I absolutely liked everything about this hotel. Immediately on arrival two very friendly young ladies welcomed me at check in. Always a good sign. My room was excellent, large, very well furnished and totally QUIET considering its right opposite the main terminal. I never heard anything and I had an excellent nights sleep. When needed I will gladly stay here again.

Caught in a layover, I found an unexpected gem in the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel. Even with the brief nature of my stay, the hotel left a lasting impression. Seamless check-in meant I was in my room in no time, unwinding in a space where comfort meets chic. Despite its proximity to the airport, my room was a quiet sanctuary, perfect for recharging. The hotel’s amenities were a welcome luxury, ensuring my short stay was as enjoyable as it was restful. The staff were standout, their efficiency and warmth turning a routine layover into a highlight of my travels. For anyone in need of a top-tier airport hotel experience, look no further than the Renaissance Warsaw.

Reception communication was very fine, the design is lovely, the breakfast was abundant in choices, the room was very spacious, and I loved the (free) drinking water solution -- to provide a glass bottle in the room, and a place to fill it up with cold, warm or bubbly water.

The main reason I chose this slightly more expensive airport hotel to another was the promise of swimming pool and sauna. I hoped to be able to use these facilities upon my arrival before going to bed. However, neither was available when I arrived (between 11pm and midnight). I then made a point to wake up early enough to use them in the morning before leaving, however, only the pool was open -- the saunas were not switched on in the morning around 7am. For this reason, I can only give 4 stars.

Excellent property in the best possible location for travelers flying from Warsaw. Very clean, very accommodating in every way. We were there for just one night but the day we arrived was our 49th wedding anniversary and , due to a bad, cold weather , we decided to celebrate in a hotel restaurant. That was a very good decision. Food was very good, service was above and beyond and and the end of dinner we were presented with a delicious cake with fireworks candle. When we came down for breakfast we were greeted by a manager, Agata,like celebrities and breakfast was fantastic. What else one can expect in terms of hospitality?! We love this hotel. So different from typical airport hotels. Big thumbs up to the management team. Great culture!

We really like this hotel and have visited on several occasions. It is so convenient to the Chopin airport and lovely after a long journey to just cross the road and find a warm friendly space to stay. The staff are always lovely and the clenliness impeccable. Food is available very late into the evening even on New Years Eve.

The menu in the restaurant/ bar area is becoming less and less to our taste. If salad/ steak/ burger/ sandwich is not your thing the choice is narrow. For example, they used to do a choice of a poultry dish, pierogi, pork and duck in addition to the above, but gradually that choice has shrunk. The same criticism could be applied to the dessert menu all choices of which are now somewhat strange ( for example, an excellent gooseberry tart available back in the day replaced by what purported to be a coffee mousse but really was not as described) . The food is always well presented and the portions generous, but the prices are astronomical by UK standards and even more than that in comparison to local Warsaw prices.

I stayed for just one night, but had a great experience overall. I arrived earlier than expected — there was an option to check in early for an additional fee, but the staff kindly let me into the room even before that window, which was a very pleasant surprise and saved me from waiting too long in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet, especially considering the hotel’s location near the airport. Everything I needed was already in the room: bathroom amenities, a robe and slippers, plus an iron, tea, and coffee. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient airport stay.

The only downside was that the water dispenser in the hallway — which is a great eco-friendly idea to avoid using plastic bottles — was unfortunately out of order on my floor. Luckily, there were two small bottles of water provided in the room, so it wasn’t a problem in the end.

This is my second stay at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, and it consistently exceeds my expectations. Although the hotel is just a minute's walk from the departure area of Warsaw Chopin Airport, it provides a quiet and very comfortable experience for its guests. The responsive and qualified staff contributes to making the overall stay exceptional, addressing any issues within minutes. The hotel's restaurant, Challenge'32, provides outstanding service and serves excellent modern Polish cuisine. Although it is not cheap, it is definitely worth the price.

One issue with the hotel is the check-in time, which is set at 3 PM. Early check-in is available for an additional fee, even if it's only 1-2 hours earlier.

Perfect choice for a last night in Warsaw before an early flight. Initially, I considered less expensive options around WAW but decided to splurge and stay at the Bonvoy hotel. It didn't disappoint! The location was just perfect -- just walk across (no need for shuttle/Uber/Taxi). The pool/sauna is fantastic on the evening before the flight. The beds are super comfortable, and the room amenities are just right. The breakfast is fantastic! Worth the splurge.

The restaurant is a little pricy for dinner, but that's expected.

Location, right across the street from the airport terminal making it a great airport hotel, the facilities are all open till very late and open very early in the morning, the rooms are big and the bar and restaurant are pleasant

It's not cheap, both in the room rates and the bar and restaurant prices, it's not exorbitantly expensive just something to keep in mind, the biggest complaint however is the room bathroom, I don't know who decided to make the bedroom walls from tinted glass but it makes it feel like a public bathroom in a train station, doesn't give it a home away from home atmosphere at all

I was able to get a hold of hotel staff via email prior arrival so I could get clarity on the details of stay. The location was very convenient for us and the room was quite big. Though the hotel starts to look a little dated. The breakfast was nice but I've had some that were same in lower grade hotels. It was not as good as 2 years ago.

The doors to the room kept jamming and there was an evidence of forced entry. The cook has forgotten my order and prepared an omelet with items that were not on the list
