The hotel is really new, very good location and many options to pass time (they rent free bikes to hotel guests). The spa area is nice, good water temperature in the jacuzzi. The restaurant has some really delicious dishes and the breakfasts were really varied and tasty. On top of that the staff is very kind and attentive to you, especially in the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Sometimes in the spa there were very loud and misbehaved kids, their parents do not seem to care for all guests which deserve a quiet time too. It was also noisy in the room sometimes due to kids running in neighbouring rooms.

A beautiful, cozy, and clean hotel. It has a surrounding area, perfect for walks. The room is good, with a comfortable bed and warm temperature. The bathroom includes shampoo, shower gel, and other amenities. There is a bathrobe and slippers. The room also has a kettle, tea, and coffee, as well as mineral water. The spa area is excellent, with two saunas, a jacuzzi, a pool, and a relaxation zone. Towels are provided, but bring rubber slippers. The breakfast is very good, varied, and filling. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the portions are large.

this was my second stay in the hotel and I was pleased to see they maintained a high standard. The food was tasty, good portion size and the breakfast was very varied. The spa area was also nice and not crowded, at least when I was in there. The room was clean. There are many forest trails to walk and in the summer pretty sure the lake is great for swimming

The beds should have a mattress protection. The carpets had stains so they should be washed/vacuumed more often.

Great location. Very friendly Staff. Very, very clean. Restroom cleanness is 5 star. You will be not disappointed.

Jacuzzi beautiful. For the first time so warm and cozy inside. But here is the small problem. It is open from 9:00 till 21:00. I came late and couldn't use. In the morning it's not enough time before I left (11:00). Bed was for me too small and to hard. If it would be next time I would buy room with double bed. But everything else exceeding a lot 3***Hotel. I understand Spa cannot be open longer because specialist have to rest. But Jacuzzi, could be open longer.

The place is a real discovery for us and we will be back not just during summer time. The staff was helpful and kind, the restaurant was great and the rooms were comfy, 20 steps from the SPA zone. When no kids at the pool& spa zone - it is just great. The free bicycles are a real bonus, and the fact the lake it so near and with boats for rent inexpensively, is another great plus. The design of the hotel with rustic furniture and a few Instagramic rooms - is beautiful. Also from outside, with beautiful weather, the area attracts locals for photo sessions and weddings (which aren't noisy, nor disturbing at least for us..) . All in all, to experience nature and to relax properly - that's the place to be.

My wife had a real struggle to book SPA treatments because there was no personnel at the SPA desk, so after time There was a situation where the receptionist directed her to go to the spa desk, but there was no one besides just one time shortly after our check out. It's just good to have some phone channel or more efficient communication in that regard. Besides, all good.

Nice hotel,good activities,nice pool and good breakfast,overall good place to spend time with family in the countryside,would stay again.

Bad chlorine burning our eyes and throat and jets not working in the jacuzzi,some of the pool features broken,also a blond sever in the restaurant was a bit rude,if you choose to work with the public don't be miserable or get a job in different line of work.

I booked the hotel for my in-laws and they were fully satisfied with experience. Definitely will recommend it to anyone.

It was so peaceful and the scenery was lovely. Was at a wedding and it was beautiful. The best wedding we have been too. Will definetly be back

Fantastic facilities

If I didn't know how many stars this hotel has, I'd definitely give it 4 stars instead of 3. Rooms are big and comfty, breakfast was amazing, the pool area is also very nice (small like in other hotels but still more than you'd expect from a 3* hotel). The hotel surroundings are also great, there's a big playground for the kids.

The restaurant staff was terrible, at first we needed to wait very long for the waiter to come, then to get served, at the end I got wrong food and was not really apologised for it, the waiter just took the food back with a scowl on her face. The food was also not that good, breakfast was amazing but for dinner or lunch I'd recommend to go look for a different place.
