Unlike some other hotels in Warsaw, they cut no corners in terms of lighting. Our room was well lit in the evening thanks to two ceiling lamps. Plus, there were two types of bathroom lighting. A softer and warmer one is just great before bedtime or during the night. The hotel is away from major traffic, but close enough to the airport to hear the planes when the window is open. However, with it closed or even tilted for ventilation, the room was pretty much soundproof, so we did have a nice and quiet night. There is a Zabka store just round the corner and you can use a mini kitchen to cook your own food, at least in theory. Generally, a nice, spacious and clean room with exceptionally clean bedding and towels.

No cookware was provided - not that we needed it, anyway. We did miss a second chair and a nice dining/working table instead of useless small round tables. The beds felt a bit too soft.

The Hotel is close to the airport which is comfortable but far from the city center and it’s main attractions. Even though you can easily get to the center, consider the distance as in the winter time it is not enjoyable to spend the hour trying getting into the center.

The breakfast was served in a different building which is not close to the comfort at all. Nobody wants to take a walk for their breakfast in the morning especially in the winter time when it gets cold as hell.

The hotel is very beautiful, the design is great, my room was spacious with lots of natural light. There is a small coffee shop right next to it and Zabka supermarket as well. Bus stops are located like 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is located just 20 min away form the airport (by bus)

I have stayed in one building, while the reception in the evening was working in the other building. Same for the breakfast, it was located in the next building, so I had to walk outside under the rain. But it was not a big deal

In general, everything was great. The stuff was helpful. Big clean room. Quite place, even thogh the airport is close to the hotel. A bit far from the city, but 30min walk to the metro resolve this problem :)

No dishes in the room. We had to ask the recepcionist for the dishes twice. Firt time in the evening we asked a guy on the reception, he told that in 15min somebody brings it to the room. But nothing. Next day we asked again and the girl on the reception give us immideately all we needed. It's better to have it on the room in the first place. And stuff to wash the dishes.

Great new building with a fun and funky vibe. Very comfortable room with little kitchenette and sitting area. Very spacious room with lots of electrical outlets easily accessible. Great value for the cost.

Only minor criticism would be that it mentions the rooms are soundproof. While I couldn’t hear any noise from the outside, room doors slam behind you if you don’t hold them and are pretty loud. Can also hear people talking in hallways. Don’t bother me at all, but not what I would classify as soundproof.

I liked everything about my stay here. 1. Location is awesome. Next to the hotel you can find a bus stop that will take you straight to the airport. It’s much cheaper than Uber. 2. The room is comfortable and everything is up-to-date. It has everything you need. 3. Breakfast is delicious and the selection at the buffet is huge. Also, I really liked that breakfast is almost 4 hours and not 2 hours like in a lot of hotels. 4. People working at the reception were really nice and helpful.

Everything was great, the location is pretty comfy since it’s not too far from the airport; and the interior is fresh & clean.

The room we booked had a kitchenette with an electric stove and a sink BUT with no utensils & dishes to use it 😅 literally, not a single fork / plate / or pan, and even no dishwashing liquid and sponge to wash at least those two glasses and cups that were provided This part was kinda surprisingly strange in terms of what was that kitchenette for there at all 😅

Location is good for airport connection, but pretty far from city center. Stylish modern building, pretty furnished room. There is local minimarket "Zabka" in the next building.

During my staying in the hotel, there was miscommunication between staff at different receptions in different buildings of the hotel. It was inconvenient.

It was the cheapest hotel in Warsaw at 1 am Friday night when I had to evacuate from a poor hostel. I had never even looked at this hotel when I was looking for a hotel in Warsaw, because it seemed a bit out of the way. However, it is only a short walk from a bus stop to city centre and the airport is just round the corner. Breakfast 55 PLN but excellent. This hotel will definitely be on my short list next time I look for a hotel in Warsaw.

1. What needs to be improved to make more customers satisfied: fix the address link in the booking app. Cab driver to bring to the neighboring street and not to the reception. 2. To tell the guard at the reception that he would offer to leave the luggage next to him and without luggage to go to the reception of another building to check in. It is not convenient to carry a lot of luggage from one building to another and then back, as the reception and accommodation are in different buildings.
