Very comfortable and clean room, and amazing room service. The food is very fresh and delicious. Seamless check in and out.

I arrived late at night, but during check in time but had difficult navigating the property. Entrance to the hotel and parking is not too clear. The underground parking is huge but lack of clear signs makes it hard to know where to park in order to be closer to entrance to the lobby. There is parking outside in the back as well, if the underground parking is full, but it requires a long walk and going up flights of stairs. I was travelling with luggage so unfortunately it was a huge hassle. It would be a lot more convenient if the parking information was made more clear and if there was help offered with luggage.

I stayed for one night. The hotel provided a comfortable transfer to and from the airport. The room was cozy and clean. The room had everything a traveler needed. The staff was friendly. Booking upgraded my room category when I made a same-day reservation.

The room was very stuffy. I suspect it was due to the refrigerator, which overheated. When I turned it off, it got better. The air conditioning system was not working. I had to open the window, but the room faces the road, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise. It would also be great to have a set of softer pillows.

Hv shuttle bus from airport. Very close to airport. But no noise influence for that. Also room decorations nice,stuff nice.

Just no AC in my frist check in room. Hv to change to another room. Although stuff is nice and helpful. But I really thinking the AC systems not working well. Not so strong warm as it should be. Personal thinking traditional heating much more better especially in bath room. Feel slightly cold when u go into bathroom for shower. Because room ac not so strong... not sure how about winter time? Must too cold to staying?

The TVs in the room were not smart. The price of those have substantially dropped and I would be happy to pay an extra £5 would return the investment over time to the hotel. Not being able to access youtube/netflix in my room and only having access to limited TV channels meant that my girlfriend (who doesn't speak polish) couldn't take advantage of the entertainment system I also walked passed the mirage restaurant on the way to the bar. When I did it brought back memories of watching Gordon Ramsay. Staff were being sworn at. Some of our group found it funny but others didn't.

The size of the room and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast service is beats many other hotels hands down. A lot of choice, spacious dining room and everything available for hot or continental breakfast

The tv service in the room needs a lot of updating. The tv isn't very smart at all. No menu options on tv to select youtube or netflix and general connectivity. A poor choice of english speaking channels except if you wanted to listen to the news. In the present world a proper SMART tv is a must in any room. The TV's in the room are outdated.

Transfer driver's attitude as more people than seats in minibus needing to be taken to airport at 4am. Waiter in restaurant asking if we were giving him a tip after we ordered a steak without vegetables and to replace potatoes with fries. (This he read on phone translate.) The steak came with vegetables, garnish, potatoes, a bowl of salad and an extra side of fries. Unfortunately everything but the steak and chips were wasted which we tried to avoid with our order. The food we sampled was excellent.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast, close to the airport, free hotel shuttle to the airport and return.

As far as I know, there are two ways to get to the hotel from the airport: by taxi or by the hotel's free shuttle. It is impossible to book a transfer in advance, you need to call the hotel after arriving at the airport. Not everyone has international or Polish mobile cards to make calls, so it would be great if there was an alternative option to order a transfer. Another thing is the waiting time for the transfer. Our flight arrived at 22:00 and the hotel representative told us that the transfer would be in 15 minutes, but we had to wait approx. 40 min. We also had to call the hotel several times to find out if everything was OK with the transfer. And no one even apologized to us for the delay or misinformation about the waiting time - neither the driver nor the hotel representatives.

Modern amenities, comfortable bed, close to the airport.

Most of the room was clean. Noticed long hairs and shaving residue on the sink. Also, I didn’t realize one bus line stopped on the other side of the highway, which made it challenging to get back. And another thing of note - one of the meeting rooms on the 7th floor was turned over to a party (kids) sleeping on the floor. Not sure if that was overnight or just for the duration of the event, but it was late and the meeting room was two doors down from my room.

I have received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Member of the Reception Team asked me if I needed a breakfast in the morning, if I needed a wake up call at 4 a.m. as I had to leave early & if I wanted to use hotels shuttle bus service to get to the airport. Our room was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. My mum and I had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and I have to say that food was excellent. Cheesecake was exceptional as well as the service we have received.

Everything was great and I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

The rooms were modern, the food at the cafe was very good. Staff were helpful. I stayed only one night because the AirBnB we wanted was not available. They let me have late checkout for no additional charge since I could not check into the AirBnB until 4PM. The bed was very firm, which is my preference. Some may have a different preference.

Outside, the hotel looks like a big cinder block building, somewhat dated, but inside was modern and clean. It was not walkable from the airport, I was in a hurry, unfamiliar with the airport, so did not try the shuttle service and got a taxi.
