Evrth was nice, clean in general, especially I like clean bed and towels, very good room.

the receptionist offered towels to me for an additional fee, although previously they gave me clean towels for free. I was also upset that luggage can be left for up to 60 minutes.. also for an additional fee, previously it was free :( nobody could answer me whether there was gluten-free cold cuts at breakfast, since I have gluten intolerance, I had to refuse and not take the risk (

I slept in 6 beds room, the price was very cheap for one night stay and the bus station for flix bus is like 25 mins away by foot. I liked that the front table works 24/7 and the staff was nice to me. I enjoyed that room I stayed in, which was clean and tidy. There was shower gel/shampoo in the shower, so you dont need to take shampo or shower gel. Then, the bed was comfortable with a small light. I also like the design of the rooms with bigger windows and tidy looking beds. I took the upper bed, which was more comfortable.

As I booked a bed in (6 bed room), I had to pay for bedsheets (around 3-4 euros), which I didn't know about. Also, I didn't feel very safe in the room since there was one guy smoking in the bathroom. Thou I was never disturbed, and nothing has been stolen from me. Another thing, I didn't find any locker for a 6-bed room, which would be useful, but there wasn't any. Also the charger next to my bed (the top one) was broken, so I couldn't charge my phone. There were other chargers in the room, but I didn't feel safe to charge my phone with a neighbour who was smoking in the bathroom. And you have to pay like 8 euros for breakfast, which for me looks to expensive

Very clean and nice hostel. I stayed in a 4-bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The room was equipped with a wall mirror and a small round table with stools. Two beds were single beds, and two were bunk beds. Each bed had its own socket, while the single beds had a nightstand each but the night lamp on the ceiling. The cleaning ladies changed bed linen and towels everyday. On the ground floor, you can find the reception, a big lounge where you can charge your devices, and the breakfast area (not included on all reservations). On floor -1 (basement), there is a kitchen where you can cook and store your food in the fridges (remember to put it into one of the paper bags they provide and to write your name, room number, and day of departure on the bag). In front of the kitchen there is also common toilets. On the basement there is also a room with some lockers of different sizes that you can rent. During the three days I was there, they were all full, though, so it wasn't possible to store any luggages. There is an elevator inside the building, but to access the main entrance you need to climb a stairs. The building is on an industrial area, so there isn't much around apart from offices. The destinations I had to reach during my stay were approximately at a 20 mins walking distance from the hostel, and on my way there I found several grocery stores and restaurants.

There are no lockers in the room, though there is still additional space to put them. On the basement there is a room with some lockers of different sizes that you can rent, but during my stay they were all full so I had to leave my luggage unattended in the room. If you want, you can leave your valuables at the reception, but that's not very practical.

First of all, the location is great — it’s not far from the bus station and situated in a nice part of the city. The staff is amazing — always ready to help and very friendly. The place is quite clean, and the rooms are nicely renovated. Having a private bathroom inside the room was very convenient and comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like. Just a small note — if you need a towel for the shower, you may need to ask for it in advance or request it at check-in, as it might not be placed on the bed by default. Other than that, everything was fine!

Nice and clean place. Professional staff, always operating for any question. 10/15 min by walk from the center. Good price. Hostels often give you the possibility to meet people, so if you travel alone it could be interesting.

I booked a room for 2 nights, have arrived early morning next day after check-in, explain to the staff that room should be ready from yesterday evening, and I would like to check-in, he send me to machine, knowing that original check-in from 15:00. I spend a lot of time there to fill all this stupid lines, and at the end guess what, I been told to go back to reception, so staff is lazy and not helpfull at all. If you planning to stay with kids, be prepared to find nothing for breakfast, from hot meal, was boiled eggs only, you can make and eat only sandwiches... Every morning You need to go and ask for more bread, or to empty the coffee machine, staff is not looking after they area....

The structure was very nice, quite big, and looked more like a hotel rather than a hostel. The experience was very good and the location ideal to go to the centre of Warsaw. Apart from this, I'd like to spend a few words for Gaia, one of the receptionists: very experienced (you could see her), always willing to help, and very passionate about her job. You could see guests turning to her, because her feelings from her will to help even seemed to transpire through her personality. She helped me personally a lot many times, and it was so different from those times when you are simply left on your own. Keep these people: they make much more difference than many numbers, because humans are feelings (even though we are very good at finding excuses to deny that) ;) Overall, a very good experience! :)

I enjoyed the company of the staff and guests the most. I enjoyed the common area and the kitchen area. Also my roommates were very nice people. We traded clothes and other useful items.

I did not like that they told me once I arrived that they would only accept cash and that I had to use a high priced ATM to pay for my stay. My Bolt driver graciously loaned me the money because they would not accept my credit card. They finally accepted it at the bar but I now have to find my Bolt driver to give him back some money for all of the trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained this hostel was, especially the bathroom—it exceeded my expectations for a hostel. We were a group of six, and the space was comfortable enough for all of us. The staff were kind and helpful, always available when we needed something. It made the stay feel welcoming and easy.

The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city centre, but if you're okay with a little travel, it's definitely worth it for the cleanliness and service. Would recommend for budget travelers looking for a clean and friendly place to stay!
