I'm very pleased with the underground parking, coffee vending, and a towel warmer, also enjoyed a convenient location near the shopping center and airport.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work for me on the 6th floor. It works only on the 1st floor.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, had a big window, and felt new with a nice design. There was a fully functioning kitchen and a private bathroom. The staff were all very helpful and friendly — we asked to check in an hour earlier, and they made it possible. After checking out, we were also able to leave our suitcases with the manager/security, which was very convenient. There’s rooftop access with tables, and it was lovely to have breakfast there while enjoying views of Warsaw’s skyscrapers. On the ground floor, there’s a common kitchen and sitting area, gym, movie room, and workspaces — all free to use. You can also buy coffee and snacks there. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and on the floor’s service room you could borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge.

The main downside was that the bed was too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably — one person would be fine, but for two it was a little uncomfortable. There was an AC control on the wall, but it didn’t seem to be working or was turned off; it wasn’t an issue for us, though, the temperature in the room was fine and you could open the door to the balcony for air. The location is a bit far from the Old Town, but bus and tram stops are close by.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities, especially the game room, gym, and terrace, made the place feel more welcoming and relaxed. The breakfast delivered to the room was a great touch. It was on time and with a good variety to choose from. Location was also super convenient, with easy access to public transport.

The first room had a sink that wouldn’t drain, but staff quickly moved me to another one. In the new room, the bathroom door didn’t close properly and needed a few tries. Also, there was no AC. It wasn’t a big issue during my stay, but I did have to keep the balcony doors open at night.

The common play and film rooms were both occupied, the music was so loud and when we looked in we didn't feel welcome, it was unpleasant so we decide to go back in our Room

This apart hotel offers studios in the very well known business area of Mokotow. The studios are very well equipped, there is everything one needs to even cook meals, it is an optimal soluition for those that need a real apartment, parking is also very efficient, once one has paid the feed, the license plate will be in the system and the bar will open automatically. Breakfast could be better, maybe in the restuarant I saw downtairs, but to be honest I was not expecting it to be too good, because I could prepare it on my own in such equipped apartment!

The self-check-in went smoothly. The underground parking was great – convenient and secure – though it has a cost of 60pln per day. No other parking available near by. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is spacious and appeared very clean. 10 min from the airport, at the edge of the business district. The building is new and offers a variety of amenities, such as a gym, a coffee vending machine, and workspace.

The shower floor didn’t appear to have been washed. Oddly, there was hand soap hanging in the shower and shower gel by the sink. No TV in rooms. Wi-Fi password is sent to you by email. Beds need a bed side table.

Breakfast was left at our door (croissants, water, and a few small items), which felt unusual and not particularly satisfying. Wi-Fi was included, but the password wasn’t provided in the room – we had to ask for it separately. The balcony was disappointing – there were shards of glass on the floor, so it was unsafe to use, and there was no furniture either. The view from the room (4th floor) was also quite sad – instead of a pleasant outlook, we were facing a trash area. The bathroom had a nice modern design but was not clean: there were human hairs in the sink and corners, and the floor didn’t appear to have been washed. Oddly, there was hand soap hanging in the shower and shower gel by the sink. We informed the staff about the cleanliness issues and broken glass – they promised to take care of it, but nothing was done. The underground parking was a positive – convenient and secure – though we found it a bit overpriced.

The rooms are clean and simple. I stayed with a friend, and we had plenty of space to do our makeup and everything we needed. Honestly, what more could you ask for? We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is spacious and appeared very clean.

Nightstands would be very useful, as most of us need a place for things like a water bottle or phone by the bed, and it’s inconvenient to leave everything on the floor. Also, adding some hangers or hooks for towels in the bathroom would be helpful, as we didn’t know where to put them. Our view from the room was of a wall, so that’s really just a matter of luck.

Staff was very helpful, even at late times. The apartment is equiped with everything, smartly designed and very comfortable

There was a very noisy and loud party from some guests at the common areas, so I did not felt comfortable using the kitchen, which caused me some trouble. At some point, the police was there also in relation with some of the party attendants. I think the staff should not let some guests feel so much at home other of us feel unsafe on the common areas, as it really downgraded what could have been an absolutely perfect stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, the fitness center was a great addition, and my room was pretty quiet. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the convenience of the key card, which granted access to my room and facilities. The check-out process was even better — I just had to drop the key card in a box on my way out.

The only slight downsides were the lack of a washing machine in the room (though I knew there was a shared laundry available) and that during the last cleaning, no dishwasher tablets were left.
