AC was in the room, all the toaletries were available. There was a small kitchenette available. Continental breakfast was really tasty and there was plenty of it to go around. The room was clean. There was a water dispenser available.

Kitchen utensils had to be rented from the reception - it would be nice to have a set available in the room, but I understand why that might be complicated. The AC was in the "living room" part of the room and not in the bedroom.

Convenient location, walking distance from race track where festival was happening. Room was decent.

We paid fro breakfast on arrival but it was not worth it. Breakfast was not very good, choices were limited, not worth the price. Before coming I wrote to ask if I need to book a parking spot they replied that they have a hugr parking and it will not be a problem. They do have a huge parking but they didn't mention that it's not free for guest. Paying was not a problem but it would have just been nice to know in advance that it's not free.

The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. I arrived at the hotel prior to the official check-in time. Although my room was not yet ready, I was kindly provided with an alternative room, which allowed me to rest before an appointment I had scheduled later that day. The food served at the hotel restaurant is of excellent quality, and the chef thoughtfully adapted the dishes to accommodate my food allergies.

Good location and breakfast with very good and big selection. Rooms are usually superb (expect this time). Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is parking in front of the hotel and a lot of green area to walk the dogs.

I arrived at the night, and the room given at first did not have a working air-conditioner. We were asked to wait 30 minutes. And then given a new room. In the new room there was a terrible smell (like an uncleaned toilets) but it was already about 2 at night so I opened the windows for a while.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I ate the recommended rabbit which was a really first class fine dine experience. Warmly recommend the restaurant! My room was really clean and modern and huge in size! The bed was very comfortable, very firm and good to sleep in, also huge in size. Even though there is a road close to the hotel, the room was very quiet. Air conditioning was good and appreciated since it was very warm in Warsaw during my stay. The hotel was close to airport and quite far from the centrum, but Uber was cheap. Last trip to airport I had to book a regular taxi, since the uber wouldn't come, even cheaper and faster :D I tried once the bus from the centrum and that worked also very nice.

I stayed at the first floor. Apparently my room was somewhere above the kitchen air condition machinery since even though I had windows closed, I got a lot of "kitchen frying smell" in to my room in the mornings.

Stayed one night at the Arche Hotel Pulawaska Residence following a flight from London. Nice welcome at the front desk and at the restaurant. Had a small apartment, which was amazing value for money! Bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc, Great night sleep. Restaurant was busy, but we found a table for 2 outside. Waiter explained some of the dishes and we went for some excellent traditional Polish food. Again price was very reasonable. Following a nice buffet breakfast the next morning we headed south on the motorway.

I would be happy to stay here again for one night either to or from Warsaw Airport. Two points. If driving, you will need your Sat Nav to find it. Whilst it is conveniently just off the dual carriageway heading due south from the Airport, the hotel is on the opposite side and hence is a lot easier to get to if driving north. Secondly, the hotel is not very 'noticeable' and could do with better signage in my opinion. It seems to back on to a small housing estate so just a bit more tricky to find if you are tired or at night. Persevere and you will not be disappointed!

Room was big, large and comfy. The modern Shower had a door! Many Euro showers are open and prone to flooding. Breakfast was good.

Restaurant service wasn’t great. Forgot my soup and brought me the wrong entree, which I kept as we waited quite a while for this. Didn’t want to get mine when my guest was finishing hers. Alls, I like the self service laundry but the washing machine doesn’t spin the clothes, and after two hours in the dryer, the were still moist!

Very modern lobby, clean and spacious rooms, for a 3 star hotel I was very positively surprised, the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious - we had prawns, mushroom pappardelle and camembert - I would have each dish again! The breakfast was also very good quality and value for money, lots of options and all super tasty.

Towels could be better quality.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We didn't arrive until very late at night, and the staff were as attentive as if it was mid-morning. The breakfast was nice and had some items you wouldn't usually expect to have.

The sink was broken, and as it was so late, we didn't report it. We reported it at checkout, so it was probably mended soon after.

Fantastic hotel, I just love to stay there whenever I have to spend a night in Warsaw and how they welcome pets with open arms. The room was spacious, and even though AC did not cool this time, we opened the windows and room cooled down quickly. Fridge in the room so dogfood could be in cold. Comfortable bed and great nightsleep. Great breakfast with various dishes. Parking outsid in the street is free. Always get a good vibe and mood from here 🩷💙🚘
