Clean room with everything needed inside (hairdryer, kettle). Perfect location: the bus station is in 3 minutes by foot; the mini market is around the corner from the hotel.

The building works were going on outside our windows, that woke us up at 6 a.m.

What I appreciated the most was the location. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city or for a short business stay. The hotel itself is quite simple in terms of standard, but it has everything you need for a comfortable visit. I needed an iron — they provided it. I asked for a plaster — they gave me one right away. For a short stay, whether for business or sightseeing in Warsaw, it’s a great spot. Very well located, with easy access to different areas and excellent taxi and transport connections. The hotel is nicely designed — nothing luxurious, but clean, pleasant, and straightforward. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I disliked. Personally, nothing bothered me during my stay. The only thing some guests might want to be aware of is the occasional noise from outside — there’s currently a construction site across the street, as a new building is being developed. However, it’s very occasional and only during the day, so it wasn’t disturbing at all. Also, the hotel is close to a busy street, which is understandable given the central location, so a bit of street noise is to be expected — but again, it didn’t affect my stay in any way.

The AC was directed to the bed, for one person it was to cold to sleep, for the other - too hot.

In one word - fantastic! We came for a concert and stayed for 2 nights . Minimalistic but comfy, Lots of towels, a kettle , nice bathroom with good lighting . 20 min his ride to city centre , and the route is very green , goes by all kinds of embassies located in old mansions , beautifully attended to btw. And last but not least the staff! A lady from reception was most helpful , printed a map for us to get around etc . Next to the hotel , a great hair salon , if you’re in a rush . Shoutout to Tamara , the hairdresser from heaven )

First of all I like the idea of checking out at 12. Although, the platform next to the entrance accessible for people with disabilities, wheelchair -friendly, which is a big “+”. WiFi is free and working perfectly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable to sleep. I was impressed by the restaurant space too, stylish, fresh-looking, tasty food, good service. I’m sure I will go back there again. Thank you

Hotel location. The staff is very correct and friendly. The rooms have different layouts - one or more beds. There are two food supermarkets within walking distance (Biedronka and Lidl).

Poor performance of air conditioning systems. Every day, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, all air conditioners in the hotel are turned off centrally and then you need to ask the reception to reduce the possible temperature to cool the room - this is a whole story. The same problem occurs in winter, when it is necessary to heat a hotel room. Room cleaning is not always of high quality.

Honestly, it was better than I expected: modern clean hotel room, around the corner from the tram and bus stops, nice lobby and lounge, restaurant, very helpful and friendly receptionists. We even managed to get a parking space right in front of the hotel door. Air conditioning was in place too.

The soundproof is not the best one, but it was quite in general when we stayed, so it was not a big of an issue.

Place was cozy, staff was super friendly. So all in all it was very ok exept for very noisy construction site. Many thanks for the restaurant staff (Ukrainian lady) who found and returned the 20 euro note I dropped. Besides, breakfast was suoer good. Parking was ok, but still we had to look for a spot. Probably that was because of the late come.

What we literally disliked was the construction sita, that was veeery loud in the very early mornig. I mean morning as at 6 o'clock in the morning, the kids were not very happy about that neither adults were.

We are staying here for the fourth time. Excellent hotel with a convenient location and very clean everywhere — it’s a pleasure to be here. The tap water is of great quality and perfectly safe to drink. Hair feels incredibly soft after washing. Good soundproofing and friendly staff. There is parking behind a barrier, which is very convenient. Thank you O3Hotel🤗

The furniture and the beds were great. Bathrooms etc. were modern and the staff was really friendly! The locations was a bit far away from the main tourist spots, but there were good stores for food near the hotel and also the connection to public transport was really good. The ATM in front of the Hotel was great.

Even though it was clean, there were a few spits here and there in the bathroom that were a little messy. But not a big matter.
