Very nice and compact room/flat. The instructions on how to find the flat were very precise and the pix help a lot.

At first glance, all looks great, but the details. The balcony was in a poor state, and it is clear that nobody bothered to keep it up for a long time. Bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. The curtains were not thick, and there was nothing to stop the sun from waking you up at 5 am. I also hate that some people ask you directly to put 10 on their property. That is really unfair, and I do not understand why they would think that if they ask, I'll just give them 10....

The accommodation is in a good location – not in the city center, but with good public transport connections to it. There are many dining options and shops nearby.

We really missed having a refrigerator (even a small one would have been fine). Also, in the summer, the lack of air conditioning could be an issue (we weren’t there during summer, so it wasn’t a problem for us). Even in May, we could already feel how warm the apartment could get in the afternoon.

Rather small but good place to stay in Warsaw. It takes a several minutes ride on the bus from the Chopin airport, so no need a taxi. The place is at the top-most 11th floor of the big building. You can enjoy nice view at the Mokotov at sunset. Though the apartment is small , you will find a lot of useful things. Also, the local area is a nice territory to have a walk.

Provided pillows are rather big. Would be amazing to have a smaller one. Also, it would be nice to provide a shower gel.

I missed my flight and booked it straight away as very strategic and convenient distance from the airport 15/20 by car. Asked to check in early as I had not slept at all and they have kindly agreed. The instructions were clear and simple, the check in /check out very easy by the codes given for the safe box with the keys. The apartment was spotless and everything needed was there. The double bed was ultra comfy, the view from the 11th floor was spectacular and the shower was powerful. I could not have been more happier! All 11/10 for me.

I had a great stay at this apartment – it's perfect for a single traveler. The space was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. I also appreciated the clear and detailed directions on how to find and access the apartment. Highly recommended!

There were three of us and it's nice that the dishes were ready for the three of us! And also the view from the window was very nice. Thanks to the owner, who allowed us to vacate the apartment not at 10 in the morning, but until 12. It was a good time to spend the morning well . Thanks🩷 and every information was easy understand

Clean, good location, small, neat and simple. Perfect for an airport layover or meetings in the business park. Not grand luxury or a big room. But you get a little water kettle and some coffee, an iron board and an iron. They try to accommodate you even on a budget.

The location/entrance was not easy to find. Also the instructions for the key pickup sent via a message has some broken English. So it took me a minute to find the right entrance/building since this is located in a park with many buildings but nothing the host could do about that.

Gorgeous view from the window, 11th floor, there was a lift. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable (although the pillows were just gigantic). It was wide and flat TV. The kettle and dishes were clean. The location was just perfect! Not far from the city center and next to the Chopin airport, there was a grocery shop nearby.

For one person the room is quite good. There were two of us, and it was a bit crowded (not to mention that initially there were to be three of us and the room was designed for three). In the photo, the room looked bigger and had a different arrangement of beds (I suppose). Only one towel for feet (room for three). There were not any shampoo or gel, or toothpaste, only soap (it was stated in the description). There were not enough shelves or lockers for personal staff (all the space was occupied by beds). Small selection of tea or coffee.

close to chopin airport, shops for everything close by, and easy enough to get to the centre (10 mins on local transport)

The place is really unusual. You will be living in some kind of penthouse apartments of the modern 12 floor building. You can sit on a rooftop and watch the sunset. Rooms are of different sizes, my one was rather small, but the view was suprisingly nice. If you want to stay alone for some time, meditate and think about something - the place is a good choice.
