The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers, especially for those flying out of Chopin Airport in Warsaw. This is the best hotel with the best location. You could even call it an establishment, as it is a hotel, a spa center, and a restaurant all in one. And everything is at the highest level. It’s the best place I’ve stayed at in Warsaw. The service is excellent, cleanliness is top-notch — everything is truly first-class. If I come to Warsaw again, I would definitely want to stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, very quiet an comfortable room, amazing breakfast with lots of options (including local specialties like pickles and cheeses). Also very comfy that hotel offers free transfer to the airport (departs every 30 minutes). It is also possible to reach hotel by foot from the Chopin airport, ad hotel is very close to it (5 min drive), however it is not a pleasant walk due to dense traffic and highways around the airport. Room was equipped with care, everything you need after long flight is there - teapot, coffee/tea to brew, hairdryer, shampoo. It was truly great and absolutely worth the price.

One very bad and disappointing item was the airport to hotel shuttle service driver. I had to wait almost 2 hours in hot sun outside the airport exit location where told to meet. I even gave a description of my hair color and what I was wearing. The shuttle Driver said he passed the location 4 times(each 1/2 hour) in the 2 hours and said he never saw me even through I in same spot described by hotel stall which was in center pickup location right at the D entrance in the middle lane. I even called hotel 4 times and each time they told me I was in right place.

Loved that it had an airport shuttle. The place was very clean and staff were kind. Entrance is also grand and the restaurant was lovely.

I requested a queen and received a double twin but I guess that’s based on availability? There were complimentary waters however, the bottle was already open before I got there. The best possible way to access the shuttle is if you have a working phone in Poland which I did not. I let them know before booking and they said to use the phone booths in the airport. When I reached the airport, I had no idea where the phone booths were. I sent many messages and finally received a response and was picked up after waiting for about 15ish minutes.

The standard of the iterior was excellent. The hotel was more than I had expected for the price I paid for the stay, including the location proximity to the airport. The staf I dealt with were very friendly, especially a young lady on checkin called Kasia.

Working air conditioning in the room would have been a bonus as the heat was oppressive and it seemed to have little effect. Not much the hotel can do about it, but the exterior noise until late night was disappointing, especially considering I had a very early departure the following morning.

Very comfortable and clean room, and amazing room service. The food is very fresh and delicious. Seamless check in and out.

I arrived late at night, but during check in time but had difficult navigating the property. Entrance to the hotel and parking is not too clear. The underground parking is huge but lack of clear signs makes it hard to know where to park in order to be closer to entrance to the lobby. There is parking outside in the back as well, if the underground parking is full, but it requires a long walk and going up flights of stairs. I was travelling with luggage so unfortunately it was a huge hassle. It would be a lot more convenient if the parking information was made more clear and if there was help offered with luggage.

I stayed for one night. The hotel provided a comfortable transfer to and from the airport. The room was cozy and clean. The room had everything a traveler needed. The staff was friendly. Booking upgraded my room category when I made a same-day reservation.

The room was very stuffy. I suspect it was due to the refrigerator, which overheated. When I turned it off, it got better. The air conditioning system was not working. I had to open the window, but the room faces the road, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise. It would also be great to have a set of softer pillows.

Hv shuttle bus from airport. Very close to airport. But no noise influence for that. Also room decorations nice,stuff nice.

Just no AC in my frist check in room. Hv to change to another room. Although stuff is nice and helpful. But I really thinking the AC systems not working well. Not so strong warm as it should be. Personal thinking traditional heating much more better especially in bath room. Feel slightly cold when u go into bathroom for shower. Because room ac not so strong... not sure how about winter time? Must too cold to staying?

The TVs in the room were not smart. The price of those have substantially dropped and I would be happy to pay an extra £5 would return the investment over time to the hotel. Not being able to access youtube/netflix in my room and only having access to limited TV channels meant that my girlfriend (who doesn't speak polish) couldn't take advantage of the entertainment system I also walked passed the mirage restaurant on the way to the bar. When I did it brought back memories of watching Gordon Ramsay. Staff were being sworn at. Some of our group found it funny but others didn't.

All was good, we didn't have much time to fully enjoy the hotel as we came to get a few hours of some sleep before our flight, which was very early in the morning. Good noise cancellation in the room. We didn't hear any noises from outside. Complimentary water on our arrival ti the room. The hotel has an airport shuttle which leaves for the airport from the hotel every 30 minutes, which is very convenient.

Found it a little too expensive. Also, the mini fridge was not cooling enough (maybe it has an issue).
