meal. The room was clean and quiet, the restaurant food delicious, the location is perfect (4 min to the airport, 15 min the city center). All the staff was kind and helpful starting from the reception through the room service up to bartenders. I asked for a later check out and had zero issues with having my request fullfilled. I totally recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the Selv-made juices were an excellent idea. The staff was helpful. Clean room, comfortable to work in. The hotel's location was ideal for me: close to my old house and close to the airport. Very good access to public transport. I am satisfied with the stay, I am sure I will back.

There were too many people. The hotel was a little bit too expensive for a private stay. The restaurant could have a better menu for vegetarians. After 2 days, I tried all the dishes. The hotel is not suitable for tourist purposes (I visited my family), more business, but I chose it because of its location. To sum up anyway, I was happy to stay there.

As a family of four (two adults, two children), we had a great two-night stay at Novotel Warszawa Airport. Staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating throughout. The breakfast was superb, with a live cooking station, waffle and pancake machines and even a macerator where you can make your own juice using fresh fruit and veg. We didn't purchase the breakfast at the time of our booking and were glad we didn't because children eat for free and we would have paid more had we pre-purchased the breakfast. Our breakfast cost averaged £8 per person per day, which was tremendous value for the quality and range of food on offer. The outdoor pool isn't deep or very big, but our kids had a great time splashing around and cooling off in the heat. During our stay it was mostly families with children around the pool (Taylor Swift was in town), and there was really nice vibe. Staff were very happy to give us new towels as and when we needed them. The only small problem we had was that the air conditioning in our room didn't work well enough. The staff immediately moved us into another room with no fuss. If you are a light sleeper, we would recommend you ask for a room that faces inward. Our first room faced inward and was super quiet. Our second room faced outward and even though both rooms were well soundproofed (we never heard anyone adjacent to us) we did hear sirens from the road. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the staff who were responsive to all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, starting with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, who were extremely polite. There was also a play area for the kids, and I can’t forget to mention that upon our departure, they were given a small gift, which made them incredibly happy. Kids are already asking when we will come back, that tells enough about great experience.The room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, quick check-in and check-out, excellent local bus network, comfortable room. Quite fast internet connection (wifi), good signal everywhere. And fantastic breakfast! (lunch was 6/10 because of the limited kind of choice)

Some of the reception might need frequently talk in English recognizing words, expressions. Room with view the garden: maybe the window opens to a massive wall. Bathroom and toilette in different places.

Free upgrade room. This businnes trip is first time for me and I would send living here the most confortable.

Last day of my business trip is not fixed depending on the status of the project. So I have booked here for 3 weeks per week with free cancel plan. I had to move another room for the next duration(21-28 Sep). It would be really helpful if you could arrange the same room for me as I stayed on 14-21 Sep.

easy and quick to get to hotel from the airport. staff is very friendly and helpful. i was lucky to get themed room and I really loved the idea - I will definitely remember the room and how cool it was- such things make the stay to stand out. breakfast was great selection - mix of Polish and international options. with pancake machine ;-) i attended the conference at the hotel. and it was great. great tea break and lunch food.

Great hotel, very convenient to reach from the Warsaw Chopin airport, staff was very polite and friendly, all the facilities are good, including little gym and spa/sauna.

In 3 days, i haven't heard from room services, neither to take the trash out, nor offer towels or anything else. I am not sure, did i sleep so hard, that i havent heard a knock or they just skipped my room🤷‍♀️. (I didnt use any "do not disturb" card).
