The location of the hotel is close to the Airport. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and has a team of excellent staff. A Tram Terminus, P+R Al. Krakowska, is situated at a walking distance and is a great advantage to ta business traveler. Besides a host of buses, 3 major trams, numbering 7, 9 and 15, start and terminate here linking all corners of the city of Warsaw. Although the hotel is located by a main road, it is very quite and has very green surroundings. Just across the hotel on the other side of the road has big retail stores including a really large Lidl Supermarket which stays open till 11:00 pm. For those interested in PlaneSpoting , there is mound / raised platform nearby where a lot of people watch planes taking off upfront. My 4 Stars out of 5 to Air Hotel.

Breakfast menu could be better. Although decent, breakfast could be better with a little more variety of the main dishes.

The facilities were very good, beds were comfortable, shower good, bathroom clean. There was room for luggage. Shuttle service to the airport was what we needed. We left at 5am on the shuttle to the airport before breakfast so we were able to get nice breakfast bags to take with us for 40PLN each - these consisted of 2 meat and cheese sandwiches, yogurt, an orange, juice box, and 2 chocolate wafer bars. We didn't have to buy food at the airport.

Communication was a bit hard for travellers without a local phone. I had to activate my home sim card at a cost just to phone the hotel to request the shuttle. It would be really helpful for travellers if the hotel could receive rcalls on Whatsapp which is the app so many people in Europe use and works for us folks from other continents with esim data on their phones.

The room was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The airport transfer service was extremely useful and efficient, with departures every 30 minutes. Located right behind Chopin Airport - it is definitely easier to reach by car than by public transport. Overall, I had a very good experience and was highly satisfied with the accommodations and services provided.

The only small inconvenience was that I could hear my neighbors talking until midnight. However, the good news is that each room is equipped with earplugs, which helped a lot.

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and how fast the shuttle got there. I loved the staff - very friendly and helpful girls. The room, its colors, and the possibility to see the lift-off planes. There is everything you need for leisure or work and lovely indirect lightning.

Basically, there is nothing I didn't like. Probably for some people the sound of the lift-off plane is too loud even with a closed window. I heard it, but I love airplanes, so for me, it was totally fine.

Very convenient for flights in and out of Chopin Airport (WAW). The breakfast was good with many choices. The shuttle got me to the airport in 15 minutes or so. This does what it is meant to do very well -- provide a place to stay near the airport when you are flying out the next morning.

There was nothing I did not like because it met my simple needs of needing a place to stay near the airport. If someone is looking for a night life or as a place to stay when touring around Warsaw, this would not be the place. But for the simple requirement to get on an early flight (or a need to stay overnight when arriving late), this fits the bill.

It was a nice hotel and no bad stay. I like the room overall, but unfortunately, the room missing USB ports for battery chargers, so you need to bring your own plug. However, you can ask reception for any type of phone charger. The hotel is very close to the airport, but we have not heard any airplane noises through the windows. The big plus of this hotel is that transfer to the airport is included in the price and it is about 15 minutes drive on the small transfer bus. Breakfast was not included in the price, so we paid for it at reception, but to be honest, breakfast was ok. My kid did not have much to it, since her favorite oatmeal was not cooked, and you can not cook it by yourself with hot milk from the coffee machine. For adults, there were more options but not so tasty as mine. Overall this hotel is perfect for one night's stay.

Very, very comfortable bed! Could hear some noises from the airport, but they also have earplugs available in the rooms. The free airport shuttle was a convenient addition. Big working table and the little adjustable lamp on it were very nice. I also liked the good setup of the room in general.

At one point, I did hear some noises through the walls, but I had an excellent sleep nevertheless. Really nothing bad to point out.

GREAT staff... we booked this stay for our friends traveling from Ukraine on their way to the UK. I wrote to the hotel and explained the situation, including a note that my friends only spoke Ukrainian/Russian. The hotel team replied promptly and assured us they would take the best care of our friends being forced to flee their home country, AND that they had staff who spoke Ukrainian. Kudo's to the AirHotel staff! Thank you for taking good care of our friends!

Hotel is very good for short stays. We had layover so selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Rooms are clean and breakfast if included is very good. Staff were awesome. Below is the process to call and ask for pickup from airport if needed. We arrange free of charge shuttle bus service from the Chopin airport. After collecting your luggage please call the reception at + 48 22 703 42 42. Shuttle busses pick up our guests at the DEPARTURES platform (upper level), Exit C. Shuttle bus has information "PARKING-LOTNISKO", "Al. Krakowska 42" and blue airplane on it. If you have no possibility to call us from your mobile phone - there are telephones at the airport, that you can use free of charge. They are small yellow boxes with a black handset (picture below). One of such telephones is located in the public area at the arrivals level, next to the "Lost and Found" offices. Two of them hang on the walls in the luggage reception hall. The next two are in the security reserved part, both in the Schengen and Non-Schengen zone.

Room looks exactly like on photos, very clean, great breakfast, very good dinners in a restaurant on a ground floor. Big shop near where you can purchase something for your journey or even to eat. Hotel workers checked me in 2 hrs earlier without any extra pay and that was great from their side

In my room WiFi was not strong enough to have a Zoom video-call for my job, but hotel’s employees offered me to make this call from a quite lobby and it saved situation.
