Incredibly and commonly clean, providing a lovely place to begin your day and a welcoming sight once you return from exploring the city. The hotel is also fantastically positioned for bus routes from Sczesliwice Park and the nearby train station.

There is, obviously, little in the room itself. All amenities that you need are there- but little else, and one certainly feels like they're in a budget hotel - bed not withstanding. However, it's called the Ibis budget hotel. It's expected, and yet still very lively and more than accommodating.

I think the price-quality ratio is quite good. The customer service was very friendly. The front desk kindly ordered a taxi for us upon request. The budget room was, in my opinion, appropriate for the hotel’s standard. The shower system was a bit different from what I’m used to, but manageable especially when traveling with someone familiar. The towels were really small and there were no separate hand towels in the room. Still, after a long trip and a night spent on a bus, this was a perfectly fine place to rest while waiting for our night bus to depart. Next to the bus station. Taxi to the old town was only 9€

Small towels and no minibar/fridge

The room was basic but clean and had everything we required to use it as our base for our stay. We had Uber into the main part of Warsaw which were convenient and very cheap at about £4.50 GBP each time.

The key card repeatedly did not work and we were told it was because we had had it near our phones or credit cards which wasn’t the case so this was a pain as the card needed to be reset at least once a day. There are roadworks outside the hotel which meant the walk from the train station was longer than expected - there was no communication from the hotel to tell us this.

That's a classical IBIS structure with comfortable beds and pillows, a good hot shower and all utilities that you may need. They also have a water dispenser on the ground floor.

The location is a bit far from the center city and old town, but Ubers are not expensive and you can use it as the public transportation is also not that close to the hotel. During my stay, there was a horrible smell inside the elevators. It's not necessary to keep staff working from this building as their only job is to refer the guest to the main IBIS building.

The most comfortable location when arriving and departure are at Warsawa Zachodnia. Clean small rooms with all the nessesary facilities. Great breakfast. The way to hotel from Warsawa Zachodnia was more difficult than expected as there are some construction or repair works near the hotel. It would be great if the hotel had given information about that. For example, a letter with map, the correct way from Warsawa Zachodnia to the hotel.

Breakfast: don't trust your first impression. Although at first glance it looks poor it's perfectly prepared. First thing - the ecology. The butter is not in small plastic containers, the same is with yoghurt. Good for our planet! The breakfast itself was delicious, I haven't eaten so tasty bread for ages. There was also a water carafe with the big fresh mint sprig. What a great idea! Cheese, sausages, eggs and steamed vegetables were all delicious, the Americano coffee as well. The staff engaged in the process of preparing the breakfast here should really be awarded :)

Suddenly at 6 am the light in my room turned on and I don't now why. It woke me up but only for a while. After the breakfast there was an alarm in the building and the warnings were in Polish, German, French and ... in Italian. I guess there are not so many Italians in Warsaw, especially in September. As far as Warsaw is concerned it would be better to issue these warnings in Ukrainian or Russian instead of Italian.

There are two IBIS hotels next to each other - one is budget, the other is "normal". We stayed once in a "normal" one a couple of years ago and liked it a lot. This time booking a room on a very short notice I made a mistake and accidentally booked the "budget" one. So we spent just one night in "Budget" and the reception staff kindly moved us to the "normal" IBIS in the morning. So our stay in "budget" was probably 7 hours long. Anyway, I guess for its price IBIS Budget is very good. Yes, the room is fairly small, and the bathroom and toilet layout is weird. There aren't many places for luggage and clothes, and the table is tiny. However, the bed is large and comfy, the room is quiet, the cleanliness impeccable; and we had a very decent sleep. The hotel shares the location and staff with its more premium sibling, which is very good. I would recommend this hotel for shorter trips - maybe to connect bus, train and flight travels. Definitely a very good choice for men (these are low-maintenance in general), could be less acceptable for women - as the bathroom is quite limited (no hairdryer, etc). But this is a one-star hotel, so read the description carefully before booking.

There are some space limitations and the bathroom is a bit weird. No kettle and hairdryer. Not a big deal if you are prepared in advance.

Clean room in a good condition, nothing fancy. Comfortable bed. Good value (taking into account that it is a hotel room, not an airbnb).

Minimal place to pack your things (no wardrobe, cabinet, etc). No hairdryer in the room. I could only turn off the nightlight above the bed by removing the card (i.e. cutting off electricity). The room clearly has soundproofing as you can't hear the street or speech outside the room, but hitting walls, dropping objects in adjacent rooms will wake you up, happened often. Nevertheless, for this price I consider it good value.

We paid 85 PLN extra and used the early check-in service. Check-out by 12:00, not 10-11:00 as in many hotels. Both before check-in and after check-out you can leave your bags. The room is not very big, but modern and clean - everything is as described

Due to the renovation the shortest way from the bus station through the park is closed and it is not shown on the google map - it would be good if the hotel would warn about it. I attach a screenshot of the shortest route (you do not need to cross the road to go along the park)

Was fine and good for the money. Stuff ultra friendly and cooperative. Really quick and good help after we left keys in room... So no need to panic if going for ciggies outside. We had also solved pretty quickly a problem with the people banging and shout that were above us. The stuff solved that quickly also.

- The toilet wasn't clean. It smelled bad but not badly, but still... For people with a sensitive smell it can be problematic.
