I visit Warsaw often from the UK to see my family. I rarely make reviews but for the Plaza this is exceptional. The Plaza has become my 1st choice hotel to stay in before I travel to the village the next day. The hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and have plenty of storage and big showers. The beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant and bar areas are great and the food is very good. The free breakfast has every choice possible. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport but make sure the Taxi driver understands the address as I have been taken to the Crown Plaza this time which is in downtown Warsaw and cost me double to go all the way back to the airport. All in all this hotel is comfortable ,clean, great facilities and food and a great location - it is a nice quiet area especially at night time. I can highly recommend staying here .

We visited the Orange Warsaw festival, and the hotel was in walking distance from the festivalsite, which was extremely convenient. The city center was 15 ish minutes from the hotel, which is still manageable, but I wouldn't personally stay here if visiting Warsaw is your main goal. Located in a very quiet area. Even though the decore wasn't particularly to our taste, the hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and had a nice scent throughout the building. Price per night was more than fair. Check-in was very quick and smooth, and we were given access 90 minutes before official check-in opened, without any additional costs. Great service imo. The hotel is a 40 ish minute walk from the airport, so on a sunny day you could just walk there after your flight (if you don't have too much luggage). Roomkeeping was great. They replenished the complementary waters and coffee daily and did an overall good job.

Staff seemed a bit indifferent and never greeted us when entering/exiting the building. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but it didn't make us feel particularly welcome. We had a few powersockets that didn't seem to work (properly) For a 4* hotel, the amenities seemed a bit sparse and lacking. For Eg, a cheap wall mounted hairdryer, no amenities other than combined showergel/shampoo bottles, tv didn't seem to support casting,...

The breakfast was amazing. Not only regular quality meals that one expects, but as a plus - polish-kitchen dishes. Lots of meat, chees, vegetable dishes, different kinds of snacks - all very good quality, cold and hot dishes - whatever you like. Super look and very tasty! I selected the hotel due to good comments about the breakfast, but what I really met there absolutely exceeded my expectations.

The bedside table was kind of too high... not usable at all from the bed. I do not know why)))

So grateful for the comprehensive fulfillment of guest’s sense of comfort 🙂. I could definitely admit that the service, hotel’s location and amenities offered by the accommodation’s property exceeded my expectations and provided an opportunity to spend enjoyable time using all available conveniences. I’m also satisfied of the various options of breakfast served in hotel’s restaurant. I rent that place very positively with a willingness to recommend and hopefully I will choose Warsaw Plaza hotel as a place to stay of during my next trip to that city 🙏🏽

Stayed there for a night when traveling through the airport. A pretty big hotel, nice cosy rooms, a large car park which was useful. Pleasant service on the reception and at the breakfast area. Much easier for me to stay here than finding an AirBnB appartment at the same cost.

Overall, everything was good, the breakfast was very diverse, but pretty expensive, I think 150zl for 2 people, that's way too much.

This hotel looks new with modern design. It is 7 minutes drive from the airport - I thought it's closer. Anyway - it is a good place to stay before a flight. However, it is located in the middle of nowhere - and the closest store was 17 minutes walk. So, maybe it is better to have a hotel downtown and drive 15 minutes to the airport.

Hotel is located nearby airport. Easy access to airport with car. Hotel has easy free parking for hotel guests around hotel. Hotel and facilities are modern and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful. This hotel is of excellent value. Highly recommended if you are looking for good place to stay nearby airport and especially if you are travelling with car.

A great hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, very good for its price. There is the airport near the hotel, so it's a very convinient place to stay for travelling. Breakfast is also nice. Good administration.

A very slow service in restauraunt. We had informed in advance about our corporate dinner and the number of people, but we still had to wait a long time for the menu, the waiter, and our orders. On the last evening, one of the dishes was brought to us one and a half hours after ordering, and they refused to cancel it even though we requested it when it became clear how long it would take.

almost everything, especially that my dog got a tasty treat from the reception desk. that was adorabile.

the elevator was not working when we had to check out and we had to carry lots of luggages by ourselves on the stairs. also, lots of sounds at night through the wall, it almost made me feel like the hotel is haunted…

The room was great and the staff in front of the house very nice. 10/10

The waiting time at the restaurant was a bit long, considering we were the only guests. We also never received one of our meals that we ordered. I had a feeling most of the staff was quite new and we noticed they were preparing the main hall for event, so this might have been reason for the lack of service as well. In which case it's mainly a management issue, if proper roles and instructions are not given. But the food we did receive was very nice, so 10/10 points for the kitchen staff😊
