This is my favourite place to stay when I am making a stop in Warsaw: very convenient for highways, airport, shopping in the Factory Outlet. Excellent breakfast, exceptional design and garden. Extremely efficient checking in and out, amazing staff. They are constantly making improvements; this time it was a novel type of checking in, very convenient for late guests: you can do it yourself, and there are no more keys - you enter the hotel and your room with a code.

The room we stayed did not have the beautiful view I used to enjoy here. There was more noise from traffic this time but I suppose there is nothing to be done.

superb restaurant and breakfast! easy to locate. friendly and helpfull staff. rich range of hygiene products in the bathroom and large packages. ideal for us for one night stay on our journey.

although I specifically choose the room with AC it was not working, and the night was quite hot. we were given a fan, it helped a little bit, but still it was too hot to have good rest before next 10h drive. I would suggest to change the AC in rooms, as they have the new ones installed in public areas, such as restaurant and reception, but the one in room was quite old, and it looked like it have lived its life allready.

I had a fantastic stay at this American House. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I have to say a big Thank you to all persons working in this hotel. Literally everyone was very, very kind and really caring. I was asked by so many persons if i need anything, if my room is good. Lady in a reception is so lovely and friendly. She helped me take my (heavy) luggage up the stairs. She allowed for a bit longer stay at my room on a check out day. And was super helpful with many small things. Food in the restaurant is absolutely above any expectations.

I liked everything but If i could change one thing that would be Music in a restaurant… sometimes it was a bit too loud (during lunch)

This is our favorite place to stay in Warsaw. We've stayed here a number of times since 2010. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The dining areas are delightfully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small with single beds but was nice and clean. We highly recommend the American House Baletowa. The location is very convenient to the airport and the city

Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Great room and restaurant service with very friendly staff. Restaurant offers very tasty cousin and good drinks. Overall, highly recommend despite you traveling with family, partner or alone.

It would be nice to have in breakfast chicken related sausages or somthing like this. But we have found alternatives

Booked late arrival, hotel reception called me to arrange it. Also restaurant managed to take the order and cook almost before closing, food was good. Room was comfortable, with air conditioner. Nice old garden. Breakfast was also good. Value for money.

If you care, hotel is close to the airport, so you can hear the planes.

We had a very nice stay at American House Baletowa. Everything was clean, breakfast was tasty,our room had a AC, which was perfect 👌, and the staff was super friendly. We can definitely recommend this place! 😊👍

It is my favourite place to stay when I am in Warsaw, and I am always happy with the choice. Quiet rooms, nice views to the garden regardless of the season. Very polite and attentive staff. And, of course, excellent breakfast. Beautiful decorations in the house.

If you are a poor sleeper you could hear noises from the airplanes landing and taking off. But it is quiet when the airport stops working.
