Not a central location, but quiet, easily accessed by car and right next to a tram stop to catch a ride to city center. Spacious and quiet rooms, large bathrooms, really comfy beds. Underground parking with elevator access. We enjoyed wide choice of TV channels including NHK. Fabulous breakfast was a highlight of the stay.

Room windows not washed in a long while. Only two capsules for the coffee maker. Floor lamp had a broken bulb, we asked at the reception to replace it but were told the maintenance person had already left and no one else had keys to storage room... For real? It's just a light bulb, enough to borrow one from an unoccupied room (there were many), right...?

Location is 10 minutes by taxi from the Warsaw Airport & their rate includes transfer from and to the airport; this was perfect as I was in Warsaw only for a layover. Mattress was comfortable, room clean, kettle and tea bags were available in the room. Toiletries were provided. One could hear some planes but there was no air traffic later in the night.

I had troubles finding taxi pick-up spot at the airport based on instructions - receptionist said “in front of …Hotel” so I left airport from arrivals hall where the taxi stands are and looked for a front side of the said hotel…turned out I should have exited from departures in order to get in front of the hotel. It would be great to emphasize that guests are to go to Departures for pick-up on arrival. Also, my first room had some issues with ventilation - it was noisy even when turned off. Receptionist offered a hassle-free room exchange so I am glad that the issue had been solved, but it cut into my already short sleeping time. I missed master switch to be able to turn off all the lights from bed - I had to circle the entire room to switch off the lamps one by one.

Nice room, comfy bad, two types of pillows - high and low. If you need any hotel accessories just ask the reception. It has a transfer direct to the Chopin Airport. It’s not a shuttle but they call a taxi for you and it’s totally on hotel. It’s very comfortable if you have to spend some time before you flight. Close to the hotel are Lidl and Aldi and some more Polish shops if you need.

A bit noisy from outside(( even considering that I arrived quite late. A earplugs would probably help. It would be good to have it in the room.

The room was spacious, had two tables and a nice armchair. The bathroom was clean and big too. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and was open in the evening. I have noticed a couple of restaurants nearby as well.

I wish the issue with airport transfer/taxi were clearer. I read that the taxi was paid by the hotel, but apparently it was not and I had to pay (the driver did not give me change either). I should have clarified better.

The hotel is located in a good area with an easy access to trams and buses. We had an issue with our bathroom sink drainage which was fixed within 30 minutes. The receptionist staff was friendly and helpful. A/C was very good, quiet and efficient. Housekeeping was also good.

The fridge was not as cold as expected but we put a bag of ice to cool our drinks, so it was an easy fix. Slippers would be nice.

Clean and comfortable hotel near the airport, providing free taxi from and to it. Very good 1 night stay on a longer connection in Warsaw. We have used it on both ways for 1 night, but without breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Comfortable beds, nice and clean room, good towels. They also provide dental, vanity and other kits on request, which is really handy.

Very convenient logistically being so close to the airport. Very clean room, good quality food at the restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This is the fourth time I stay in this hotel.

My recommendation is only one, to increase stability of the internet. During one of the evenings it was down.

The hotel was modern, safe, clean and easily accessible from both airports(Modlin airport and the other one) or the main train station. One of the best things is their fast check-in and fast check-out. The room was modern, stylish and well-equipped. The bar and restaurant were good. They had friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Make sure to drink their great coffee, eat cookies and warm breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and sausages. Tram line nearby: 15, 7, 9 Train line nearby: 2 stops away, runs every 1 hour- Rakoweice to Modlin for 1 hour. Then with the bus in 10 minutes you will be in Modlin airport.

The air conditioning system was not warming enough. It was limited to 25 degrees Celsius.

Pros: staff, service, communication, comfort of room and bathroom, great breakfast, free airport shuttle/taxi, accommodating of later checkout

Cons: not much that is very walkable; tv channel selection minimal

The sofa bed was set up for the kids upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Taxi service was ordered to/from the airport as needed. We had everything we needed!

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room off.
