There is a really nice park next to an apartment, also a couple of groceries and a laundry in 10 minutes walk. Separate thanks goes to reception ladies who speak perfect English and allowed to leave a bag for several hours

We really missed a mop and/or a broom. There is only a tiny broom in the apartment. Cleaning is done once a week, but at first we were lucky and everything was clean, and then something happened. They only changed the linen, but dust under the bed and on the cabinets remained.

Convenient location, quiet neighbors, several groceries, eateries within walking distance, well-established transportation (tram, buses, trains), very convenient and quick access to Chopin International Airport. We would like to express special thanks to Ms.Svetlana: we had to leave to the airport before the kitchen opened and Ms.Svetlana packed a very good breakfast for us. If you want to stay in a quiet place and not far from the center, we'd highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very disappointing, very simple. We were expecting more than just bread rolls, jam, honey and coffee. Some basic vegetables and even a boiled egg should have been offered.

1. The water pressure for the shower was very low. 2. The pillows should be urgently replaced as they are half empty . 3. The bed sheet does not cover the top mattress properly 4. The doona cover is way too large for the small doona( too small for two people)

The location is excellent two grocery stores are located nearby. The apartment, 138B, is modern and clean.

The layout of this place is weird I think that 1/3 off the area can't be utilized. The King size bed is so large that accessing it is difficult since there is less than a foot of free space between walls and the bed. This apartment was not equipped with a washer. However it had a dishwasher, although I found only two large plates two small and three cups in the cabinet. Window curtains need some work.

Close to transport and to the centre. Convenient store right next door.

In the room lack of privacy. Would do with shutters or voiles specially as the bed is right in the window. The particular room was on the high floor and over looks the offices. The shower bar was very loose I thought it will come off the wall and light above was flickering. I think the maintenance should be more thorough. Under the bed was not very clean.

The location was very easy to get to from the train station. It is in a convenient area with good public transport a short walk away. Located near many supermarkets, corner stores and local restaurants within walking distance. The room was a good size with kitchen facilities and fast Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi was insecure; I would recommend using a VPN. The room was very warm during the heatwave, and there was no great way to air out the place to cool it down. The street can be quite loud in the mornings with peak-hour traffic.

I arrived in the evening, was tired and really did not know were to eat. 6. Nice aroma scent in the room. 7. Huge wardrobe 8. Washing machine 9. Two supermarkets in the same building. 10. Close to a tram stop which is direct line to the city centre and central train station.

1. I could hear neighbors talks if their balcony was opened or they were on the balcony even if my balcony was closed. 2. Neighbors from two rooms were closing doors very loudly, probably doors needed a little more effort to be closed and they applied little more than needed.

Location: close to the airport, underground (paid) parking available, the kitchenette (small fridge, stove, water heater, etc.). 15 minutes drive to city center, where parking is free on weekends.

Although the sheets, towels and mirrors were clean, the kitchenette part was quite dirty, I will try to add some pictures of that. Also the bathroom door was partly broken, the air conditioning unit was replaced or installed in a hurry and in a messy way, weeds growing on the terrace between the tiles… small issues - except for the kitchenette cleaning, we went out and bought some cleaning products and did it ourselves.

The staff at the reception desk were not friendly. I had a very important request for an early check-in (I was traveling with my child and we were very tired after a long trip, lasting over a day by rail). I was willing to pay an additional fee, but my request was denied without any remorse. The staff didn't even suggest waiting in the lobby with air conditioning. The temperature was over 35°C that day, and my son and I had to wait in parks and cafes for over 4 hours. They offered an earlier check-in by 1 hour, but in reality, it only amounted to a 15-30 minute advantage for us. Mold in the bathroom
