I liked the place as it was not far from railway and my conference. The room was clean. Breakfast starts from 6:30! and this is excellent for the business trip! the food is good, I was fed. Personal was hospitable and fast for reply.

There were no fridge and kettle, I guess I didn't read about their absence, just thought it considered to be. there were no slippers- you should buy them on reception.

It is the perfect choice if you come to Warszawa Zachodnia or need some time to rest before the flight from Chopin airport. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was very quiet there, which was great given the fact that there were reconstruction works just outside. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The staff are extremely friendly, whether at reception or during breakfast. I would like to thank you directly for providing the cooler on the floor where we were able to fill our bottles with water. Everything was perfect, just as expected from Ibis. Thank you 🙏

12 minute walk fom train and bus stations, despite Google Maps saying it would take 58 minutes to walk to the hotel from the railway station, but 48 minutes to walk back to the station: go figure! Note: when you search for "Ibis Warszawa West Station', Google Maps headlines an alternative name "ibis Warszara Reduta" , with the name you searched for in smaller print:...

Hot water pressure too low. And the shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, with just the tinest possible adjustments changing the temperature from lukewarm to too hot... Location was only okay for one night if you want to be close to the Warsaw west bus and Train stations for a quick getaway...

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable with plenty of outlets for charging things. For breakfast, there were scrambled eggs, pancakes, croissants, toast, and cereal. A beautiful park is a 5 minute walk away. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Warsaw West (train station and bus station). I would stay here again!

I checked in early because my bus came in early, and I didn't want to sit in the lobby for several hours. There is an approximately $20 charge for early check in. The hotel was very upfront about this. It was worth it for me, because I was tired from being on a 15 hour + bus. I post this for informational purposes, not because I was upset. The hotel graciously gave me the offer to store my luggage for no charge if I wanted to wait in the hotel or go for a walk before I checked in. I opted to just pay the extra $20.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I was visiting Warsaw for business. It was very close to the meeting venue which was the main reason I chose the hotel. The room was very clean with nice workers. There was tram construction in front of the building, so during daytime it was loud. It was also loud at night with noises coming from the main road and we also heard a lot of sirens. It was a little bit far from the train station. So next time I visit Warsaw, I may choose this one due to its reasonable pricing. But probably I will stay somewhere close to the city center.

It is a traditional hotel near the bus station and the train station "Warszawa Zachodnia" for a one-night stay. If you don't know what time you'll arrive exactly, you can usually check into this hotel right away and don't need a reservation. The ride to Chopin Airport on Bolt during rush hour took us 20 minutes and cost 35 zł. You can also conveniently get to Modlin Airport from Warszawa Zachodnia station, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main Ibis and Ibis Budget, the reception is shared and is located in the main building. We have stayed in Ibis Budget before, but this time we decided to try Ibis, which is in the building with the reception. It is a little more expensive, the room is a little bigger, the shower is more spacious. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, there is enough lighting. The shower is good, you can find two towels for the body and one for your feet, also detergents have a pleasant smell. There are water coolers on each floor where you can pour yourself cold, warm and hot water. There is no cutlery or kettle in the room, but you can see glasses. Before checking in or after checking out of your room, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room for free, which is very convenient.

Just what you expect from an IBIS - standard room, with everything you need. Convenient location, close to the bus station, which is what I needed. Close to Blue City if shopping Is your thing. Definitely try out nearby Browary Warszawa - the underground food hall! It took me an hour to walk from the hotel to the Pałac Kultury i Nauki, and once there, I was able to easily get to the Royal Route, and the Old Town. Warszawa is a very interesting city, I wish I spent longer than 1 day there!! Staff at the hotel were great, I spoke to an American receptionist, and he was brilliant to chat to, very interesting and interested that I spoke some Polish!

Great location between the Western Railway Station and Chopin Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent—everything fresh with a wide variety of dishes. The staff is very friendly; you can borrow an iron for your room, and they even opened a bottle of wine for us and provided glasses. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the road construction nearby, but this is more about the overall area than the hotel itself.

Very clean and quiet room with good soundproofing. Because it's on a main avenue with much traffic, this i important. Breakfast had many varieties which should cover many needs with vegetables and salads. Nearest train station in about 600m and bus station right outside the hotel.

If there was a safety vault in the room it would be useful. Also some stuff in the bathroom need renovation.

Super fast and uncomplicate check-in, good shower and super comfortable bed. Couldn't be better after a long bus trip. Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff was really nice and everything was clean.

The coffee was a little flat and their toast was pretty dry. Not sure if the toast it and leave it to cool down. The toaster seems to toast only one side aswell, pretty weird. Luckily good other bread and sweets options.
