This was our third stay at this hotel during a four-week visit to Poland and Ukraine, as we used it on entry and departure from Poland each time. As always, the hotel staff was courteous and friendly, and very efficient and helpful. Our room was very quiet, the bed was quite comfortable, and all of the functional features worked well. Meals at the restaurant were tasty, with good variety for our preferences, and the wait staff was outstanding. The location can't be beat: across the street from the air terminal, which also makes it easy to catch a cab into downtown Warsaw.

The breakfast buffet quality and variety is very high, but the cost is also; it's best to include the breakfast cost when you book if your schedule allows that.

The location is phenomenal, situated just outside the International Departure Hall. Location surpasses everything else. I arrived by train, so even with heavy luggage, I had no problem checking in. The next morning, I walked to the departure hall, which was about 30 meters away. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the official check-in time was at 15:00, I arrived early, around 13:30. The receptionist informed me that my room was already cleaned, allowing me to check in ahead of schedule. The room itself was not very large but was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I expected. I also appreciated the hotel’s initiative to eliminate plastic bottles, as they provided a glass refillable bottle instead.

However, a pair of disposable slippers would have been a nice addition.

WALK IN FROM AIRPORT after landing took about 10 minutes! Never checked in to a hotel after getting off my flight this fast. SUPERB EXPERIENCE! Room and hotel all good.

Breakfast was way overpriced! For such standard / almost low level breakfast charging 30 EUROS??? Plus staff overseeing breakfast where a bit too aggressive not only with me, but other guest also. I was annoyed by their behavior. Very negative experience! If you have overpriced breakfast then balance it with nice staff. Anyways I only ate 1 morning from the 4! They lost me first morning. Regardless, I will stay again in this amazingly located hotel.

Convenient location accross the terminal, well equipped room, friendly reception service.

Restaurant: overpriced and not polite service. When my bill was given, waitress said "service not included" in quite offensive way. I can read what is and what is not on the bill and I decide if I give TIP or not. I suggest that in Poland service IS INCLUDED in the price. Room: entering (tired) the room, there was empty glass bottle with instruction like "go to ice dispenser room to get your water". Why should I go somewhere while bottle (returnable) with complimentary water would be appropriate for room charged 250 EUR/night. Or just say "drink tap water which is good quality"....

Location was superb - with a 5.50 am flight my friend and I wanted to be as close as possible to the airport - & that’s exactly what we got! It’s literally over the road from Warsaw Chopin entrance. The comfortable twin beds in our double room were good - each one almost as big as a double. The price of the room (@ about £200 meant we didn’t want to pay for 2 rooms), so this was fine.

The kettle! It leaked all over the counter top - and so did the replacement immediately brought up by the staff - but couldn’t be bothered to ask for another one.

This was my second stay. Perfect place to stay post flight nice rooms, comfy bed nice amenities. Forgot to mentioned I am allergic to feathers and most of the pillows were with feather stuffing therefore I was provided with cotton stuffing pillow in a short time.

I stayed on 2nd floor didn't had issue before (it was different floor though) but the ceiling was intermittently vibrating as if someone was dropping something heavy not sure if this was from fitness area or people above but it was quite disturbing.

Nice hotel located 30 second walking distance from airport check in desks. Very convenient and well priced. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There service is also quite good, I had a problem with water flow in the shower, they had someone there on a weekend evening within 10 minutes and it was fixed in 15 minutes.

The restaurant food is at best, mediocre and leaning towards just plain bad. I did not try breakfast but ate twice for dinner - once in the bar and once in the more formal restaurant and both meals were not good. The internet service is also poor - it would work for phones and tablets but Windows devices had difficulty connecting.

The hotel is located in the airport, just 1 minute walk from the departure terminal. If you have an early departure or late arrival flight - this place is really the best. It is more expensive than other hotels around this area but comparing to other in-airport hotels, it is fair value for money. The rooms space is sufficient, beds are comfy and the breakfast was ok most of times (still for those not acquainted with Polish cuisine, it may feel rather heavy). Finally, what I really enjoyed, is the front desk staff. I stayed many times in this hotel and every time the frontline staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Water. In this hotel, they don't serve bottled water. There is a dispenser for drinking water on each floor, which is not convenient but somehow understood from ecological prospective. I am ok with the concept, but the water itself tastes really horrible.

Mostly the location, because I had a flight next morning, but I was surprised by the interior and spaciousness of the room, and it was really quiet there though it in front of the airport, really liked my room🙏🏼

I had bad experience at the restaurant by the lobby, it had poor kitchen performance I asked to change one of the dishes because it was way to salty, they brought me the same extremely salty one in about 15 minutes, other things were undercooked (there were more disappointments) but the stuff was very kind . I definitely would not come back to that restaurant 🙏🏼

Very clean rooms, excellent service, very good atmosphere, and pretty luxurious. The food in the restaurant is tasty. The location is GREAT for short-stays, literally a road-cross from the airport, and 2 minutes walk to the train!

Restaurant is ok but a bit too expensive! If you plan to stay longer and desire to explore the city, it might be a better choice to pick an hotel in the city centre, because there's not much to do around the airport, and you'd have to use transportaion for everything. Still not too bad as there's a train right by, and getting a cab is fairly easy!
