I visit Warsaw often from the UK to see my family. I rarely make reviews but for the Plaza this is exceptional. The Plaza has become my 1st choice hotel to stay in before I travel to the village the next day. The hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and have plenty of storage and big showers. The beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant and bar areas are great and the food is very good. The free breakfast has every choice possible. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport but make sure the Taxi driver understands the address as I have been taken to the Crown Plaza this time which is in downtown Warsaw and cost me double to go all the way back to the airport. All in all this hotel is comfortable ,clean, great facilities and food and a great location - it is a nice quiet area especially at night time. I can highly recommend staying here .

So grateful for the comprehensive fulfillment of guest’s sense of comfort 🙂. I could definitely admit that the service, hotel’s location and amenities offered by the accommodation’s property exceeded my expectations and provided an opportunity to spend enjoyable time using all available conveniences. I’m also satisfied of the various options of breakfast served in hotel’s restaurant. I rent that place very positively with a willingness to recommend and hopefully I will choose Warsaw Plaza hotel as a place to stay of during my next trip to that city 🙏🏽

This hotel looks new with modern design. It is 7 minutes drive from the airport - I thought it's closer. Anyway - it is a good place to stay before a flight. However, it is located in the middle of nowhere - and the closest store was 17 minutes walk. So, maybe it is better to have a hotel downtown and drive 15 minutes to the airport.

almost everything, especially that my dog got a tasty treat from the reception desk. that was adorabile.

the elevator was not working when we had to check out and we had to carry lots of luggages by ourselves on the stairs. also, lots of sounds at night through the wall, it almost made me feel like the hotel is haunted…

A great hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, very good for its price. There is the airport near the hotel, so it's a very convinient place to stay for travelling. Breakfast is also nice. Good administration.

A very slow service in restauraunt. We had informed in advance about our corporate dinner and the number of people, but we still had to wait a long time for the menu, the waiter, and our orders. On the last evening, one of the dishes was brought to us one and a half hours after ordering, and they refused to cancel it even though we requested it when it became clear how long it would take.

The room was great and the staff in front of the house very nice. 10/10

The waiting time at the restaurant was a bit long, considering we were the only guests. We also never received one of our meals that we ordered. I had a feeling most of the staff was quite new and we noticed they were preparing the main hall for event, so this might have been reason for the lack of service as well. In which case it's mainly a management issue, if proper roles and instructions are not given. But the food we did receive was very nice, so 10/10 points for the kitchen staff😊

Staff very friendly and doing the best to accommodate all our needs. Especially , Roman was very helpful when he upgraded our room in order to get the bed we requested. Super clean, well decorated, comfortable. Also, free parking the hotel has is an extra bonus. The rooms with bathtub have bath salts available for guests.

Location of the hotel is close to the airport but not close to the city center. The hotel advertise the late check out but it does not contain information that there is fee involved and they are strict about the payment for late check out. It should be said that this possibility comes at extra cost ( and what the amount is). Most of the TV channels did not work.

Everything was good , as per the standard. Want to admit the staff : it was hospitable and attentive . Special thanks for customer’s care to Roman from reception who helped me few times , I m grateful for that

- Professional staff, they were very kind and easy to approach, very helpful - Room was extremely clean and comfortable, very clean bedding - Air conditioner was working perfectly - All facilities were very good. - Location was easy to access and there were a huge number of available parking around the hotel.

Clean, fresh, high quality. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower gel. Car parking is not closed but looked safe. Great breakfast with large variety of foods. We travelled from Dresden to LT, LV and booked this hotel due to good price/performance compared to other hotels available that night. Even tho its 15’km off-route.

Coffee was not good.
