Problematic parking. Even after paying ~20EUR for parking we could barely find a free parking space. There was no warning when booking, that it might be impossible to find a parking spot.

I think you could argue the area was really safe as it seemed like many police personnel were sleeping in the area. The hotel itself was fairly nice. The water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water was constant. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was close to a Lidl and even a 24/7 Shell gas station, which is very useful as most things are closed in the area on a Sunday. Be very careful exactly where the taxi leaves you, because our Uber driver left us behind the hotel and we had to go around for a long time. Make sure they leave you at the front, where the barrier is. It's about a 15 min ride from the airport, very convenient.

- The socket distribution in the room was horrible. There was one available in the hallway part right next to the bathroom. And one more behind the TV area. No sockets next to the bed, horrible layout. - The pillows were extremely soft. Not to my liking, but maybe for others they may be perfect. - Lack of a mini fridge, would be nice to have. - The room service is very unreliable. Their menu stipulates some hours and information, but then when you call them it doesn't match the reality of the situation. Also very limited menu.

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night transfer, and the experience was smooth and pleasant. The 24/7 reception desk was a big plus—when I arrived at 4 a.m., I was able to store my suitcases without any hassle. I had breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and there were plenty of good options available. Shortly after, the staff kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The receptionists were very helpful and responsive to all my requests. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction outside the window, but it wasn’t too noisy and didn’t disturb my rest. There are several grocery stores nearby, and a shopping mall is just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also conveniently located—only about 10 minutes to the airport by taxi.

It was a bit hard rolling my suitcases up the entrance stairs. And yes, there’s a construction going on outside, but it wasn’t too noisy for me.

OK for a 1 night stand considering the price. Free water machine in the lobby. Bar in the lobby working till late, good considering there's no place to eat around. Bed comfortable. Kettle, tea and coffee in the room available. Towels and linens fresh and new. The hotel looks fairly new. Big spacious elevators.

Not possible to get to the hotel directly by taxi because from one side it's surrounded by a metal fence and from the other side the drive through is blocked by a barrier; so one has to walk about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Big construction next door that starts at 8am. No slippers, poor shower accessories. The neighborhood is suitable only for a 1 night stay.

The location is very comfortable. One tram or bus to get to the center. There are also big shops rather close. Also i liked dense curtains, so the light didnt disturb much while sleeping. Bath is very good. Beds may be too soft for me, but my back survived) Also there was tea and coffee, the hotel noted that we may use water just from water tap and it was ok. The room was rather spatial.

Reconstruction work is continuing close to the hotel yard. So it was better to keep the window closed. Noise protection is not bad.

This is about the 10th time I have stayed at this hotel. Good choice if you want to visit the centre of Warsaw, convenient public transport. Good choice for breakfast.

This time, there was a smell of smoking in the bathroom. I assume it was due to some ventilation problems, as the smell was in both our rooms, the rooms themselves did not smell of cigarettes, only the bathrooms. IF you want to park your car in front of the hotel , you have to drive very fast , after 17 you may not have a parking space in front of the hotel. There is a public paid parking nearby , however the hotel staff are not able to tell you anything about it , their suggestion is to look for a parking space on the street ( this is quite frustrating as there are local residents parking there).

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and always went with a bus to the city center and other objects of interest. The bus stop is near hotel (5 min walk). You can go to old town (polish: Stare Miasto) directly from bus stop Mangalia 52 with bus number 116, and get out in pl. Zamkowy bus stop or next stop Kapitulna. Ticket you can buy in the bus (vending machine), better have debit card. There are some group tickets for weekend which are cheaper so check some info at www.wtp.waw.pl or bus routes https://wikiroutes.info/en/warszawa. There is no near metro. The hotel has free water machine at the entrance you can always fill your bottle for free, the breakfast was good, you can buy it directly before entering restaurant, there is no need to order upfront, eat as many as you like.

I liked hotel, room was good, breakfast was also good, there was heating which I could regulate by myself. Good stuff. Shop Żabka is nearby. Housemaid was a good woman,she cleaned our room very well. Thanks to Liuba.

Hotel is on the outskurts,there was too expensive and long to travel somewhere. Socket was not available for my charger, I asked receptionist,she was doing her best to find,thanks her a lot, but we did not find anytything,so the problem was not tackled.Thanks to a man working in the restaurant for providing his own charger for an hour at least. I also asked about spoon and plate, and nobody could bring me that,so I went downstairs from 5th floor to take it,no room service as I got. There was not a problem at all but would be perfect to feel more comfortable.

Large room, free parking place in the neighbourhood, comfortable bed, kettle, the windows can be opened, the bedlinen without any washing powder smell. A bit outdated interior and the shower/WC design, but it was not an issue for me.

As already somebody mentioned, the construction works are going on in the next building at this moment, and it's pretty noisy early in the morning. The hotel itself is located further from the streets, it is pretty quiet neighbourhood, if not that construction.

Good food. Nice stuff. The hotel is nice... situated little bit far from city centre..but with good connection with any directions...

I had an issue with the payment..they charged me twice..I tried to phone the reception but someone from reception answered and just hanged up after few seconds.... finally I managed to phone the main company and they solved it. They offered me a free breakfast as apologies... The room has everything except a fridge...
