I only stayed one night but it was excellent in every way - very helpful, friendly staff, super comfortable room, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with everyrhing you could think of, including a make-your-own waffle machine! Who says waffles are only for kids?! The hotel is easy to reach from the airport and the area is very quiet and pleasant to walk around.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, with some items changing daily, which was a nice touch. There were also stations where guests could make their own juice and waffles, with different choices available. The hotel was not very busy during my stay, so it was easy to use the lift, find a table in the restaurant, or book a taxi without any issues. The property appeared well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Although my room was spacious, it was designed for individuals with mobility issues, and therefore there were a few aspects that hindered the overall experience. Firstly, there was no place to hang clothes or jackets, which made storage inconvenient. Additionally, the shower lacked a glass wall, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet after use. The sink was also positioned too low, making it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the limited selection of TV channels, which wouldn't have been a major issue if I had been able to connect my phone to the TV.

The hotel is very handy for the airport. There is a tram station about 5 mins walk away. A tram to Centrum takes about 20 mins. Add another 10 mins on to get to the old town. You a find a shopping center a few stops along from the hotel. The hotel is set within a mix of offices and apartment buildings. There are few small convenience stores close by, along with various cafes, restaurants and takeaways. The rooms were well maintained and the housekeeping team do a wonderful job, my thanks to them. The bed was big, very comfortable, lovely soft pillows. The bathroom is a good size, lovely walk in shower. There is a good sized fridge. We enjoyed the bar, the staff were lovely and the conservatory area is lovely to relax in. We didn't really use the restaurant as we tended to eat out when we were sightseeing.

The TV doesn't really have any English channels, if you are looking for that. Netflix is an option, although after signing up to Netflix, we discovered, upon asking at reception, that it didn't actually work. It could be noisy first thing in the morning, as I think most people are there for business reasons, given it's proximity to so many companies in the area.

Very clean and had everything we needed was working well Near airport, good if you need be sure catch your flight without jeopardise with the often traffic jam in Warsaw. Place has less people and is new fresh surrounded with few but nice good restaurants and grocery stores, also 20 min walk to a very big mall If you got a good discount it's a good candidate to stay even several days even if taxi or public transport needed to center parts of Warsaw

The staff is super kind and helpful. Comfy beds. The air conditioning was quiet. Clean rooms. Best buy option in the 4-star hotels area.

Keep in mind when you include and pay for dinner in advance, you can choose only two options every evening. One of them is vegetarian; if you are not vegetarian, you can only eat what the chef prepared for that night. The soups and the dinner were great, but you should keep in mind that you can't choose much if you paid for the dinner in advance.

Beautiful modern hotel. Nice, big rooms with beautiful bathrooms and amazing beds. Staff was friendly, and there is a nice bar and restaurant in the bottom of the hotel.

There were some small inconveniences, for example the TV Chromecast function did not work, so I had to use my own HDMI cable (TVs have hotel configuration and do not seem to have apps like Netflix installed). Also the room safe was not plugged in, and could not be used. Otherwise everything was great.

Lovely area , hotel superb . Staff very welcoming and room super clean . Very modern hotel and the rooms have climate control which was great as it was 35 degrees outside when we stayed.

Last time we were stayed was perfect this time only one small issue , one of the pillows inside the cover had a large stain, I called to have it replaced but not sure if anyone came as I fell asleep , however I also did not chase it . However not the end of the world but for a hotel that has such high standards a little disappointed.

Beautiful modern hotel. Stayed one night with 14 years old daughter. Very comfortable bed, beautiful, modern, clean interiors. Room has all amentities required. Very easy to get to centre 20 min in uber, felt very safe walking to local shop in the evening. Special thank you to lovely Restaurant girl, who prepared take away coffee at 5:30 am before the restaurant opened 😊

This is not the first time I have stopped. I am booking for myself and my colleagues. Excellent location in the office district and very close to Chopin airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle, a refrigerator and a comfortable work desk. The hotel has a restaurant where you will be served very quickly. The waiters are very polite and all speak good English.

Each dish in the restaurant impresses with its decor and composition. I didn't expect to see such "complex" dishes. Even a simple French toast, its filling is actually a masterpiece. Respect to the chefs. However, after staying at the hotel for a week, a desire arises for simpler food and its presentation (for example, mashed potatoes with a chop without additional seasonings and ingredients, perhaps more simple dishes from Polish national cuisine).

Wonderful hotel, pleasant atmosphere, clean and neat rooms, the restaurant in the hotel served tasty food. Fitness zone available 24/7 and the sauna was super nice. It was very nicely decorated for the Christmas and New Year season.

There are no umbrellas offered by the hotel, so if you are going during a rainy season, better take one with yourself. If you are arriving in the morning, you won’t be able to check in before 14:00/15:00 o’clock. FYI: no slippers, no bathrobes as well. Bring your own slipper for the sauna :) towels are offered there
