Lovely staff, clean rooms, great free transfer to and from the airport. If you are coming from the airport, send them a message beforehand and they will give you a code to give to the driver. 5 mins and you are at the hotel. Super convenient

They are close to the airport but not so close that the flights overhead are too loud. The front desk staff spoke English very well and we're very helpful. I asked for a room change because I wanted a quiet room to get enough sleep for my flight. They gave me a great room. The room was fairly new or had just been remodeled. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever had in Poland and I am picky about that. The bed was a very firm foam mattress and was comfortable. Everything in the room was working properly. The water was hot and the pressure in the shower was great. The room was airconditioned but not too cold. The shuttle to the airport was actually a van owned by the hotel and was on time taking four guests including me to the airport with our luggage. I was pleasantly surprised about the free airport shuttle because other guests had complaied about being late to the airport in the past.

The good news is they are remodeling the hotel. The bad news is there is scaffolding everywhere, painting tape on the walls in progress. Some of the repairs are a little rough and visibly unpleasant. I saw door jambs that had been ripped out and the white trim reglued with brown glue that was not cleaned before drying. I didn't like the internet that was open without a password and had to sign in through a portal. My laptop worked well but my Android phone had problems. They don't provide bottled water for conservation purposes and there is a machine in the hall that dispenses water. It was very far from my room and the water marked cold was very warm and didn't taste good to me.

It’s my 4th or 5th stay, and the experience is just amazing. When you need a break in the middle of your journey, it’s an ideal place to take rest. The hotel provides shuttle service at request. The room was so comfortable and clean, good amenities. A very nice option - drinking water fountain installed on every floor. I also have to mention a very good breakfast- tasty, nourishing, well served. Special thanks to very responsive reception staff. The front desk employee Valeria, who worked that day, was very helpful and kind.

Very clean nice room. There were bags of different types of tea, free water (you can refill your water bottle in the hall), nice shower. The staff was great too, same as location (yoh can get there by bus from the airport or using a taxi). Next time I am in Warsaw, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

2 things that could be improved: 1. The breakfast: you pay 15 eur for it and expect more that you get at the end. I wish there was a bigger choice of hot meals or fruits. 2. I didn't have a shower gel in my shower for some reason, had to exit the shower, take some from the bottle near the tap, and then come back to shower again. The bottle in the shower was empty. Probably room service forgot to refill it.

Great hotel! It has a nice, quirky decoration style and everything feels meticulously considered and designed. It also is quite silent. The room had a (not smart) TV, a comfortable bathroom with all toiletries provided and floor heating, a nice desk with always-on outlets, a nice soft bed, cooling AC, and big windows (though would not open all the way). Also, room service for food, refreshments and cleaning services including for clothes was provided. Breakfast restaurant was clean and comfortable as well.

The room was quite cold in the summer. Also, no fridge is provided in the rooms nor a mini bar which I found quite strange and frustrating. The breakfast was lacking in food variety, especially in sweet options. Kids might find a hard time finding things to eat. For the price I expected something more. Did not even have honey or praline to eat with bread or pancakes.

Perfect for a brief overnight stay before flying! The location is great if you are going to the airport. So clean! I don't recommend staying here as a tourist as it's quite far from the city, since it's an airport hotel. I checked in after 9 pm and it was still super easy and fast. The staff is friendly. There's a tiny cafe for dinner and breakfast. The main reason I chose this hotel is the airport transfer and it was so easy. Book it in advance with the front desk when you check in and it's free!

The hotel is amazingly clean and cozy. Friendly and attentive staff and on a great location. Very close to the arport, free taxi to the airport covered by the Hotel. Value for money, extraordinary. I recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing stay for a day or a few.

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. The only thing that i believe needs improvement is that the restaurant staff was young and inexperienced. They did their best, and personally, it didn't bother me because I was in their position many years ago. But, a more experienced server in every shift from which they can learn from and improve their craft is needed. Big thank you to Denis, Viktoriia, the receptionists, and the other servers for doing their best and treating all customers with a professional and kind attitude.

There was a Park with beautiful small lake beyond the hotel and you could take a short walk. Bus stop was within one minute walk and 6-23/7 convenient store was 17 minutes on foot. A small pizza cafe was next to the bus stop but closed on Sunday. Free shuttle to airport within 6 minutes. Hotel room was with enough space. Thermostatic shower valve was excellent. Bathroom floor was with heating system. Hotel exclusive product hair dryer dried hair in minutes. Delicious breakfast and beautiful dining area. Nice staffs and good service. Outdoor seating cafe planted shrubs and bushes for blocking views of parking lots.

Bathroom door was very heavy to open. There was interference between room door and bathroom door. Suggested installing sliding door to avoid this situation during renovation if possible ( I traveled a lot and some hotels did installing bathroom sliding doors that was brilliant for guests). There were sharp corners on room furniture, bedside tables, desk and desk shelf. It hurt me when I sit beside it and moving around. Rounded corner furniture was the best for hotel guests. Socket under bedside table was not convenient, with only room lights switch on that place. The reception direction sign ( printed on one side only) was only show to guests with car and not for guests by bus. A sign set near bus stop could be good idea, especially with heavy luggage guests.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Comfortable, very clean room with everything you need, good breakfast. Not far from the airport, convenient if your flight is early in the morning or late at night.

Staff. The man who worked at the reception that night and didn’t help me with transfer organisation. I want to note, that the location of the hotel and transfer from the airport were the main criterion of choice, as my flight was late at night. I called the hotel a few hours before arrival to arrange a transfer. But the guy replied that there is no transfer, I should take a certain taxi at the airport with which the hotel works. I asked to send me the details, but I didn't get them. Upon arrival, I called the hotel again, but no one answered. Finally, I didn’t receive the declared service. And any apologies from staff who didn’t help!
