My stay at this hotel was very pleasant! The room was well-equipped – all the necessary amenities were provided, which made my stay comfortable throughout. A big plus was the cleanliness and tidiness – it’s clear that the staff pays attention to every detail. The view from the window was really nice and added a charming touch to the experience. Breakfast was also worth praising – delicious, varied, and perfect for starting the day right.

The only minor downside was the lack of sufficient toilet paper in the room. Less than half a roll without any extra supply is a bit inconvenient, but I’m sure this can be easily improved.

Hotel Wilanow is located in a quiet recidential area close to the Wilanow palace. The area hosts also some embassys and headquarters of international companies. The room was simple but up to my standards, with a huge bathroom. All the necessary things were provided.

The main issue with the hotel was the heat. The hotel staff provided a standing fan that helped but the room temperature was too high and sleep was compromised.

It's a very convenient place to stay, especially if you have an early appointment in the embassy. It also has a supermarket in front, so it's easier for the guest to buy something they need or something. The reception was accommodating, and speak english so it is easier for foreigners like me, the room was good,clean and warm :) Overall, it's perfect for a short or long time to stay

24/7 reception, size of the room was very great, breakfast was excellent, the public trasportation connection was nice and also very close to Chopin Airport.

The room was a little cold at night (I turned the heat on the highest level) and also the bed matress was to soft for me. Late check in time (no option for early check in - leastwise with my reservation).

The place was super clean. It was among the most economical options for a private room I could find for my dates. The staff was nice and helpful, speaking English. Necessities like towels, shampoo and even electric kettle were provided. There is coffee and snacks machine in the lobby.

The hotel is quite far from the city center. However, it is within 15-minute walking distance from the Wilanów Palace, which is a must-see landmark, and the area generally seems calm and safe.

The hotel situated at residential district. A supermarket was just across the road and some cafes & supermarkets nearby. Not far walk to near bus stop. Price was good with big room. Relaxing and beautiful park along small river was near the hotel.

There was no air conditioner or electric fan in my room. Not very hot because lots of wind blowing through window. Far from city centre but many bus passed by.

I liked that the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is good, there is also a supermarket in front of the hotel.

The only thing that comes to my mind is have more sockets in the room. There was no socket near the bed which isn't comfortable.

Clean room in good price

I did not receive VAT invoice although I have asked for it 2 times. The person at the reception promised to me it will be sent to me via email and I did not receive it, so if you are traveling for business reasons keep this issue in mind. Everything else was very good.

The Hotel is excellent for this price. Very simple but very clean, with changing towels every day. you have everything you need. Coffe and tea can be prepared and the meal cooked if you want. The atmosphere is very pleasant and easy going.

I did not have any complaints.

Great communication with staff - very friendly and always very professional. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I am very happy with the hotel, and if I visit Warsaw again, I will definitely stay at Hotel Wilanów.
