Excellent hotel, good quality large rooms and well equipped ,professional reception

the hotel organizes a shuttle bus to the airport, that was the reason why I chose this hotel: I had an early flight. However, the unkempt, dirty appearance of the driver and forcing passengers to listen to loud Ukrainian music while driving, and the lack of help for passengers to load their luggage into the van, will make me forget about this hotel forever.

Good location of the hotel, close to the airport, there is a shuttle service, but you need to sign up in advance. Spacious room, comfortable beds, TV. Good bathroom. Attentive and polite staff. Breakfast is good, the restaurant was served by wonderful women. Good hotel for a rest before and after the flight.

Not enough fridge in the room, it is very inconvenient, not comfortable. There's no shoe spoon. In the room, the handle that opens/closes the window worked badly. It needs to be replaced.

Dzien dobry! I really liked the location (10 mins. from airport) and it was a local hotel. I try to choose places that are not huge name brand hotels. When I inquired about the shuttle, they sent me clear photos of where to meet them and what the shuttle looked like. This was the first time I had seen a hotel do this. Bravo to them as it was so helpful! When I arrived and checked out, the reception staff members were super friendly, professional, and attentive! I appreciate being greeted with pleasant, kind, and beautiful smily faces. First impressions of this hotel made a big difference for me. I'd go back again. The hotel was clean, comfortable with modern decor. The bathroom was the cleanest that I had ever seen. I have traveled far and wide and I know. It is a lovely hotel. I ordered room service because I was too tired from the long commute to dine in. Food was served timely, fresh and well presented. The lady who brought my food up was so nice and helpful too. We stayed at Hotel Witkowski the night before our flight, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing — kind, patient, and very helpful. We booked the free airport shuttle in advance, and although we had a bit of trouble locating it, the hotel responded quickly and guided us with no problem. Even the driver was cheerful and friendly! The rooms are newly renovated, quiet, and nicely designed, with very comfortable beds. There’s also a breakfast option, which is convenient (though we didn’t get a chance to try it). Restaurants are close by and easy to reach.

The only small downside was that the shower pressure could have been a bit stronger — but aside from that, it was an excellent stay and definitely worth the price.

The hotel is conveniently located near Okęcie Airport, with smooth and reliable transportation, and the driver was exceptionally friendly. Check-in was quick and welcoming. The room was clean and simple, just right for a comfortable one-night stay.

While the hotel room was a great value, I have to admit that after a 10-hour flight and battling jet lag, the street noise, nearby trams, and planes flying overhead were a bit overwhelming. Also, my room was across from the hotel office, and with their door left open, I could clearly hear staff speaking loudly on the phone.

This is exactly what a three star hotel should be like. It's spotless, beds are reasonably comfortable, it has got a decent restaurant on the ground floor, and the free shuttle is definitely a bonus (you have to call ahead for it, providing your arrival information, and also book the return, they will send a van). As for the location you can still get easily and cheaply into the centre of Warsaw by tram, the journey is rather long at approximately 30 minutes, and it costs 4.40PLN.

The shower pressure wasn't quite up to my liking, the room card technology is a bit outdated. Of course it is missing some amenities that larger hotels would have, such as a minibar or even minifridge. In the showers the soap is 3 in 1 which is not bad, but it could be improved.

Close distance to the airport and airport transfer included. The room was comfortable, I had good sleep. I didn't spend much time there - I arrived late and had just short sleep before going to the airport early in the morning. But everything was good, the staff was kind and the room met my expectations.

This was just a short over-night stay, to have some sleep and to catch the plane early in the morning. Everything worked fine, nothing to complain about.

We found Hotel Witkowski to be extremely clean, inviting, in a great location to the airport with friendly staff. Our room was a comfortable size, comfortable bed plus modern clean bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent also. We had dinner that evening in the restaurant and found the food to be delicious and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. We used the complimentary shuttle to reach the airport in the morning at 6:30 am. We were very happy with our booking at Hotel Witkowski and would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival i could not locate telephone and it was very courteous of hotel reception to call and send the airport shuttle. In the morning there was good variety of breakfast. Items were fresh and tasty. Tram service just infront of hotel. Good location .

Toiletries could be improved. I was expecting shampoo, hair conditioner, bodywash, body lotion and dental kit. There was just a general liquid soap.

The staff were very attentive and kind. When I asked a question they put their pen down stood up look at me and spoke to me with attention and kindness. Answered all my questions and mad sure I was finished and completely. They waited until I walked away before they sat back down. I felt special with the staff.

It was clean and very inviting. There were many places to relax in to read or just people watch.
