Since we were traveling by our own car, it was important for us that we could park our car right at the hotel entrance. The metro station and tram stop are located one block from the hotel, which allows for quick access to the historic Old Town and the Royal Castle.

When we checked into the room, we smelled a slight odour of bleach, which later dissipated. The windows of both rooms faced the courtyard, so there was a moderate noise from the ventilation system. However, it was not too disturbing and did not spoil our stay at the hotel.

The room was okay and clean with a consistent towel and cleaning service. Good value and great location close to Galeria Wilenska and 20 min from the Centrum. Very nice room service!

Very thin walls and I was hearing noises from the other rooms people laughing and speaking loudly, the next 2 nights in the row I was hearing people having sexual intercourse staying late even until 2 AM - 3 AM I couldn't sleep at night. Additionally, I was smelling cigarettes in my bathroom. People were smoking in the rooms and the fire alarm didn't work.

The location was perfect for my trip . My commute from the airport to the hotel was perfect . Although not being familiar with that part of Warsaw , finding the hotel with the help of Google maps was easier than thought . When I arrived at the hotel , the reception personnel were polite and friendly . After checking in , want to my room and must say loved what I saw . The room was spacious , high ceiling , big window , simply but tasty ornated . Bed was like half of tennis court . I started on the left , woke up on the right . Lol 😂 . A little table and two chairs . A quirky kettle and few tea bags and two water bottles , to welcome or any other guest . Then bathroom , don't know why I get exited about the bathrooms , however must say was beautiful . Big , clean , airy and the tiles were fantastic . Nice big shower room . Hair dryer , TV , radiators nice mirror , Love it .

A little mischief from children staying there at the moment . They were Ukrainian children who have left their country because the war . I raised the issue with hotel reception and they promptly dealt with the situation . Was late at night and the children were running riot on the corridors . Don't blame the children as such , they probably bored being held there . Wish a safe return to their country for all of them .

I recommend this hotel to all my colleges mariners, coming to Warsaw to take the CES test. Price/quality + hotel restaurant with good cuisine, free breakfast and most importantly 1 block from Morrichservice. You will also have a lounge on the first floor where you can sit and get ready in comfort with a cup of coffee.

Sound insulation is not very good. I attribute this to the fact that the hotel is located in a rather old building with very high ceilings.

The male receptionist was nice and helpful. His colleague seemed grumpy, close to metro, bus and tram stops, also we went on a bank holiday, so everything was closed except for zabka which is also close by.

Rooms are not cleaned during the stay and they probably just change the sheets and towels, there was a lot of dust under the bed and we even found a cucumber under the window. There's a sign about towels on the ground being changed, but they weren't. Locks are loud and every sound from the outside seems amplified, our neighbors were opening their room at 2 am and we thought that someone is breaking into our room.

I booked this hotel without much expectations, because I only needed it for one night, and I chose it because of proximity to the railway station and a moderate price, but it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Even though the furniture is a bit old, it was in perfect condition. The hotel lobby is nice and they allowed me to leave my luggage at storage for almost an entire day.

It was a bit too noisy, you could hear everything happening in the corridors very well.

Location is very good. 25min walk from old town, 15min walk from Warsaw east station from where can go to Modlin airport by train Breakfast was great, lot of tasty food. Also there is a restaurant with good prices (main dish under 15eur)

There is no AC in rooms. When we arrived it was +31C outside. We had a room in top floor (6th) and in room was soooo hot. We opened window, but than it was very very noisy from the street and also spiders came in Lift was dirty.

Good hotel. Not so new, but still ok. Very good location. Especially for Ukranian seamans, because MRS 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast very nice, not expecting like this. After this breakfast you no need dinner at all) I booked single room, but staff unexpectedly upgrade me for free for double room.

For this money very good. The shower hose in the bathroom is very short, probably 1 meter. I had to wash while sitting 😅

It's great that there are not only regular curtains, but also blinds that block daylight -- so you don't wake up earlier because of it. Thanks for kitchen equipment and dishwashing detergent. And I really appreciated an option to leave my backpack in the luggage room for some hours even after the check-out. There is a small supermarket around the corner, and tram and metro stops are all nearby. PGE Narodowy is located in 15 minutes walking by foot (or 30, depending on the gate you need to enter through). 15-20 min by foot to Warszawa Wschodnia as well.

I did not find a knife in the kitchen with which I could cut bread or vegetables, only cutlery. I also did not understand how to turn on the stove, but I did not need it so much. Maybe it's worth leaving the instructions for the next guests. It was also annoying that it was not possible to book a room with the possibility of changing dates or canceling, because the reservation included the date of a big concert in the city. On other days, for some reason, you can pay at the hotel and cancel at the last moment. Fortunately, I didn't have to change anything, but it would be nice to keep this option open.

Clean, spacious rooms, with everything you need. Reception really helpful. 20 mins walk to the Old Town, but lots of bars and restaurants close by.

One of the rooms didn't have a hook for the shower so had to hand hold, but nothing major
