Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is very good. They keep one elevator always available, with door open at the groud floor. You do not need to be waiting long. Breakfast has a variety of products, there are choices enough if you want to eat healthy.

Warm water does not last longer than 1 minute. It gets cold. Than it warms up again, but it is inconsistent. On 12Dec evening, there was not water at all. Called reception and they informed hotel does not have a water supply. The city water supply was making changes on the pipes and it remained with no water for more than 1 hour. Only a few causal restaurants in the area.

Swimming pool was cold and shower in room went hot and cold.

The hotel is very modern and clean. There is a range of amenities, including a small gym and spa area with a pool and sauna. The hotel provides bathrobes and towels for the pool and sauna. The pool is not too big, but it is still nice to have a swim and relax. The hotel is also close to a variety of public transport stations (bus station 2 mins away, tram station 5 mins away) with good connections to the city and the airport.

There is nothing specific. Had a very pleasant stay. The only thing I could mention is that the sauna (when I went) was not that hot (so if you are used to 90 degrees Celsius, you may be a bit disappointed).

The girl at the reception offered to speak to us on russian after seeing the Ukrainian passports(( it was very inappropriate! If you don't speak English, you can speak Polish, Ukrainians will understand you perfectly

The staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean and well-designed. The spa area was really good-looking and posh. The food at the nearby restaurant (Mono Kitchen) was fantastic, although there were a lack of options. We had arrived too early on the first day, and our room wasn't available yet, so we would've had to wait 5-6 hours but the receptionist managed to upgrade us to a bigger room that was already empty so we were able to accommodate ourselves instantly. The hotel is easily accessible from Chopin Airport and the city center is not so far either, making it an ideal location.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the temperature in the room. It was 19°C in our room while the outside temperature was 16°C, and the heater was not working. I was told at the reception that there was a problem with the heating that was going to be fixed in 3-5 hours. 3 days later, the problem still remained, so I think it was an intentional decision instead of an actual malfunction. I felt that the explanation given wasn't entirely honest which I found regrettable.

We were looking for stylish, clean, aesthetic hotel. And I am 100% lucky, we got “Stay inn Hotel Warszawa”. About food- no need to go to eat in the city if u dont want to, bc the food here was delicious, greatly served. Stuff was young, friendly people, also would like to add- gym was right beside to long swimming pool which never was crowded. Sauna as well- never overcrowded. Room design 🔥, free coffee, tea, water in the rooms. Overall definitely coming back and staying there: if in the beginning I am always not sure about the internet reviews for any hotels, then this hotel surpassed all my doubts and left great memories.

Treadmill didn’t work

Very Nice and comfy room. Excellent shower - so soft. Perfect restaurant, had very delicious beef tartar there - suggest! You won't believe but not many spa hotels offer towel heaters in room - this I loved too. I never take hotels next to the airport - but this time it didn't bather, soundproof very good - even you sleep next to the big traffic. Very good breakfast as well.

Doors are slamming - that's the thing you can hear in room- boom! The voucher for free drinks - I don't drink beer or vine, it would be nice to have one tasty cocktail Massage didn't seem professional

This is a great hotel near the airport. New building with good interior and perfect cleanliness. There is a restaurant and a spa area with a swimming pool in the building. The staff is polite. The spa area is beautiful and very clean, the background music and atmosphere are wonderful. The breakfasts are excellent.

I locked the door from the inside for a night's sleep. And early in the morning, the janitor opened the door with his key and entered the room. It scared me, it was very uncomfortable. It was noisy and not safe. I think that if the door is locked in the room with an additional lock, you should not enter with an ironing board. It's an unpleasant experience. Work with the staff is required.

The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay there. Room was super clean, we had everything we needed - huuuge bed, very comfy, and pool that was warm enough to rest after a long trip to Warsaw from Vilnius. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty and inviting to taste everything that was there. It was our first stay of our week long journey around the Europe and it made the expectations for other stay very high.

The wifi wasn't the best and it's not possible to open the window even a little bit so we couldn't get that much fresh air cause we don't really like sleeping with the AC making its sounds. So far that's it.

Exceeded Expectations – Amazing Stay for the Price! From the moment I checked in, the experience was great. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was clean, nicely arranged, and honestly exceeded my expectations. The bed deserves a special mention – it was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on. Having two одеяло (duvets) was such a convenient touch, making sleep even cozier. The spa was also a pleasant surprise – very relaxing and well-maintained. For the price, I don’t think you can find a better deal. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and great value. I would absolutely stay here again!
