Excellent hotel, good quality large rooms and well equipped ,professional reception

the hotel organizes a shuttle bus to the airport, that was the reason why I chose this hotel: I had an early flight. However, the unkempt, dirty appearance of the driver and forcing passengers to listen to loud Ukrainian music while driving, and the lack of help for passengers to load their luggage into the van, will make me forget about this hotel forever.

This is exactly what a three star hotel should be like. It's spotless, beds are reasonably comfortable, it has got a decent restaurant on the ground floor, and the free shuttle is definitely a bonus (you have to call ahead for it, providing your arrival information, and also book the return, they will send a van). As for the location you can still get easily and cheaply into the centre of Warsaw by tram, the journey is rather long at approximately 30 minutes, and it costs 4.40PLN.

The shower pressure wasn't quite up to my liking, the room card technology is a bit outdated. Of course it is missing some amenities that larger hotels would have, such as a minibar or even minifridge. In the showers the soap is 3 in 1 which is not bad, but it could be improved.

We found Hotel Witkowski to be extremely clean, inviting, in a great location to the airport with friendly staff. Our room was a comfortable size, comfortable bed plus modern clean bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent also. We had dinner that evening in the restaurant and found the food to be delicious and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. We used the complimentary shuttle to reach the airport in the morning at 6:30 am. We were very happy with our booking at Hotel Witkowski and would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival i could not locate telephone and it was very courteous of hotel reception to call and send the airport shuttle. In the morning there was good variety of breakfast. Items were fresh and tasty. Tram service just infront of hotel. Good location .

Toiletries could be improved. I was expecting shampoo, hair conditioner, bodywash, body lotion and dental kit. There was just a general liquid soap.

The staff was very friendly; the gentleman at the front desk treated us warmly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We took the shuttle to the airport, which was punctual, and, as with the other staff, the driver was pleasant. The kitchen staff let us eat our breakfast roughly 20 minutes earlier than the hotel usually serves guests. This was a lovely gesture on their part - especially since we had a long day of international travel ahead.

Excellent option before departure or after arrival with a free transfer to or from the airport. Good choice of dishes for breakfast, polite staff - they speak English, and some people also speak Ukrainian. It was quiet at night. The only thing I didn't like was the hair dryer - too weak to dry long hair, for me it is important.

Fantastic breakfast, very spacious room, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle service works like a dream tram stop right outside the hotel and trams every 5mins into town centre. Italian restaurant next door is superb.

Shuttle bus driver from the airport was genuinely kind and friendly (though we don't share common language), making great first impression about hotel staff. Room was clean and spacious.

There was no wifi signal in the rooms at the end of the hall. Excellent signal in front of the elevator on the same floor though :)

Location is perfect. Room was clean, bathroom modern, bed sheets clean, smooth and well ironed. The guy in reception nice and friendly. He booked for me the transfer to the airport that was included in the room price.

Towels are old. Would be nice if the property changes them.

Very good communication with staff, location next to bus/tram station and to grocery store, transport to and from airport, very good breakfast
